This is probably not the nicest place we have experienced- hostel vibes with old amenities and the breakfast was not very good. That being said the staff were lovely during the limited hours they are there and it has nice views. Good for sleeping but not much else.

We had a great visit at this property. Nice and clean. VERY Comfy beds and nice duvets to keep you warm on the cold nights. Breakfast was excellent - Healthy options such as Muesli & other hearty cereals (kiddy options as well), Hard B. Eggs, cold cuts and cheese options (never had brown cheese before, but I am a fan), fresh whole grain bread from the local Bakery (Naustdal Dampbakeri) in town (seeded and unseeded), several types of Wasa Crisps, cured Salmon. This is SO much better than the cr@* that I receive in the USA. Only detractor is a slight mustiness in the lower floor, but that comes with the age of these northern climate establishments. Rooms were adequate for our two small carry-on's, if you bring more you will be hard-pressed to find a place to walk. I would not hesitate to return for another stay.

Staff was kind and helpful. Hotel is very out of date and odd. Breakfast was exceptionally limited. Sheets seemed clean but the bathroom had mold in the shower. Wouldn’t stay again.
