Clean modern hotel in a nice neighborhood in Annemasse, France only a few miles outside of Geneva, Switzerland. More affordable than staying in Switzerland. Room had plenty of space for three. Room and bath were very clean. Hotel has buffet breakfast for a fee, but did not use it. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and stores around the hotel. Short walk to the train station where you can get an inexpensive train to Geneva - about a 15 to 25 minute ride. A good base for visiting Geneva and surrounding area without paying Swiss prices.

I arrived late and used the kiosk outside of the hotel to check in. The technology wasn't the easiest to use and took a bit of time. Once we got our key card, we tried using it to take the elevator to our floor. This didn't work. We had to go one floor up higher then take the stairs down to find out the door to our floor was also locked.... We had to go back up one floor and access our floor from a different staircase. None of this was explained and lugging a heavy suitcase up and down stairs was not fun. Lastly checkout time according to hotels.com was noon. The hotel staff told us just after 11am that we had to leave as checkout was at 11am. I showed him the checkout time on my app and he said no that's a mistake it's 11am.

the property was in a superb location. 4 min walk to annemasse station where busses, trams and trains are. and 7 min walk the opposite direction to a tram stop coming directly from Geneva. however google maps will help you out! the hotel was surrounded by lots of food places. the only downside is there is no staff for check in it’s all outside via an AI tool. we did have no issues but for someone not tech savvy this may be difficult. there is a number to ring if anyone struggles.

Good location,clean and tidy , decent price.. only negative was room on the main street . Not the hotels fault but youngsters on mopeds revving and up and down till past midnight..
