It was a bed to sleep in and clean. The main lobby restroom, fitness center and juice machine for breakfast were all out of order. The desk manager the first night was smoking right at the entrance, despite this being a non-smoking hotel. Other than that the staff was nice.

Have stayed in other Micotel hotels and have enjoyed my stay. This is one that my family will never use again. Elevator not working properly. Guest keys deprogrammed, needed to be reset to enter room. Guest access with guest keys through outside doors not working, Outside door needed to be left propped open to allow guest re-entry. Safety Latch in hotel room broken. Room was not cleaned. Breakfast buffet not fresh.

Not bad for the price but there were several maintenance issues including noisy fan on a/c, lighting issues, refrigerator temp control knob missing, elevator broke down while we were there. Neither treadmill was in functioning condition in the fitness center so there were just plate weights with no bar and a stationary bike

It has restaurants and walmart nearby which was really helpful and convenient. The property overall was great for the price. . The fitness center is terrible. There are three machines, 2 treadmills and a stationary. The treadmills were out of order. And there were just dumb bell plates with no bar. Either throw it all away and turn it into an employee breakroom or reinvest in it with equipment that works.

The room was really dirty, the chair was so unsafe to seat on as well as dirty. They charged us $30 more for the upgrade and did not find any justification for the extra charge. I am hoping that you do the right thing and credit back the $30. Also the room keys did not work the first time so we had to go back to reception to reprogram them and only one worked.

Room was so so, dirty carpets for sure, some of the walls in room has frayed carpet going up, the door didn’t fit correctly so some light came in from hallway, lights are all screwed up and bed was so so.

Hotel was clean and I felt safe. Upon entry the lobby had a musty scent but that doesn't change the fact that the night auditor was pleasant and patient. I originally booked thru hotel.com but upon my arrival my booking had issues so she cancelled and rebooked me as a walk in. I paid a few dollars more but nevertheless after driving 8 hours I just wanted to rest. My shower had some hairs and so did the toilet but it's fine. I just cleaned up myself. The rooms are on the smaller side but they had all the amenities needed. I didn't get up for breakfast but it was offered. Plenty of toiletries and towels. Very clean and I will return if needed.

Room carpet was full of oil bc I’m sure that’s where oilfield stayed. Didn’t look vacuumed at all. No soap in the restroom, tad bit dirty, one the towels smelled like oilfield location honestly. Feel like other activities are going on in that hotel. I hope they fix their issues bc it could be so much better that what it was.

Overall it’s an okay hotel. They’re pet friendly, but there’s no grass or pet stations nearby. They provide breakfast but it’s not good. I tried their eggs and waffles, but nothing else looked even edible. My child had the cereal options but even those weren’t good. All the food looked plasticky and frozen. I asked housekeepers to vacuum my room because my kid made a mess with the cereal, instead they took the trash out and the sheets and left me with nothing. I had to remake the bed myself and when they did finally vacuum they came at an inconvenient time and kept my kid awake so there was no nap that day. I had to ask for additional blankets and towels because they didn’t replace them. The floor is absolutely disgusting. We walked around for less than five minutes and our feet were completely black.

I know the area is heavy with oilfield traffic but I was quite disappointed in my stay. The lobby smelled badly of sewage, and the 3rd floor where our room was on smelled like body odor. When we arrived to our room the room looked cleaned and tidy but we realized several things wrong. The curtain was broken and we tried to fix it but wasn’t able to, the shower curtain was torn at the top, the skirt of the bed looked burned and scratched up, and the vent in the restroom was hanging down a little. I understand it’s a hotel but the walls are very thin. We could hear everything and the people staying didn’t seem to care that others could be sleeping at 4am and not getting ready for work. We decided to check out early and head home because the stay didn’t feel very comfortable for us. The staff were all great! All 3 front workers were great and very kind, the ladies cleaning in the mornings were also very polite.

While the staff is great, we find the property a bit run down. For instance, the carpet in room 104 needs to be changed. The refrigerator is not working due to a broken knob that got thrown somewhere. One of the lightbulbs is burned out. The bathroom sink has no stopper. Finally, the room that we were given (room 104) is a connecting room which is noisy.

The front staff was not very welcoming upon arrival. Our shower barely put out any water. TV was not good. When I checked out, the front staff lady was asleep in the chair and it was 7:30 AM. Very unprofessional. We will not be staying here again.

The room was clean. The hotel was quiet and it was conveniently right across the street from Walmart. The only complaint I can think of would be one of the channels had a buzzing issue, but when we turned it off from the football game, the buzzing went away other than that perfect stay

It’s right in front of a Walmart so if you need anything, it’s easily available. I checked in around 10 pm so the staff was reasonably tired but so was I. Only concern was the breakfast, although I was there two hours before close up, there were a few things missing. Everything was still clean and there are alternatives that wasn’t a bother
