The bathroom was the best I've ever been to when I had to use a shared bathroom. The window of the room opened into a light shaft only and there was no carpet, but otherwise the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Plenty of sockets, table big enough for eating or working but sadly just one chair in a double room. Tee and coffee and cappuccino provided and a small fridge for the food, which was really useful. I could never imagine such a clean fridge of common / shared use. Helpful information and luggage storage for free. Definitely would recommend.

Very clean and spacious, good facilites and friendly staff. Complimentary water and juice was a lovely touch. Dont let the shared bathrooms put you off they were very clean and well stocked. Free tea and coffee was great too! Highly reccomend this place and would stay again. Thank you

It was a very clean large room with shared bathrooms, 3 to be exact it was quiet great location 15min from train 15min from leaning tower and surrounded by endless food amenities. There is no front desk I called the rep number and they were quick to answer and give full direction and accessibility Would stay here again

I received clear instructions for self check-in and met the friendly owner before leaving. The location is excellent—easy to reach from Pisa Centrale with many nearby restaurants. The building has a small elevator for one person and a large suitcase, which is a lifesaver. My room was large with AC, making it comfortable at night. Despite being in a busy area, it was quiet, and the other tenants were respectful. Each room has a lock, and I felt safe as a solo female traveler. However, I didn't like that part of the door was glass, even though it was covered with thick paper. The shared bathroom was relatively clean, and the hairdryer worked well for long hair. Free Nespresso coffee is available at the entrance for those in a hurry. Overall, I recommend this accommodation for its location, elevator, and comfortable air-conditioned room. However, be aware that you’ll be sharing the property with other travelers.

Check In instructions were given to me prior to my arrival without me having to initiate the conversation. LOVE a proactive company! Hotel was a 15 minute walk from Pisa Centrale and a 15 minute walk to all major attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of international dining/shoppiNg. The business offers free coffee/tea/water and use of a mini fridge/microwave. There was also a bottle/can opener located on top of the fridge for people to use. If you arrive prior to check in, there’s free luggage storage. I had issues with one of my keys (never used that type before) and when I reached out via WhatsApp, I got a response immediately. I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate. The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV? This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer.

East to locate, close to shops and dining, clean, easy to access apartment, owner was really nice! Didn't like that there was no where to park. We initially walked over 25 minutes with suitcases to get in. We later found some paid parking that we only had to walk 8 minutes back to the car in the morning. We were able to walk to shops and dining. We did walk to the leaning tower of Pisa in about 30 minutes.

Clean and comfortable, beautiful view if you get a balcony room. Shared bathroom, which can be tricky ( the first night a woman with very long hair emerged from the bathroom and when I went in there was long black hair all over the floor and shower. Not at all the hotels' fault, and the rest of the time there are no problems at all.) I saw the man who does the cleaning every morning and the place was spotless. For accessibility, there is one step to get into the building, and the elevator is small, which seems typical in these older buildings. Not sure if you could get a wheelchair in there. The hotel is very near to several restaurants, bakery, and a gelataria. For sandwiches, I recommend La Piadora. For excellent passed on salads I recommend Ristorante Vineria di Piazza.

The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful views from the balcony. Good quality air conditioning. Sheared bathrooms were clean and fresh just the shower drain wasn’t working very smoothly. I was wondering why there was a raid spray in the room but then one day I’ve seen some ants on my bed. But overall I had a nice time.

The area itself is beautiful, the “hotel” is just the third story of a building clearly ment to be one apartment that was converted into basically a hostel. The bed was uncomfortable and the bathrooms are outdated (and shared).

In posizione molto comoda sul Lungarno, camera spaziosa ed accogliente. Pochi fronzoli, ma tante piccole cose molto utili in viaggio come l'abbondanza di prese e i prodotti in bagno. Buona la qualità del WiFi, molto comodo il self check-in.

Check In instructions were given to me prior to my arrival without me having to initiate the conversation. LOVE a proactive company! Hotel was a 15 minute walk from Pisa Centrale and a 15 minute walk to all major attractions like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Lots of international dining/shoppiNg. The business offers free coffee/tea/water and use of a mini fridge/microwave. There was also a bottle/can opener located on top of the fridge for people to use. If you arrive prior to check in, there’s free luggage storage. I had issues with one of my keys (never used that type before) and when I reached out via WhatsApp, I got a response immediately. I had other questions about the property as well and again, had a prompt response. There were three bathrooms of varying sizes in the common area. All were immaculate. The room itself was HUGE. Enough room to walk around and even do yoga. Lots of storage space for your clothes. AC and Wifi worked perfectly. There was a small tv in the corner of the room that didn’t work but really, who goes on vacation to watch TV? This was my fifth hotel on my two week tour of Italy and the ONLY one where I chose to stay at where I had to share a bathroom. I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness, service and how large the room was. Will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and will come back to Pisa just to stay here longer.

Good hotel, clear instructions as to how to get in. I managed to lose the instructions so had to call them up and they replied instantly. Great customer service. Lovely room with a balcony. Only issue was the bed - we had requested two singles but we had a double. Wasn’t the end of the world and still very happy with our stay.

I enjoyed my stay at You&Me. It is centrally located within walking distance to all famous places to visit, great choice of dining options very close. B&B was a great choice, very clean and bed was comfortable, I slept very well. You'll find all you need in the bathroom and there's also a coffee machine. Highly recommended!

East to locate, close to shops and dining, clean, easy to access apartment, owner was really nice! Didn't like that there was no where to park. We initially walked over 25 minutes with suitcases to get in. We later found some paid parking that we only had to walk 8 minutes back to the car in the morning. We were able to walk to shops and dining. We did walk to the leaning tower of Pisa in about 30 minutes.

The train station is a simple 15 minute walk from the room and 15 minutes from Pisa tower. The airport is also a 30 minute walk. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this to anyone. Great Location and Comfortable Stay We stayed at You & Me for one night and had a very positive experience. The location is excellent — just a short walk to the Leaning Tower of Pisa and right across from the river, which gives the area a nice charm. Everything was within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and historical sights. The room was clean and cozy, and we didn’t experience any issues during our stay. Shared bathroom, which can be tricky ( the first night a woman with very long hair emerged from the bathroom and when I went in there was long black hair all over the floor and shower. Not at all the hotels' fault, and the rest of the time there are no problems at all.) I saw the man who does the cleaning every morning and the place was spotless. For accessibility, there is one step to get into the building, and the elevator is small, which seems typical in these older buildings. Not sure if you could get a wheelchair in there. The hotel is very near to several restaurants, bakery, and a gelataria. For sandwiches, I recommend La Piadora. For excellent passed on salads I recommend Ristorante Vineria di Piazza.

I was travelling solo, my room was specious and clean, a bed comfortable and everything i needed for rest after long journey. It was enough shared bathrooms to use, hot shower and tidy. Owner of the guesthouse very kind, helpful. Complimentary tea, coffee or water was extra bonus. I didn't have a view on the river from my room, but it was ok. I spent there just 2 nights, accomodation was in perfect location, close to main landmarks. Area was very vibrant, romantic at night. Lots of restaurants and bars around. Highly recommend. If I will visit Pisa again, i will definitely stay there !
