The ground floor apartment has easy lighted access just behind hotel. Refreshments and coffee provided inside room. Very quiet unless someone using exterior stairs to access upper apartments. A little dated and a little rust and mildew in tub. Staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. Great location with parking nearby.

Appartement très bien situé pour Tolède , très agréable (3ème avec terrasse) ; un peu compliqué pour débarquer les bagages à l'arrivée ,mais heureusement nous avions réservé une place de parking assez proche et pas de soucis.

Apartments are located in the city walls. There was a remain of a Roman tunel in the middle of the kitchen floor in our apartment. Very cool... Apartments are just across the street from the hotel. Well managed, with everything a family will need during stay. Our receptionist Diana was very kind, explaining little history of the city. Gave us some advice about restaurants, places to visit.

This was a nice hotel in Old Town Toledo. It was a bit of a challenge to locate and access, but we had a nice stay here and the staff was super helpful. Once situated, it was a nice stroll to see the old town and it is a goergeous city, with marvelous vistas.

Muy libdo y bien ubicado. Lo unico que si van con maletas, como yo, es un poco complicado xq hay q subir escaleras para llegar al apto y debteo dependiebdo cual te toque tb hay escaleras, no hay ascensor, pero una vez dentro del apartamento se te olvida ese pequeño inconveniente, xq el apartment esta muy lindo, comodo y con todo.....y con extras: la nevera estaba llena de jugos, leche, agua y tapas riquisimas, y encima una canasta de pan, superrrrrr, me sorprendiò mucho q dieran todo eso y front desk super amables en todo momento. Super recomebdable!
