I have been there for multiple times. Room is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The staff greeted me kindly and lobby is gorgeous!

no room when check in at 1600. check in counter packed with guests who cannot check in, and the situation persists at 1930. Really ridiculous. if you planned to wait hours for your room, come to this place. you get an amused environment where people simply jumped the line and attempted to get their rooms without success.
