Staff is very friendly

Excellent stay! The staff were lovely, and the private ones was wonderful. Great transport connections to everything in Hakone. Lovely kitchen and bar. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff are very friendly and acomodating. We did the takoyaki cooking class and had a great time. The onsen was peaceful. For those who want to know sleeping, on the mats is pretty much like camping. If you don't enjoy a sleeping bag then this will be a problem for you. Personally would recomend staying here as its not far from the station and compared to other places you dont have yo walk uphill that much.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé séjourné au Hakone Tent. Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre est agréable, bien que nous pensions avoir une chambre traditionnelle japonaise. Les parties communes sont bien entretenues. Les onsens privés sont faciles à utiliser. La localisation est top.

Bon emplacement, spacieuse et super Onsen !
