Property location was perfect for our needs. Easy drive to Cape May. Right next to Crab Trap. Walking distance to fishing pier. I enjoyed a morning jog to OC beach and back across the bridge. Room was clean albeit there is a mildewy odor. Loved the balcony and view of the bay. Skipped the continental breakfast and instead had a yummy crab cake Benedict at the diner up the road. Pool unfortunately was closed but the deck was open to enjoy the great view. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We hope to return one day.

My Mom, sister and I had a quick overnight getaway to Pier 4 and loved every minute! The check-in process was quick and super accommodating. We were able to access our room and pool area early. The location overlooking the bay and right next door to a fabulous restaurant and bar was just what we needed! The pool area was very clean and comfortable. Our room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked including coffee, juice, cereal, fruit, yogurt, bagels and pastries. Pier 4 is a perfect place to stay on the bay and we plan to visit again soon!

I was pleasantly surprised.... as everyone has commented, all the rooms are spacious, renovated and clean, with a little microwave and a mini fridge ; and I loved the pool on the bay- has a really nice dining option for hotel guests only, of ordering and eating right at the pool. also convenient to have crabby jacks, and the crab trap right there... I asked for a late check out, and I was able to get an extended hour, which was nice But, obviously there's not a beach on the 'ocean' in somers point- but I had plans in other shorepoints/ and I enjoyed the pool on the bay a lot. I would definitely stay here again. Good vibe.

We loved the pool area and also the restaurants that were so close were really great. The staff couldn’t be nicer and helpful. The only room was good but the only complaint were the mattresses, they were very uncomfortable. Upgrade those and I would give it a 5 star rating!

The door to our room did not shut properly, it required an extra push to get the door to stay closed. My keycard stopped working. The gym was off-site. They charged an additional hidden fee at checkout. I was told it was an additional “Tax”. Very disappointed and will not stay here again in the future.

Great location!!! Minutes from everything in Somers Point. Crabby Jacks is right next door. Pool area has lots of seating so you can sit and watch the world go by on the water. Minutes from Ocean City boardwalk! Hotel needs some updates, which I discussed with the front desk. All in all a perfect spot.

Mattress very hard, pillows too thin and giant cob web on ceiling. Made reservation thru 3rd party online and when I arrived to check in they had trouble finding my reservation at first. They found it but it took a few minutes. The breakfast was very limited. No fruit, no eggs, nothing hot except coffee and toast.

Horrible stay. My 20 something kid accompanied my wife and I for what should have been a pleasant visit to Somers Point. Rude front desk staff argued and insulted my wife when she asked for working wifi. Also, told us we were stupid, even though my kid got fine wifi at the front desk (works fine next to their office router). They said they'd look into it but did nothing. Then, when checking out, the manager, in essence, called me a liar when I told them we had no wifi for the entire stay. We were at furthest end of bldg from elevator and if u got a connection you immediately lost it. Ran into fellow a lot closer to office and he only got 1 bar with VERY poor Wifi (we had zilch). Add to this slippery floor, mold, only enough towels for half a family and their being rude to my family quietly trying to enjoy the pool for our morning there, and that sums it up. I told manager that I am a professor and that my word and honor is my bond: manager replied, in effect, I will see if you are lying when I go and check the room myself. Ironically the low-budget Economy Motel half a block away gave us 4 bars, but not our wifi to use. Next time we will save $150 a night and go there instead. Breakfast is lame too.

We loved the pool area and also the restaurants that were so close were really great. The staff couldn’t be nicer and helpful. The only room was good but the only complaint were the mattresses, they were very uncomfortable. Upgrade those and I would give it a 5 star rating!

I just left a couple days ago and just wow! We had a room facing the bay and it was gorgeous. Plus, the hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that one of the women at the desk was a little rude and a woman at the restaurant, Crabby Jacks, was not willing to accommodate my family when we asked to move to a different table. We wanted to go to a table in the sun, because it was really cold sitting in the shade next to the bay. There was more than one table open in the sun, yet the hostess told us no, we could not move to a different table. So, we just left. Some people really shouldn't work jobs that require good customer service. With that said, there were several other people who worked at the hotel who were very friendly, especially the cleaners.

It was my first time staying here. This hotel Is a family business, and it was a refreshing change from the chain hotels I have stayed at in the past in nearby cities The hotel has been around a long time, but it is very well maintained. Had a beautiful view of the bay from our room. I love how they post quiet time hours from 10:00 pm to 7 am. No slamming doors or loud talking in the hallway at odd hours. I also like the fact that they don't allow "emotional support" animals, while allowing true service dogs. . I wish more hotels would do this one when they say no pets they really mean it. The breakfast was great. Fresh coffee, donuts and danish, along with Belgian waffles. Cereal and instant oatmeal available too. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful sunrise views if you have a bay front room! Room was clean, pillows and mattress comfy, and great for a quick stay. It was winter so we didn’t venture to the beach but an excellent location for the summer. Recommend skipping the breakfast bar and getting a fresh bagel close by or heading to any of the several local coffee shops.
