It's a nice place. Two old Manor homes that were converted into a hotel, little leaning to a bed and breakfast while trying to keep the Manor house experience. Heated pool in the middle was nice. Daily breakfast was hand made and different every day. But, Our 2nd floor queen room was small and cramped, lacked organization. Lots of little things need repair\\care, so that makes it look a little less nice.

We love Coco Plum and always love our stays! Such friendly, welcoming staff and beautiful, clean & fresh rooms! Delicious breakfast is included to get your days started. Beautiful pool area and a short walk to Duval for all the fun! Our car stays parked safely right across the street for $20/night. See you next time, Coco Plum!

I would highly recommend! Our room was clean and cozy. The pool surrounded by palms felt like a private oasis. It was a lovely place to spend our anniversary!

My husband & I had a lovely weekend in Key West. Coco Plum Inn was beautiful and quiet, lots of palm trees & orchids. The pool was nice but the water had a ton of chlorine. After 15min spent in the pool I went to rinse & have a shower and noticed the tip of my hair had turned green 😱 (luckily I washed it straight away and it faded quickly). The lady who welcomed us was absolutely wonderful! She was very sweet & she gave us lots of good info, especially where to rent a bike (around the corner). The room was very nice, the bed super comfy and big! Pillows and mattress were perfect for me. It would have been perfect if the shower had more pressure but apparently they’re working on it. The breakfast was very tasty (tortilla) and the chef was lovely too. Overall I would go back to Coco Plum!

The area of the property we stayed in had recently been renovated/updated and was very nice. Each room had an AC unit and mini fridge. Super friendly and helpful reception staff. Small pool was clean and towels were provided as well as ice and filtered water. Was a little nervous about noise prior to the stay because other reviewers made note that it was next to the Green Parrot, but we couldn't hear anything! Very quiet in the rooms and on the property after hours. Very centrally located to anything you'd want to see in Key West.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific to Duval street. The pool was great and the ice machine/water was a nice bonus at the pool. The breakfasts were yummy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms need updating. Housekeeping didn’t clean up all the trash on the counters. Overall, a great place!

Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Room was adequate but not a lot of extra space. Breakfast was good but you only have one main dish each day. Today was biscuits and gravy which I don’t like. Had to settle for 2 biscuits plain and some potatoes. Pool area was very nice. Parking can be an issue. We were lucky to get into a lot just across the street from but it was the last spot. The next closest lot is 3 blocks away. Both were $20 a day. We didn’t use the car. If we had, we probably wouldn’t been able to get back in the lot. However, most things are within walking distance Also uber and Lyft were readily available. Bikes, scooters, golf carts were as well.

You really can’t beat the location, room are clean and a nice size, beds are comfy, and the pool is great with a mix of shade and sun. The one con is that the pool, while it had chairs and was a nice temperature, did not have chaises. I was looking forward to a nice afternoon by the pool but was disappointed that there’s wasn’t anywhere to lay down.

We love the Inn. The only 2 things that could be better are - Room 12 there was some dirt or mold in the shower tile grout and the pillows on the bed could be a bit softer or a little less tall. This will not stop us from coming back because everything else is wonderful. This was our second stay.

Loved everything except the room had an old musty smell that was still in my clothes when I got home. Bought air freshener that helped tolerate while there. Breakfast was very nice and staff friendly. Housekeeper exchanged towels and emptied trash daily.

Loved this place! Very convenient location. Excellent breakfast included. Friendly staff. Clean room & property. Only negative is that bathroom was awkward. No room for getting ready because of round sink with no room for items. Had to put curling iron and makeup on toilet. Need more towel racks and another shelf in shower. Despite all this we would stay there again. Enjoyed our time there

Kind of disappointing for the price. Pros: Great location Comfortable Bed Beautiful tropical landscaping & pool Cons: Small, cramped room & bath Old A/C unit on the floor inches from the bed. TV was weirdly mounted on a side wall and only watchable if lying on the bed sideways. SLOW weak internet No on-site parking, if paid parking across the street is full, next closest lot is 5 blocks away. No overnight street parking is allowed. Don’t expect gourmet breakfasts.

Location was best - easy walk to Sloppy Joe's / Irish Kevin's. Property was nice, Room little out dated, beds were fine. I would have preferred a first floor room, the second floor required a tricky spiral stair case pretty hard to navigate without luggage, difficult with Luggage. with that in mind if you had large checked luggage or multiple pieces of Luggage you will run out of space in the room I was in. Would I stay there again - Yes I would

We couldn’t have asked for a better location. The room was small, but we knew that going in. They made sure the room was always cleaned, and the staff was professional and friendly. The only issue was we couldn’t take a hot shower. The shower was luke warm at best, and that is the only reason we won’t stay there in the future. If that won’t be an issue for you, I would highly recommend the place. In the hotel’s defense, we never reported the problem, giving them the opportunity to fix it.

We enjoyed 2 nights at this property and found it to be comfortable and convenient. There is no parking at the property but there was a parking lot within 1 block. The room was small, but fine for what we needed as we spent most of our time out exploring. Would recommend for anyone that wants to be close to the action of Duval St, but on a bit more quiet location.

Nice little place to stay. Great location. Stairs uo to 2nd floor room were a little rough. Parking for late checkin was not clear and emergency contact person was not easy to understand but he gave us a place to park even if it was blocks away. All in all? Great spot. I would stay there again but would request first floor accommodations

This is a place everyone should stay and experience. The staff was second to none. The room was beautiful and a great respite from the July temps. Recommend to all who want to experience Key West at its finest.

We loved our room, it was quiet and comfy. The pool was great as was the breakfast area. Nice to chat with others staying at the hotel. It's a great location of course. Highly recommended! The staff were very helpful and provided great tips for things to do, as well as parking! Check with the staff before you drive all over town looking for parking!

Amazing stay experience. From the check in, being laid back and easy to the room being so clean and ready early. Gave us a great recommendation to go grab some lunch before sightseeing and they nailed it! The stay was great but the breakfast was the topper, Chef was right there with our choices and the breakfast was made fresh and delivered to us before starting our day. The pool was a nice respite after a long day of walking.

It was our first visit to the keys and we will definitely be back staying at the Coco Plum. The inn has character and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Alexis is great with fantastic suggestions and advice.

We were really impressed & celebrating our engagement until we discovered our room had bed bugs. Then, it went down hill. It was 7pm so no one was on the property. Called the emergency number who was almost annoyed that we called. We ended up having to move to a different hotel, a mile away. Paid for an Uber. We didn’t get an apology, an offer for anything else. Basically told at the other hotel (we were only staying one night) that check out is at 11am.

This location was perfect! It was close to everything but quiet as soon as you entered the grounds. Alexis was amazing and accommodating and the chef made delicious breakfasts each morning. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved Coco Plum! A block from Duvall street and within walking distance to Ernest Hemingway house, Truman White House, Mallory Square. Even though close to Duvall the property was quiet. Very quaint property. Pool is in between 2 bldgs and is surrounded by plants and trees making it private. Really loved Alexis who manages the property! She is a gem!

It’s a lovely place. Like most bed and breakfasts in Key West, it’s a renovated old house, and it is newly and well done. The pool is really nice too. It’s a short walk to Duval, which is very convenient. If you are a light sleeper, just be aware that you can hear the racket from the Green Parrot. Not a problem for us, but heads up to you.

Great location, clean, comfortable bed. Room was adequate but not a lot of extra space. Breakfast was good but you only have one main dish each day. Today was biscuits and gravy which I don’t like. Had to settle for 2 biscuits plain and some potatoes. Pool area was very nice. Parking can be an issue. We were lucky to get into a lot just across the street from but it was the last spot. The next closest lot is 3 blocks away. Both were $20 a day. We didn’t use the car. If we had, we probably wouldn’t been able to get back in the lot. However, most things are within walking distance Also uber and Lyft were readily available. Bikes, scooters, golf carts were as well.

Great Location!!! Pool was nice, check in was very easy. The breakfast menu changed from Scrambled eggs and bacon to biscuits and gravy (not a fan) which resulted in our group eating at Blue Heaven which was fabulous, but still an expense not expected

super easy check in! Gorgeous property. Clean rooms. Breakfast was included but after the first day we decided to do some of the cafes nearby. The location is just perfect. Loved our stay.

Excellent location and very walkable to great restaurants and other historical and fun sites. One block off of Duval in Olde Town. Great staff and a wonderful full hot of continental (your choice) breakfast each day. A great value overall.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was terrific to Duval street. The pool was great and the ice machine/water was a nice bonus at the pool. The breakfasts were yummy. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms need updating. Housekeeping didn’t clean up all the trash on the counters. Overall, a great place!

The Coco Plum is in a perfect location for walking to all parts of Key West. We were able to easily reach Mallory Square, DuVal Street and Truman's home. It also is far enough from the local bars to be quiet at night. The Inn also offers freshly made breakfasts that are delicious.

The Coco Plum Inn is a wonderful, intimate bed and breakfast situated in a fantastic location. The staff were exceptionally helpful and pleasant, making every effort to accommodate our needs throughout our stay. We had a truly great time and would highly recommend it! We are planning to come back next year.

For the most part, it was very clean. Rooms were well kept up with the pool area is absolutely magical very beautiful. The breakfast in the morning is very cute and romantic. Only downside to our stay is the plumbing was not great three out of the six days we were there we had to go around the corner to a bar to go to the bathroom because the toilet wouldn’t flush, but that’s the only flaw everything else was beautiful my husband and I loved it. I will return and if you’re looking for AC, they have the coldest rooms and it’s so refreshing after a hot day and the hotel manager is so awesome and so friendly.
