Værelserne svarrer overhovedet ikke til billederne. Det er slidt og nusset. Fik først et værelse hvor det var snavset, ingen glas eller bestik i skabe og skuffer. Fik et nyt værelse lidt bedre men alt service var beskidt. Vil ikke anbefale det

Arrived early to such a friendly welcome. Able to leave our bags before check in. Checked in and bags were already in the room, amazing staff and service. Room was spacious enough, very clean, snacks and drinks provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer in room. Television in room. Fan in the room which was a godsend in 30+° heat. Comfortable bed, slept so so well. Such a warm welcome, beautiful building and room. Will definitely book again. Highly recommend. Thank you

The level of customer service really stood out — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything needed. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into ensuring guests have a pleasant and relaxing experience. Everything was clean, organised, and ran smoothly throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the warm and inviting atmosphere. It didn’t just feel like a place to stay — it felt like a place where guests are genuinely valued. I would absolutely stay again without hesitation and will be recommending United Lodge Hotel & Apartments to others. Thank you once again for a great experience.

The bed was a camp bed, the walls were very thin, and the fire alarm went off multiple times during the night (no apology from the staff)

Good location to get to London downtown via London Tube.
