Large well equipt clean room with massive bathroom with balcony which unfortunately you could not sit on. The hotel had lots of wall art etc and nice staff. The bad bits, limited pool area and the pool water was murky. Breakfast was from 6am but was not ready until 6.20 when we needed to leave by 6.30 to catch our flight and overall was limited compared to other hotels.

Main advantages: excellent amenities (including the restaurant), large rooms with elegant furnishings, convenient location right by the river - perfect for exploring the city by walk. Ce fut un des meilleurs hôtels . Manque un peu de transat par rapport au nombre de chambres autour de la piscine.

Well maintained and quiet small resort in walking distance to Siem Reap Center. It feels like a little Oasis! Good breakfast including western and local dishes. Very kind and professional service: Guide Mr. Sin did an excellent job providing insights into the ancient Angkor times during our tour! I would definitely recommend this place!

The staff were amazing and the main highlight of this hotel. They were friendly, always helpful and happy to accomadate my late check out. The hotel itself is lovely, the room I had was so nice (I had a suite) and great location too. Close enough to Pub Street but far enough too so it was loud where I was staying. Would definetly come back here.

FANTASIC stay. Frank is phenomenal, as will as the rest of the staff. Happy staff, always smiling. Frank is great at remembering names and extremely helpful for night life. He recommended Kanell for a 7 course dinner/traditional Kymer dance show. He arranged everything, reservations, transportation to and from. The included Buffet breakfast at Palate was great. totally spoiled and will definitely go there again!

FANTASIC stay. Frank is phenomenal, as will as the rest of the staff. Happy staff, always smiling. Frank is great at remembering names and extremely helpful for night life. He recommended Kanell for a 7 course dinner/traditional Kymer dance show. He arranged everything, reservations, transportation to and from. The included Buffet breakfast at Palate was great. totally spoiled and will definitely go there again!

Virkelig venlig personale, vil hjælpe med alt. Lækker med tagterrasse om aften. Dejligt værelse og god plads ved poolen. De var søde at hjælpe med at arrangere en tur til Ankor Wat, hvor vi også fik madpakkernes .Vil bestemt anbefale dette sted.

This is an enchanting hotel in Siem Reap that is staffed with quality and attentive staff. The room is bright, It feels relaxing. The decor is elegant and clean. They pay attention to detail. The food (reasons dinner) are excellent. There is a swimming pool and a small outdoor bar that is perfect for rejuvenate hiking and touring the temples. I would return and stay here again. I will suggest that family and friends coming stay here too. This hotel and staff made a good visit great.

Arrived and immediately sat my things down to go out. Arrived back late. Ac never worked. I called the front desk 4 times, wrote messages through Expedia. Nothing helped. Stayed up the entire night sweating, took 3 showers. It was cooler outside. In the morning a super nice lady did offer me a massage for free as recompense. I refused. I wouldn’t have held it against them if they had just moved me to a different room or said hey we can’t fix it (I would have went out). EVERYTHING else was great. Friend had a room down the hall and his experience was different.

The staff were amazing and the main highlight of this hotel. They were friendly, always helpful and happy to accomadate my late check out. The hotel itself is lovely, the room I had was so nice (I had a suite) and great location too. Close enough to Pub Street but far enough too so it was loud where I was staying. Would definetly come back here.

Such a beautiful hotel and the friendliest staff. I loved this hotel. It was close to the town and easy for tours to pick us up from and many restaurants around but still quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also so delicious. The best part was definitely the staff though! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and treated us very well. Great hotel - very highly recommended! Beautiful quiet oasis in the heart of the city. We spent two amazing nights there in May 2025. Main advantages: excellent amenities (including the restaurant), large rooms with elegant furnishings, convenient location right by the river - perfect for exploring the city by walk. パブストリートやオールドマーケットが徒歩圏内で、車やバイクの騒音がなく、ゆっくりとくつろげることができました。雨季ということもあり滞在客が少ない為か、レストランではスタッフがとてもフレンドリーに話しかけてくれました。こじんまりとしたホテルですが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。

Large well equipt clean room with massive bathroom with balcony which unfortunately you could not sit on. The hotel had lots of wall art etc and nice staff. The bad bits, limited pool area and the pool water was murky. Breakfast was from 6am but was not ready until 6.20 when we needed to leave by 6.30 to catch our flight and overall was limited compared to other hotels.

Nous avons séjourné 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Très très bien. Placé personnel aux petits soins chambre très agréable spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner très bien sur l'ensemble de notre séjour. Ce fut un des meilleurs hôtels . Manque un peu de transat par rapport au nombre de chambres autour de la piscine.

スタッフの対応はとても素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。早朝のアンコールワットサンライズツアーに出かけたのですが、朝食をお弁当にしてくれました。とても可愛らしいボックスに詰めていただき大変満足しております。最終日はスパでフットマッサージも行いましたが、こちらも丁寧かつ清潔感ある設備ての施術で満足しました。総合的に大満足です。

Stunning hotel and nice staff. I booked a room with an outdoor bathtub on the patio and it did not disappoint. The bathtub outside on the patio was amazing, so photogenic! I filled it with cold water because it was so hot and it was really nice to take a dip in the cool water in the privacy of your room. The rest of the room was nice as well. The hotel was small and intimate but the pool was still nice, and the grounds were kept up well. Quiet place, I went to the spa and it was quite nice with private rooms. The staff was super friendly and helpful and were very accommodating with my late checkout even though another guest was arriving shortly after me. With I could go back and stay longer!
