Unfriendly staff. The room was clean. The beds had plastic on the mattress. It crinkled every time you. Ask for a room in the back of the hotel because of noise. We were not accommodated. Ice machine was broken and no maid service.

Overall the property was good and staff was very friendly. The night we checked in I see they have a no pet policy and will charge $250 a day if they find out you have a pet. This is all fine except when the person who checks you in has a dog on the property. Kind of a double standard. I know not all pet owners are responsible but this sucks for those of us who are. If my pet would have been with us I would have left and driven somewhere else.

its a clean place to stay, the issue we had was toilet ran all night and wouldn't shut off, the air conditioning couldn't keep room cool until sun went down. no hand rails to grab on steps up to 2nd floor.

Room smelled musty, and like moth balls. When we walked in the room the lamp shade was off of the lamp (it had been taped on the lamp). NO SHOWER!! The air conditioning worked half the time. The Direct TV was constantly going in and out. The traffic noise was terrible. I stayed there last year and had a great experience; this year was awful, and I will not go back.

Overall, very clean facility. Staff at the front was very kind and informative about amenities around the town. The only problem we had the whole time was the bathtub and sink not draining properly so while taking a shower, it did fill up fast. We will definitely book again!

The shower was great! Rooms were not updated. I had to pay an additional $50 for my dog when carpet was already stained and tore up. Beds were new but plastic was left on making it impossible to sleep with crinkle sounds all night and extremely uncomfortable mattress! Room smelled like mildew. Paid $100/room for no hot breakfast, not even pastries. Trash can was not secured outside and was blowing down breezeway hitting doors through the night.

However, the rooms are equipped with a mini frig, microwave and small coffee maker with supplies which brings a huge added convenience factor to your stay. There is also a daily morning continental breakfast in the lobby/reception area with several tables and chairs as well as some additional comfy furniture to enjoy your breakfast and coffee. The personal service and pleasant conversation from the front desk ladies made up for any qualms I may have had at first about the outdated rooms. I will definitely be booking this motel again on my next trip to the area!

Hotel was beautiful. Our room had been remodeled and was in excellent condition. Beds were a little squeaky, but not enough to effect the trip. Basic continental breakfast, but visiting with the lady at the front desk was fun. We will absolutely stay here again if the opportunity arrives.

The room and the whole property are very nice. It is close to the highway, so you can hear the traffic. However, the air conditioner did not turn on and off all night, as generally happens in hotels, so the constant sound blocked most of the traffic sounds. We really enjoyed our stay!

I only granted this property 3 stars because of the nice lady I spoke on the phone about my husband being able to check in. When he did check in the person that checked them in was rude. Their breakfast also made my daughter sick shortly after leaving. I think we will camp next time we are in the area.

Wonderful cozy homey place to stay. The town of MountainView is an amazing treasure tucked away in a green setting, with friendly people and good food. This little Inn sits on the very edge of town, making all welcome. Reasonable with good service. I will stay again when passing through.

Our biggest negative was there was no place around to eat on a Saturday evening except fast food. Tried 4 local places around 6 pm. One was “out of food”. Other 3 were closed. Settled for taking Sonic back to the room.

Didn't like all the highway noise. Breakfast was disappointing. Fruit was old and tired. The strangest thing was the beds were on rollers!! My poor husband woke up with no pillows because they fell on the floor and his bed was a foot from the wall!!!! Crazy!!

The stay was quiet, parking was good, staff was friendly and accommodating. Some rooms were updated- ours was t as much as another family members however. We had a king sized bed that was an old set up- mattress was close to the ground. The hotel owners should def update the king sized beds. It was nice they provided food in the lobby. PLEASE look at the labels of product you purchase- and stay away from cheap- (bioengineered “foods”). I understand you are offering food w/the stay so you have to be mindful of costs- but bioengineered “foods” (like the Walmart yogurt and bagels) offered- should not be part of your offerings. Real breads, bagels, yogurts, is appreciated. Side note coffee was really good.

My stay was amazing clean room, housekeeping was amazing when it came to getting extra towels or blankets, Front Desk associates were kind. Definetly a place I will stay again. Breakfast was not a full hot bar but sufficient enough for something small.
