Cleaning, parking, room, breakfast - OK However - there was no WiFi in the room - that could be understood, can happened But - the reply of the reception staff was terrible. They didn't even try to hear my complaint, nor to fix, they just replied that this is what they have... was very unacceptable and disappointing service
