Property was clean and felt safe. We were disappointed that the advertised restaurant is no longer open, and that upon arrival we were told we had to pay an additional $20/night just to park. Was very loud at night over the street (we were on the second floor), although the hotel did provide ear plugs and a white noise machine to help.

To be picked up call the phone number, press 1. To be dropped off reserve a slot the day before your flight. Worked perfectly. It's also a few feet from and enterprise rent a car or a $16 uber drive to downtown. No problem.

Super close to the airport. Lovely lobby. NO RESTAURANT IN BUILDING. Just a bar, but when I showed up for food at 5pm the sign said to use Uber eats for local stuff. They did have a couple of to-go meals in the little “store”. Room was fantastic! Clean and cozy. The shower was better than the shower I had in the Caribbean haha! Front desk staff nice. NO SHUTTLE 1am to 4am!! I needed a shuttle at 3:30am, which is why I booked this place but I didn’t know this schedule until I got there. Oh well. Plenty of Uber/Lyft in the area. (Lyft seems to be cheaper) I paid with Hotels.com points so I’m not sure what the actual cost was, but I’d definitely stay again! There is parking if you need it and a fee per night.

Loved the ease of transport links to anywhere. The hotel provided a shuttle to and from the airport (although it wasn't always easy to get through to them to book it). The room was kept lovely and clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was free everyday (albeit a little samey) and slightly disappointingly they didn't have any other catering on site, not that this was too much of an issue as uber etc delivered quickly. Overall very happy to stay again or recommend to a friend.

Second time staying here as it's an affordable option for a Boston trip. Only 10 minutes from the Wonderland T station. It was a little loud the second night. The pool had to be shut down for maintenance so that was disappointing. Breakfast is good but ran out of waffle batter this morning.

Lovely hotel, clean, nice staff, especially Gretchen at breakfast who worked on her own and did a great job, she made sure we had blueberry muffins and hugged us on our last day, a lovely person. Breakfast was good, I also enjoyed the pool every morning while my husband made use of the gym. Kitchen area in room, comfortable bed. Only issue we had was with the TV at night as it kept cutting out, an engineer came up on three different occasions, eventually fixed it by unplugging everything and switching it on again. Apart from this we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Karen.

The room looked clean but the carpet by the bed was damp. Hoping the carpet had just been cleaned I put a towel on the floor to absorb the dampness as my socks got wet after standing on it for a moment. The towel became brown as if it had absorbed a cup of coffee. I called the reception and she sent a maintenance person to make sure there wasn’t a maintenance issue because the carpets had NOT been cleaned. The maintenance person said it smelled like a “chocolate drink” that maybe had spilled. I was so grossed out by this. The shower was also not clean. No compensation was given. Never will I ever stay there again.

This was the noisiest hotel ever. No one cleaned our room in 7 days. And we took the sign off the door. We had to get our own towels and TP from cart in hallway or front reception area. Loud street sounds day and night. Exceptional loud upstairs guest. Mgr did call them to be quiet but only lasted a short time. So disappointed

Was an okay stay. Our pillow cases, blanket, mattress covers, and towels all had stains on them. We never received housekeeping during our stay. We called for it and were told they’d send someone up. After waiting a half hour, we called again and were told no one is available. They gave us a new room after that which was good. Check in was easy tho, and decent location.

I do not recommend this hotel. The front staff was not helpful at all. The bathroom towels were dirty and the front desk failed to help us with this matter. We had to look for one of the cleaning ladies ourselves. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

A strange set up for a closet- shelving and not a lot of room to hang a coat or dress. Large sofa and one desk chair- no other chairs or table. Overall, our stay was good. Our room was large, clean, and had a nice water view. However, the windows were not soundproof, so we could hear the noise of trucks and cars throughout the night. The HVAC system in the room was also quite loud whenever it turned on. Additionally, the TV in the living room couldn’t connect to the internet, and the drawers beneath it kept opening on their own, which was strange. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good, offering a good variety of options.

Checkin took too long, since the personnel did not enter my name correct and did not ask for correct spelling of my name. only said I should contact hotels.com since the mistake must have been there. it took very long until I realized they spelled my name incorrect. It was troublesome getting there at first, since their shuttle was not running, although we deliberately choose the hotel for an easy transfer from the airport. No offer on refusion for the Uber. Breakfast was served on plastic/single use service and food quality was very American (industrial). The area and room was very noisy so was happy for the provided earplugs. Aircon regulation did not work so eventually I turned it off manually since the room was too cold for me. Facilities were clean and airport transfer worked well the following day. All in all not very much value for money

I stayed at this hotel for 26 days. While there were some positive aspects to my stay, there are also key reasons why I will not be returning. First, I want to commend the cafeteria and housekeeping staff—they were truly outstanding. Always polite, professional, and approachable, they made a meaningful difference in my experience. Unfortunately, the front desk staff did not show the same level of hospitality. Throughout my stay, they were consistently rude, unhelpful, and gave off the impression that assisting guests was a burden rather than their responsibility. Even at checkout, the lady at the front desk didn’t bother to say a simple “thank you for your stay.” For a long-term guest, this lack of basic courtesy was particularly disappointing. Secondly, I found it unreasonable that guests staying for an extended period are still required to pay $20 per night for parking. Over time, this adds up significantly and feels like an unnecessary and hidden charge. Despite the great service from some members of the staff, these issues made my overall experience fall short—and I will not be returning.

The convenience and location was epic. Couldn't have picked it better for our needs. The staff was over the top friendly and eager to help every, single day. Any questions, they could answer and offered suggestions that enhanced our stay. The shuttle to the airport & subway was the best for us, as it was our first experience in Boston. We will stay here again!!

This hotel is in an industrial area. Its clean and convenient for Logan but thats it. There is lots of road noise from heavy vehicles. Clearly its an issue as the hotel leave ear plugs on the bed side table! First time I've ever seen that. I had a poor experience with the airport shuttle. I waited for 45minutes outside Terminal E arrivals at the courtesy bus stop but it didnt arrive. Nowhere when I booked did it say you had to call for a ride. I had also messaged the hotel a few days before to ask if i should call for pick up on arrival. I never got a response. I called the hotel and was told to go up to departures to be picked up and the bus would be 20mins. Pick up at departures made no sense. All the other hotel shuttles were picking up at arrivals which makes sense!! At the departure pickup I waited 30mins and called the hotel again who were a little vague and after leaving me on hold for a while said the driver would be with me soon. Not a great service. I would suggest stating on your website location of pickup and if a client needs to call for pickup.

We had a great stay for our vacation. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Public transit is easy with bus stops across the street that take you to a subway stop 5 minutes away. We felt very safe even when we rode a bus in at 9:00 at night.

The room was dirty at check in, garbage in trash bin, hair and unidentifiable "sruff" in shower. Breakfast was meek, consisting of eggs, tooast & bagels, vegan sausage, warmed breakfast burritos, and no pastries. The staff were very accommodating for shuttle rides to the airport train station 5 of our 7 days so we could take the subway train into Boston. The breakfast was very sparse so we decided to purchase our own things for breakfast in our room instead.

Good location. Shuttle bus excellent Room not quite as advertised we felt, expected two double, room was a large bed and a sofa bed that let the main bed at the ends so little room to move. Bed not made up for sofa one so after a 19hr day making the bed was tiring. Room good otherwise. Breakfast was good.

Rooms are comfortable and hotel is professionally managed. Had the not uncommon maintenance issue with the room that went unresolved during my stay. Fitness center continues to be too basic for an average exercise routine. Staff is helpful (other than the maintenance issue) and I'd recommend the hotel. Location is not super convenient for getting to downtown, but it's next to the SL3 and 104 buses that run efficiently. It's just that you need to factor in 30 minutes to get anywhere centric.
