QC Termeroma Spa and Resort

Great hotel / Spa destination. Unfortunately Spa is not only available for guests staying at the hotel. Too many guests (day pass). I felt like in Disney world with a towel rope. Hotel charges extras for using the Spa. It should be included with stay.

A special property where you wear your robe all day long not only enjoy and relax in different spa pools but also go happy hours… a paradise. I enjoy my stay very much.

Our stay at QC Grand Hotel Roma was an indulgent retreat. The spa and gym facilities were world-class, offering the perfect blend of relaxation and wellness. Every detail of the property reflects elegance and care. The only note is in regard to dinner — while each dish was beautifully presented and exquisitely flavored, the portion sizes felt rather modest given the premium price point. A slightly more generous balance would have elevated the dining experience to match the excellence of the rest of the stay. Overall, a refined and restorative experience, and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful location. Room was sumptuous. The €26 breakfast was not worth it. I tried the spa facility which was amazing but incredibly crowded - they clearly do not limit the number of attendees.

The spa rooms were a great way to relax before our international flight the next morning. We had a wonderful time and the food options were a great perk so we didn’t need to leave. The only downside was that the pools, lunch and aperitivo hour were overrun with people coming in with the day passes, this seems to be a consistent concern with other reviews.

A perfect stay when flying out of Rome, Fiumicino! We thought we were booking a basic spa, and we were wrong in the best possible way! QC Termeroma is a beautiful hotel and grounds with amazing rooms. And the spa. Can I say an adults Disneyland? With 20+ places on the grounds (indoor, outdoor) to have jacuzzi experiences, cold plunges. different types of saunas that are, I believe, included with a stay...and of course the spa with treatments and at the end of the day there is a happy hour included with prosecco or other drinks and bitings. Lovely restaurant. I cannot recommend this hotel more as a perfect end to a great trip in Italy.

I love this hotel since my daughter and I stayed there 7 years ago. However, I was disappointed time around about the lack of privacy on the pool and spa - too many non-guest using them! I ended up not using the facilities.

Relaxing area, however you are subject to the fees and rules. They have restaurants but expensive. The happy hour you have to wear a robe. There are no bathrooms close to the pool and hot tube so I had a hard time enjoying them since I didn't see people getting out. The massage was good, loved the indoor spa area. The staff was good.

We stayed there as our return flight was cancelled. It was a pleasant surprise to see all the hotel facilities. Unfortunately the facilities are open to the public, making this paradise overcrowded.

I really wanted to love everything about this property but the room was kind of dirty and noisy. They don’t have a good plan in place for room service surgery. Otherwise: lovely staff, great spa and gym

The hotel is beautiful and the shuttle to the airport is helpful, but the rest is no good. Can't reach reception. Staff is not helpful. Stains on the extra blanket that look like bed bug feces! Hairs left on the bidet that was unused by us. Bring some food with you! Be prepared to not eat, as there isn't food nearby and their restaurant is 'booked' until very late. We had to fly out early the next day so we did not take the only 9:30 or 10:00pm res. The restaurant has terrible reviews too. Room service menu is bad/small and very expensive. As a VIP perk, they said "1 Free spa service for 2 per stay" in the listing. You get NOTHNG for this. I was under the impression we would get spa access, but we were denied this unless we paid more. Don't let that 'perk' be a deciding factor of staying here. The check-in desk couldn't even tell us what this was, and then in a message from the resort HOURS later they said it was a "face mask". That is a toiletry, not a spa service, and we didn't even get said face mask. This feels like false advertising to me. The hotel should change their verbiage. I would have paid for a massage, but I was so irritated by the other issues, I didn't want to support them by giving them more money. We should have stayed at a different hotel close to the airport. A very disappointing last night in Italy.

Reception check was average, once I got called in the room was dirty and food on the floor with many ants and insects around it. Also poor hygiene at the Spa facilities and stinks

Beautiful hotel and spa/wellness centre. The grounds are beautiful. The wellness centre/spa is amazing. Our room was nice, but had ants all over the bathroom and there were hairs all over the sheets and pillow cases, but the sheets did seem fresh. Very close to airport, so very convienant for a one night stay. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious.

Chegamos um pouco tarde pq voo atrasou e spa e restaurante fechando. Serviço de quarto ruim. A comida chegou em dois minutos o que mostra que era algo pronto. E zero cuidado com apresentação. Esqueceram um dos talheres. O chuveiro não tem proteção o que acaba molhando o pavimento durante o banho. De vip não tivemos nada. Nenhuma ajuda com as malas. Portas pesadas e estreitas. Infelizmente, eu esperava uma estadia agradável mas saí com uma sensação de ter pago caro por algo que não recebi. Mas o lugar é bonito e tem potencial. Talvez tenha melhor experiência se testar de novo. Mas desta vez ficou a desejar.

Loved the calm peaceful setting near FCO. Disliked faulty plumbing in bathroom; water from bath faucets overflowed during a bath. Water went everywhere over the beautif marble floor! Time to upgrade fixtures.

Very convenient location next to the airport, handy if you need to fly out soon. The staff was helpful and kind. The property outdoors is beautiful. Indoors things can be challenging. The rooms are very hot, even in May. The AC works but is very weak. There is black mold in various parts of the room. There are no glasses or full size cups in the rooms. Several outlets don't function. Overall while the team that works there does their best their ownership of the property does not prioritize maintaining the property.

Not so great; 1. Floor seemed to not get mopped so it was dusty. Bugs weren’t removed over 2 day. 2. TV was very limited and no english speaking channels or access to subscription channels such as Netflix. 3. The ground are very nice but wearing a robe around all day wasn’t enjoyable if you did t want to get wet and walking around in a thick robe during warm days is annoying. 4. Staff was very nice but speak very little English outside of the reception desk. 5. Drinks are limited to the wine they offer and juices. No soft drinks. 6. First time at a wellness resort but not something I would do again.

Not sure how this place has a 9 out of 10 rating. We spent our last night in Rome here since it was close to the airport. Little did we know the spa services are open to the outside public and there were people EVERYWHERE & did not make for a relaxing experience. The room had a disgusting smell coming from the bathroom. Room also had mosquitoes and found a large lizard in the bathroom. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and the food was not good. The risotto was basically a cheese sauce with very little rice. On a positive note, the check in experience was helpful but we couldn’t get out of there soon enough. Wish we stayed in the city for our last night and took a cab to the airport. Definitely the worst hotel experience we had in Italy.

There was only a few little papercups in the room. Very difficult to have hot liquid in papercups. They gave only 1 glass in bathroom. The bathroom comes with bathtub only with a very narrow glass enclosure. When we take a shower, the bathroom floor is flooded. Service desk gave us 6 towels to soak up the water. Where do people eat other than the hotel restaurant? There's no vending machine or small store to buy water or snacks.

We got a late check in. No one was around to help up with the bags and the room was hot and even though we turned the thermostat down it didn’t cool down. I did love the tile floors through out the hotel and there was a sprig of sage by the bed with a nice note about sage being a calming herb.

Of all four hotels we stayed in on this 14 day Italy trip, this was the worst hotel. We sent a message to the hotel asking about late checking as our train was 1.5 hours late. No response. The room was hot and we had no control over ac temperature. We called front desk and they set it and turn it on so you have to know what temperature you want it on. God forbid you want to change it later you have to call them again. While on the phone about ac we told them about a live lizard and poop in the room. They responded with “ok”. We ordered room service as we were tired from late train. The food was acceptable. No complaints. Every other highly rated hotel we stayed at in Italy gave free mini fridge items daily. Not this one. 3 for water. Walking on the floor barefoot felt dirty. Then I found dried leaves on the floor. The “shower” had no door nor curtain so the water just gets all over the floor. The door hits the toilet because it opens into bathroom. Bed was like a trampoline. Very springy and harder side. Never saw the rest of the spa as we arrived so late and had to leave early the next day. No comment on that. We did see couples in robes walking outside. Dirty and uncomfortable.

So tranquil. Great respite from Rome. Room was a bit warm and no AC on yet. We opened the windows and did fine. Lovely birdsong in the morning.

This shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel, it just doesnt have the infrastructure to be one it needs to be updated and refreshed AC didnt work to well, the bathroom door couldnt be opened all the way becausse it will hit the toilet, when you arrive you get to a big parking lot and nothing says how to get to the front desk to check in, then it was not parking available close to the hotel and then you had to roll your luggage over dirt to get to the frontdesk. I could keep going but the point is that this isnt a 5 start experience

We loved that the property was so close to the airport, making our early morning departure super convenient. Incredibly easy to organize the trip, it was very nice and relaxing. Spa was amazing, everything you’d want from a Roman Bathhouse type of experience. The room was great, climate functions easy to operate, the room was clean and everything laid out with what you need for the resort. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist, bags brought to the room for us, the hotel staff would also hold our room card at the front desk so we didn’t have to carry them to the spa which was helpful. That being said however, it was a bit inconvenient at first (after being told that the spa lockers were only for spa visitors and not hotel members, that hotel members could use their room as a locker for their items) which we didn’t mind leaving our stuff and walking too and back from the room, the only downside our only possession was a room key. Thankfully the front desk offered to hold it there for us until we finished, to which they did lose at one point but they gave us another card right away no questions. With that I can say the all around organization of the spa or staff per say seem a little uncoordinated. (When we returned for the room card we were greeted by another staff who seemed to have no idea about any room card being left and gave us a weird kind of facial expression) The times for certain reservations also don’t particularly make sense.

Absolutely beautiful property and hotel rooms , the bed and pillows are my only complaint as the mattress was springy and pillows were flat . Everything else about the place is exceptional

We stayed for 1 night before going to airport. The hotel is STUNNING! We did not eat the food so I can’t speak on that. Everyone has to walk around in the white robes and slippers placed in the room, otherwise you can’t just sit by the pool. One of the only things I wish was different was the shower. There is no glass or curtain so water gets everywhere. It’s a tub/shower combo so it can be slippery getting out even when you use the towel provided for the floor. Everything was beautiful and would definitely stay there again to take advantage of the benefits.

The doors did not properly shut to the outside of your room so you could hear everything outside and we had neighbors that were up until 2 AM talking extremely loud. And unfortunately, there was no air condition and we were unaware of that. When you book it, it says that there is air conditioning, but they don’t turn it on until a certain point in May. Their food options were not good. Overall, it just wasn’t a good place to say.

This is a remarkable property and one I hope to visit again soon. Its spa facility - while crowded - was pretty remarkable and it makes a great stop-over when traveling to or from Rome. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was the shuttle booking experience. We were arriving at Romes airport in the afternoon, and as this property is right next to the airport we wanted to arrange shuttle pickup. I provided the hotel with my arrival time and information, but was told I needed to contact the shuttle company directly. Then they sent over incorrect and incomplete contact information - repeatedly. It was a VERY frustrating way to be introduced to such a great facility. I finaly gave up after 4 tries and we were lucky (VERY LUCKY) to get a local cab to take us there after waiting in line for 45 minutes. Your luxury hotel experience should begin before you ever arrive - and I hope the hotel management will make efforts to correct this for future travelers. Otherwise - its an extraordinary facilty and experience.

Great property, but kind of out of the way. It costs almost 30 Euros to get there from the airport, and it's only a few miles from a shopping mall (WoW) in Parco Leonardo. Getting a taxi from the hotel and airport was awesome, but getting one from Parco Leonardo to the hotel was almost impossible. When we called the hotel, they did not seem to want to help us get there to check-in.

Special touches like apple in the room, aperitivo at spa, and breakfast included. Close to the airport but not at all an "airport hotel." Front desk arranged taxis to Ostia Antica and airport for us - very helpful!

I booked this hotel Late after a delay with one of our cases arriving at the airport . I justified the cost on the basis we would both have spa access due to VIP status with Expedia . We were specifically told on late check in that we had no spa access and the spa face pack in the room was our spa extra . When we arrived after 11pm the door was part closed to reception. The man on the desk just gesticulated and then watched us struggle with cases that only just fit through the door that would only half open. Wry unwelcoming and then told we did not qualify for the free spa access for 2 that our VIP status had offered us on booking. Some checked out early and wasted £350 for a bed and nothing else . Air con/fan also very noisy in the room

The property was very nice and most of the staff was helpful and kind. The people at reception and scheduling made any request or reservation very difficult. They made what should have been a very nice stay, less than it should or could have been.

It was good! Overall, it's a wonderful spot to stay if you're catching a flight and need some time around the airport. The restaurant needs a lot of help. The waitresses was very unfriendly and didnt want to be there.

We stayed here on our final night after a cruise. Customer service from the reception desk was unaccommodating. We arrived at 9:30am knowing our rooms wouldn’t be ready but planned to relax at the pool. They offered to check our luggage but would not let us use any amenities on the property until check-in time of 3pm. We were also told there was no availability for our party for dinner at the on-site restaurant that evening. Upon further communication we were given a 7pm reservation but they requested that we choose between 2 different meals rather than the entire menu. Very bizarre for a full hotel restaurant. Once we did check-in at 3pm we headed out to the pool only to be confronted by hotel management because one person in our group brought a backpack out to the pool area and sneakers. Overall we felt very unwelcome and despite the beauty of the property we would not recommend.

Expedia informed me that I will receive one free spa service VIP access for two per stay, but the receptionist said my wife and I have to pay the full price, no free service. The keys to the room did not work. The room was full of mosquitoes because the door to the garden was left open when we finally got in. There were no food services before 7 pm. The hotel staff recommended we take a taxi to go to a restaurant that was supposedly open for business. Turned out it was also closed until 7 pm. So inconvenient

Proximity to airport and the property is gorgeous. It’s like a Tuscan estate amidst an international airport.

Very nice place to stay for layovers involving Fiumicino. Be sure to take advantage of the well priced shuttle provided by a third party to get to and from the airport as taxis generally turn down a local trip. Uber also an (expensive) option. The facility is primarily a day spa but the rooms have old world charm and the restaurant is good if rather high end. And you can take advantage of most of the spa facilities if you like. It’s primary merit is it is not the on airport hotels!

Great place to spend a night before a flight from Fiumicino.

This is the perfect place to spend a night (or two) upon arrival in Rome after a long overseas flight to rest and recuperate after a long flight (or the reverse). It is 7 minute drive from Fiumicino airport....NOT your typical airport hotel !

The spa was amazing and the property too. The food was delicious. This is such an incredible hotel so close to the airport. It feels like you are in an escape from reality but it’s also very convenient for an early flight.

Our room was very nice, staff were very helpful and the pools were amazing. We had breakfast before leaving for the airport which is only a few minutes away. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of bread, cheese, meats, pastries, etc. Will definitely be going back.

The setting and our room were beautiful. The pools were fabulous and the gratis cocktail hour with a spread of nibbles was a plus. Unfortunately, although the dining room was very pretty, the food was disappointing. Breakfast, however, in another lovely room, was glorious. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location near Fiumicino makes it a wonderful last night stop before flying home from Italy. Am recommending it to friends.

Breakfast was amazing.

For a supposed five star hotel pretty ordinary. Food was overpriced in the restaurant. Cold cuts tasted stale. Steak with too much of a fat cap. We had a romantic suite and the beds were creaky. No water was provided . The restaurant staff looked reluctant at best and rude at worst. Our stay at Anantara Naidi in Rome was far superior than this one. I will give them at best 3 stars.

This is a gorgeous property, almost like a countryside resort in the middle of the city, so a little peace of calm in the middle of the noise. The property is beautiful, the spas are nice as well but very very crowded, you have to rush through every steam/sauna room. The staff is nice, but I will suggest not to go to the restaurant AT ALL.We saw several people complain daily, it was just terrible food, either undercooked or overcooked every single time. They have a limited menu extremely overpriced and although its hard to believe there's bad food in Italy which was rare for us, this was the worst food we had. This was a common reaction as well spoke to several people who said the same each night.

The property is absolutely beautiful, the spa is amazing and the only reason you should go to this hotel. Next time I would skip staying in the hotel and visit the spa for the day. Very limited food options, one restaurant and room service. Only a few items on the menu.

Very enjoyable stay. A large variety was offered for both breakfast and lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. Happy hour is a very special event with drinks and snacks provided. The spa was amazing as well as the selection of pools. There is plenty of loung chairs all over the property to enjoy. Very close to Fiumincino airport.

Expedia offer 1 free spa service for 2 per stay is not available! They substitute it for a face masks. Property is nice with beautiful touches. Good breakfast! Horrible experience with dinner. Very high prices not worth it (nor food nor service). Servers brought a bread to the table. No olive oil! In Italy! In 5 star hotel!?? Really? We ordered one appetizer and 4 main dishes. Appetizer came with 3 main dishes, and my husband had to eat his dish when we all already finished with our dinner. We were rushed out of the restaurant as our table was cleaned while we were still sitting. Unbelievable! Probably will return to the resort, but definitely NOT to the restaurant for dinner. I should of read previous reviews for it before!
