Great location and a very helpful staff member. It was close to everything. The lights in the bathroom is automatic so, it was a little hard when showering and the sensor doesn’t sense movement and we couldn’t figure out the smaller hand held shower. Overall we liked the place. The stairs were steep though so, be careful! Or stay downstairs. The bed was also comfortable.

This is a funky little property in an older building. The original space has been divided into the little efficiencies. It is tight and pretty no frills. The walls are paper thin and you hear EVERYTHING, including toilets flushing. Older plumbing and utilities so focused on conservation. It was a unique experience and I will say the host is very nice. Located in the heart of the old city so walking distance to most attractions if you don’t get lost in the maze of narrow streets.

Location, Location, Location. It close to everything.....clean and very safe...we had the military outside our door....guarding a diplomat The elevator is supper small but all Rome hotel's have small / weak elevators....and the stairs to the bedroom are a little narrow...but overall very good. Alessandro is a great host!!

Finding the actual check-in was more complicated than I expected. You first have to buzz in through a grand door way then buzz through a gate then travel up three flights of stairs. No signs pointing to the main office and I actually traversed three other stairways to find it. The room was fun for the kids with a bed upstairs in an open loft area. The check in was easy and very friendly. The shower had a good amount of mold around the corners and on the ceiling, which is the main reason I'm not giving more stars. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vor allem Alessandro war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit und freundlich. Es war lediglich etwas laut, was uns jedoch nicht wirklich gestört hat. Schade nur, dass es im oberen Schlafbereich kein Fenster gibt, dadurch war es sehr warm. Immer wieder gerne, auch wegen der perfekten Lage.

The unit was nice but not quite as nice as the pictures. We were surprised to find there was no dryer so you hang your clothes over racks that are provided. The problem with that was it took days for heavy clothing to dry. The area is great. Close enough to walk to see many attractions and lots of restaurants and shops close by. They will set up transportation to and from the airport which was a nice service. Overall a good experience.

A great hotel especially for the price. It was really nice to have an upstairs area where 2 of us stayed, and then my daughter stayed in sofa bed downstairs and had a bit of space. The hotel was in an upscale neighbourhood and walkable to every major attraction within 20/25 minutes. The hotel room had a mini fridge where they gave us water bottles which they replenished daily. The shower was really nice too- beautifully tiled and good water pressure.

The location is perfect. We walked to all the sites. Spacious and clean. Great set up for a family of 5. Rome is so hot in the summer, we really enjoyed the extra space during our chill out time in the apartment. Bonus, the downstairs bathroom has a real shower. There are traffic enforcement guards always stationed right outside of the building, which was nice, made us feel extra safe. Staff booked our transfer to/from the airport and were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome.

Beautiful place, very cozy and Rome style. My kids love that the beds were at the top part of the room. Small but beautiful and close to everything. We walked to the Vatican, Colosseum, Trevi steps and visit other places. We are in love with ROME and very thankful with Alessandro, the owner. He helped us with early checkin, buying train tickets to Florence and giving us a lot of information where to go and what to do. This place is a gem!

This place is in a prime location, close to almost all the major attractions to see in Rome by walking. If you enjoy walking, the coliseum and Vatican are about a 40 min walk or a short uber ride. Uber works well in Rome by the way. For breakfast we enjoyed at Margherita! Pancakes are on the menu and coffee is great! Just a few blocks from the guesthouse, on the same side of the street. Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza di Popolo (which is where most tours meet), and the major shops and eateries all close by on foot! The room was smaller than what the photos show but the bed is comfortable. There’s a coffee machine that serves espresso shots only and a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Great customer service from the owner and room was cleaned every day. What I loved the most was prime location!

Everything was excellent. We recommend highly. The building Has great security and we felt safe. It was in a good area with high end shops and delicious restaurants and cafes within a block. It was within less than 2 miles from all important sights. We walked everywhere. The owner was available during the day and helped us to arrange transportation by train to other cities, to the airport, from the cruise port, and gave recommendations to good restaurants. He was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was cute and comfortable and had a full kitchen and laundry machine.

Alessandro was an incredible host at AD warm, welcoming, and so respectful. We truly enjoyed our stay in the suite. The location was perfect just a short walk to the Pantheon and Piazza Navona, with tons of great places to eat, drink, and shop nearby. We felt very safe walking around, especially with a government building close by and Italian soldiers posted in the area. The space was clean, had great AC, and even included a fridge. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome

It was within less than 2 miles from all important sights. We walked everywhere. The owner was available during the day and helped us to arrange transportation by train to other cities, to the airport, from the cruise port, and gave recommendations to good restaurants. He was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious for our family of 5. It was cute and comfortable and had a full kitchen and laundry machine.

A great hotel especially for the price. It was really nice to have an upstairs area where 2 of us stayed, and then my daughter stayed in sofa bed downstairs and had a bit of space. The hotel was in an upscale neighbourhood and walkable to every major attraction within 20/25 minutes. The hotel room had a mini fridge where they gave us water bottles which they replenished daily. The shower was really nice too- beautifully tiled and good water pressure.

The location is perfect. We walked to all the sites. Spacious and clean. Great set up for a family of 5. Rome is so hot in the summer, we really enjoyed the extra space during our chill out time in the apartment. Bonus, the downstairs bathroom has a real shower. There are traffic enforcement guards always stationed right outside of the building, which was nice, made us feel extra safe. Staff booked our transfer to/from the airport and were very helpful and pleasant. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome.

Alessandro was always so helpful and beyond attentive to our needs! Always called for our taxis, always went above and beyond to answer our questions and even after our stay communicated with us. He even helped my daughter when she left something behind. Thank you Alessandro! Oh and even gave us a bottle of champagne,can't forget that kind gesture!

From the moment we booked Assunta Domus, Alessandro began to reach out to understand our arrival and our needs. Since we were arriving from Florence via car, he gave us directions to the Cavour Parking garage (a safe, impeccably clean garage underneath a nice green area in Rome within a ten minute walk of the hotel and out of the ZTL). Alessandro greeted us upon arrival and showed us the unit and gave several recommendations for restaurants. He took out a map and told us how far we were from all the key spots in Rome and couldn’t have been nicer to me or my family.

This place is in a prime location, close to almost all the major attractions to see in Rome by walking. If you enjoy walking, the coliseum and Vatican are about a 40 min walk or a short uber ride. Uber works well in Rome by the way. For breakfast we enjoyed at Margherita! Pancakes are on the menu and coffee is great! Just a few blocks from the guesthouse, on the same side of the street. Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza di Popolo (which is where most tours meet), and the major shops and eateries all close by on foot! The room was smaller than what the photos show but the bed is comfortable. There’s a coffee machine that serves espresso shots only and a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Great customer service from the owner and room was cleaned every day. What I loved the most was prime location!

Un établissement très accueillant. idealement placé pour un séjour de visite à Rome en famille. Tout est faisable à pied depuis le logement. Situé dans une petite rue dans laquelle circulent des voitures et scooter, il y a un peu d’animation la nuit mais rien de bien différent de nos appartements citadins en France… De très nombreuses offres pour se restaurer, manger des glaces ou des petits gâteaux. Alessandro, notre hôte, est très accueillant et met tout en oeuvre pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Nous recommandons.

Coming back to a quiet, cool, and secure space after a long day of walking in the July heat was a lifesaver. The air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the beds offered a great night's sleep. The absolute highlight of this property is its location. We were within easy walking distance of almost every major attraction. The majestic Pantheon is practically in your backyard (just a 5-minute stroll), and Piazza Navona is even closer, and St Peter's Square was a manageable 30 minutes stroll. It made exploring with kids stress-free, as we could easily pop back to the room for a quick rest. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, was our host, **Alessandro**. His hospitality went above and beyond. He took all the stress out of our arrival and departure by coordinating seamless airport transfers for our group of five.
