Very little parking if

Property shows a building, what itndoesnt show it is on a side road entrance, cement stairs going down to enter (which my spouse fell down) the hotel was fairly clean but thw room was about the size of a large closet maybe.

Weird exterior and lobby

Its a nicely renovated hotel. Super clean, staff really nice and kind. Affordable and great location, D and F subway near by. Parking is difficult. I highly recommended if you want to visit NYC but don't want to spend a fortune for your stay.

The place is okay. Elderly should know u have to go down a steep flight of steps just to get to the lobby. There's an elevator but it's locked. No parking at all, fairly inconvenient. It was just close to where I needed to be. If not I would Def have stayed somewhere else

There was no coffee maker in the room but there was coffee packets. I was told because of renovations, you had to use the coffee in the basement- which was just a concrete room where none of the appliances worked. The bed was nice though but I feel due to the location and “renovations” the price of the room was too high

L’enseigne de l’hôtel n’est pas éclairée la nuit. Difficile de trouver l’endroit sauf en plein jour. Service de base mais très adéquat. Personnel bienveillant. Le quartier est hétéroclite mais sécuritaire.

The hotel doesn't have parking. It's practically impossible to stop and unload luggage from the car.

My room smelled strongly of dirty mop water. I’m not sure if there is a mold issue, but it was quite bad. The elevator was missing the button of the lobby and was overall a bit sketchy. When I arrived, I requested a late check out and was told I could leave at 12:30pm. Shortly after 11am, however, two housekeepers aggressively banged on my door and shouted at me to “CHECK OUT!”. I really wasn’t expecting much, but I have to say I was still disappointed.

Lobby looked like a waiting room. The door to the room did not close properly. Only street parking available. TV in the room did not function properly.

The property in run down. The room was infested with bugs.

There were roaches in my room

Good customer service, however the rooms are very very small and I had roaches in my room. When I left and came back to my room I had roaches on my bed

The rooms are dirty. I killed 3 roaches in my room. The parking situation is really bad.

Neglected room, very dirty, both the floor and the cabinets of the counter where the food was displayed. Coffee was awful. Really need to oay attention to cleaning.

There were bed bugs all over the bed

The staff were friendly and the building was clean overall but I can't recommend this hotel because there were roaches in my room.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Disgustingly filthy and infested with cockroaches! This place needs to be closed down. The breakfast room had cockroaches, the bedrooms had cockroaches, and I was even moved to a different room that had even more cockroaches. I will be taking this complaint further. I absolutely DO NOT recommend staying in this filth. Find somewhere else. The television had an ancient remote that wouldn’t even work, and the ‘free’ breakfast was watered-down coffee and brown bananas with some stale-looking mini muffins. The water fountain had bits of something coming out of it. Probably mold. Not close to anything, the subway is a 15-minute walk. No coffee shops close by. The front desk staff were polite and kind, but all they could do was move my room when I complained about the cockroaches. I was attending a convention, and if I had more time, I would have moved hotels. However, my schedule was packed, and the stress of finding a different hotel in a city I didn’t know was daunting. Hotels.com needs to remove this hotel from its listings!

Place is a dump. Tiny room

Super friendly staff, clean sheets and new decorr/tile etc but the windows rattled all night and every time someone was in the shall, elevators or closed their doors it woke us up. It was a pretty rotten night sleep unfortunately

ROOM WAS TINY, MY BATHROOM WAS BIGGER THAN THE ROOM. TWO PEOPLE CANNOT WALK THROUGH AT THE SAME TIME. MY HUSBAND OR 8 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER HAD TO MOVE IN BETWEEN THE 2 BEDS FOR ME TO WALK BY. BEDS WERE SUPER HARD AND THE PILLOWS SUCKED. WHEN YOU REST YOUR HEAD ON THE PILLOW IT WENT FLAT. WE ALSO HAD ANTS IN THE ROOM SO WE KEEP OUR LUGGAGE ON TOP OF THE SMALL DESK OR TINY FRIDGE THAT BY THE WAY DIDN'T EVEN GET OUR WATER BOTTLES COLD AND I TURNED UP THE TEMP ALL THE WAY. BATHROOM WAS THE ONLY DECENT THING. IT WAS ALMOST THE SAME SIZE OF THE ROOM. ASIDE FROM THE ANTS THE ROOM WAS CLEAN SO NO COMPLAINTS THERE. GOOD FOR 1 OR 2 PEOPLE MAX BECAUSE THE ROOM IS EXTREMLY SMALL AND SHOULD NOT HAVE 2 BEDS IN THERE.

King bed and bath tub were nice, but sometimes there wasn’t hot water. Also the wifi didn’t work once during our 2 night stay.

The room was very small. On my booking i booked double room accessible but that was not a double room accessible at all. Barely fit 2 people in that space.

The room has gaps at the edges where light and sound come through. Other than that it was clean as you’d expect.

They wanted to charge us for store suitcase for over 3 hours there. Rude and not acceptable! Breakfast is bad too! Don't have the basics. We won't come back for sure!

Everything was good had no problems,shops and restaurants close by and the more important for me 10 minutes walk to the fort Hamilton parkway subway station line D

rooms are good for 2 people. if you are more, then you might want to get 2 rooms. overall it is a good place, F line and D line are about 1/2 miles away. Still accessible. and prospect park is about a mile away. Breakfast is basic.

We did not eat breakfast here. There was nothing nearby to eat, unless you want McDonalds

The area around the hotel felt very unpleasant. The hotel looks very different from the photos online – what is shown does not match reality. The price is not justified for what you actually receive. The room was extremely small, with barely any space to move. The only positive thing I can mention is that the bed was comfortable. Overall, a disappointing experience and not worth the price.

Early check in was good although disappointed that various hotels, as well as this one, are charging $50 for early check in. Bathroom was very clean and hotel was a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway stop

La habitación es súper pequeña, dos camas con espacio limitado en el medio, no hay mesas de noche donde dejar/cargar el celular, no hay closets ni espacio para tener poner las maletas. Tenía una repisa pequeña con un tubo para colgar algo pero no habían perchas, había una plancha y planchador pero no el espacio para abrir el planchador. Tenía un refri pequeña y una máquina de café, una mesita con una banca, si la utilizas no hay espacio para nada más. El aire acondicionado es una unidad súper vieja que suena mucho si lo enciendes y si se pone la calefacción huele feo, se veía lleno de polvo por dentro, dudo que sea bueno respirar aire de ahí. La habitación en general se veía sucia, principalmente las paredes del baño, la mini tina, y el piso el cual nunca barrieron mientras estuvimos ahí. Ahora con respecto al desayuno las opciones son solo carbos es pan o un bagel o cereal, el café horrible y las otras opciones de bebida “jugo de naranja, manzana o limonada” siempre estaban súper aguadas en dos momentos me salió prácticamente agua, ponían manzanas y bananos. Con respecto a la ubicación del hotel, no es lugar práctico está más o menos en el punto medio de dos estaciones de metro pero debes caminar bastante en lugares que no se sienten seguros, lo más cercano para comer es un Mac Donald’s al frente y un par de locales de comida china que no se ven muy buenos. Una de las noches cuando estábamos llegando al hotel salió un indigente de la entrada del hotel. Pésima experiencia

this was the ideal location to avoid Uber fees. It is in close proximity to buses and the subway station. I will definitely recommend that you choose here for a quick get away in Brooklyn. P.S. I traveled with teenage children and I was comfortable with them going outside by themselves to get food. This was a Jewish neighbor hood.

La habitación es súper pequeña, dos camas con espacio limitado en el medio, no hay mesas de noche donde dejar/cargar el celular, no hay closets ni espacio para tener poner las maletas. My cards holder has been taken in my room while i was visiting the city. No excuses and no help from the team management. They gave me the worst room. Completely loud at night. Very hard to have a proper sleep. Room dirty under the bed with dead flies... The breakfast is full of carb and the quality of the fruit is questionable. I will NEVER come back.
