Great location 5 mins walk across the road from Toyama station. Had a twin room and the single beds were slightly bigger than standard size. Nice PJs were provided and amenities were provided in the room. No bottled water, but they did provide a water jug and ice bucket in the room and there was a little room with a water (and ice) machine on every floor. Onsen - clean and with good lockers - hot and cold pools available. Also nice basket in the room which was very useful for taking your things down to the onset. Breakfast had a good selection of local and western choices.

On arrival, the guy at the front desk wanted some type of hold or deposit. My visa had been working all day and was no where near the limit. He ran it twice and told me it was denied and stood there. I wasn't leaving as i had no where else to go. Then he offered to charge me the 5 night stay on it and it cleared. Unsure what he was trying to charge me initially. The situation was unnerving and stressful as it was raining, i had 2 heavy suitcases in tow and i didn't know where else I would have gone that night. Lots of dust on bedside lights. Kleenix box dispenser upside down- didnt realize until got tired of trying to pull kleenix out. Had to ask for hand soap refill on day 3. Little stuff but for the price, I expected better.

Very comfortable and spacious room with a big TV with streaming services built-in. Location is ideal as it’s a couple of minutes walk to the train station. The breakfast was also good. Staff were helpful, friendly and polite. By far the best hotel we stayed in on our trip to Japan.

車で行ったのですが、駐車場がなく、場所を聞いたのですが説明がめんどくさそうだったのと笑顔はありません。ホテル前には駐車禁止と大きく書かれている看板が二つもあるので荷物も下ろせないのかと思い困りましたが、聞いたら10分くらいなら停めても良いですよとの事でした。車利用の方は行かない方が良いかもしれません。ヒルトンと書いてあるので接客良さそうと勝手に思い込んでしまっていたのですが普通のビジネスホテルです。外人観光客の利用が多かったです。駅近なのでやはりJRの音や外の騒ぎ声がします。夜寝る時に少し気になりました。大浴場が有りますが狭く混んでいました。朝食美味しかったです。

This is a new hotel, so everything is modern and up-to-date. It’s very close to the station. I live in Toyama so the location didn’t really concern me. But if you’re traveling through Toyama, it is very convenient. There’s plenty of restaurants, bars, and entertainment near the hotel. The staff is very friendly. When I arrived, there was a foreign family checking in. Apparently they were charged something they didn’t expect. They were arguing with the staff. The male staff member who was handling them was very professional. He didn’t raise his voice or sound mean. His English was excellent. In the end, he gave in to the family and took off the charges. I really don’t think he should have. He explained it very well why they were charged what they were charged. I think they were just being difficult. But, I don’t know the whole story. I just know that the staff was very professional. There was no shouting, loud voices, or any bad language. I was really impressed on how the mail staff member handled them. The room we had was very nice. The only downfall of being in the city, is only having a view of the building next to us. But you could still see the station from the window. But I usually don’t stay in a hotel for the view. The bathroom was very nice. The shower was really big. There was a lot of conveniences in the room, like an ironing board, safe, and a very huge TV. The bed was nice and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

All the front female staffs were curtious EXCEPT one male front desk staff was rude. He was there on 11/18/25 at 10:40 AM local time. Our one bedroom suite was clean and spacious. Breakfast had both western and japanese food. Room temperature can be lowered to comfortable cool setting, very comfortable stay.

The hotel was excellent and we enjoyed our stay. Very efficient check in, warm cookies on arrival and room was clean and spacious with a cot prepared for our baby. The public bath is great and you can even check how busy it is from the tv in your room! Great location within walking distance from Toyama station with lots of restaurants nearby and a convenience store next door.

せっかくの新しい設備なにに台無しになるような、スタッフの対応でした朝食が混んでいてかなり待たされたキャパと対応する客数に開きがあるので、客を待たす事を前提としている受付では笑顔が全くなく、サービスを受けているように感じない上、駐車料金を請求するなら、事前に料金や利用上の注意喚起など案内しておくべきです事前に何の断りもなく、料金だけ請求するのだったら、近隣の駐車場が安くて近いので、非常に遺憾ですホテルはやはりサービス業としての接客の大切さを痛感しましたもう、利用しないでしょう

Enjoyed our stay here as it is right across the street from Toyama Station and many options for restaurants and shopping. The front desk workers all speak excellent English, which was comforting after a long day of travel (and fumbling through my very basic Nihongo ability). Highly recommended!

Breakfast is just barely ok. The french toasts and waffles are cold and hard. Looks like it’s been cooked and left there for a few hours (though there is a food-warming light above). I tried both the second morning, still the same. Coffee is good. It would be better if warm cream is used rather than cold milk. For the spa, my husband said the water is not hot enough. The female side is acceptable, i would not say it is hot enough. I cant find any boxed tissues in the vanity area. Not sure if i have missed it
