Dear United Lodge Hotel & Apartments Team, I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for such a fantastic stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely made me feel at home. The level of customer service really stood out — friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with anything needed. The hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into ensuring guests have a pleasant and relaxing experience. Everything was clean, organised, and ran smoothly throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the warm and inviting atmosphere. It didn’t just feel like a place to stay — it felt like a place where guests are genuinely valued. I would absolutely stay again without hesitation and will be recommending United Lodge Hotel & Apartments to others. Thank you once again for a great experience.

The bed was a camp bed, the walls were very thin, and the fire alarm went off multiple times during the night (no apology from the staff)
