When I saw the pictures of this property, I wasn’t expecting top-tier, all-inclusive quality, but I was expecting at least a basic level of cleanliness and good communication with the staff. Unfortunately, that was not the case. When I arrived, the entire border of the studio was dirty, covered with black grime. The towels were old, discolored, and stiff. There were ants coming out of the air conditioning, and there wasn’t even hand soap in the bathroom. On the first day, I messaged the owner using the WhatsApp number that messaged me for the check-in instructions to report the ants and ask if I could change rooms, but I never received a reply, they completely ignored me. Overall, this was the worst stay I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend paying a little more and avoiding this place if you care about your comfort.

Le logement se trouve à 1km de la plage et de la rue animée, donc facile de se déplacer à pied. Quartier sûr. L'hôte est très sympatique et serviable, il intervient rapidement pour que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. il manque des ustensiles de cuisine (cuillères, fourchettes) Le canapé est dur car a mal vieilli; son remplacement serait nécessaire. Le matelas et alèses étaient tachés. le logement est assez spacieux pour 2 personnes. bon rapport qualité/prix pour le Mexique

After reading mixed reviews, I was skeptical. My skepticalness cleared within the first day of checking in. The host was very attentive and quick to reply. We downloaded whats app. Was able to check in early. So we could drop our bags off and go to the beach. The place was super clean. Everything my partner and I needed for 2 weeks. When our hot plate stopped working. I messaged the host and within hours we had a brand new working hot plate. Air conditioner worked great. Took a day to learn how to work but after that I was a pro. The beach was less than a 10 minute walk. With amazing restaurants and street tacos on the way. We ate lunch for under 10$. Some of the best tacos I've had. Oxxo is right around the corner for snacks and bottled water. Bed was super comfy. It was Everything we needed. Its no resort, its not bougee. Its a air conditioned room with a bed and a kicthen. Which if your like my partner and I. It was perfect. We were really only there at night or to make food. Spent lots of time up at the roof top pool. Which I think was my partners favorite part. As he doesnt like swimming in the ocean!! We will definitely book again in the future!!

Great location. Quick response from landlord for any questions or needs. Clean. Nice pool.
