There’s nothing there. None of the property details are accurate. The water stinks of sulfur. There’s a common kitchen but if you think there’s breakfast and don’t bring groceries you have nothing. All the reviews are fake as they show things that don’t exist. Except for the water it could be a good choice for a group as there’s a common area with a kitchen and I think 8 or 10 bedrooms in each building. Completely misrepresented online.

This was a hidden wonder guesthouse located near about 7 Km off of Highway 35, which forms part of the Golden Circle trip. This location is about a 25 minute drive north of Selfoss and close to all the Golden Circle sites if you have a rental car. I do not believe there is any public transportation options here. We stayed two nights. Everything was very clean and the guesthouse had a huge kitchen, large sunroom for guests and a second lounge room with a TV, which we enjoyed. The internet access was great. The kitchen was well supplied and they had a large drip coffee machine and free coffee grounds. I need to use a paper towel for a filter. A large refrigerator allowed us to keep breakfast supplies there and our beer cold. There are about 10 guest rooms and one shared bathroom. There were about 4 guest rooms in use the two nights we were there and access to the shared bathroom was a bit difficult at times. This was a downside. If all of the guestrooms had been full, this would have been a much bigger problems. The guest rooms were also quite small, but very clean. This is a good location and good value if you have a rental car or are biking the Golden Circle. Bill C

I really liked the eco-friendly set-up. Multiple, very large comfortable common areas with a great view.
