Communication was bad prior to our stay. We messaged them and they never got back to us. Check in was extremely slow and so was check out - the staff kept getting distracted and didn’t process our requests efficiently. Other than that the staff in the restaurant were fantastic and attentive and remembered us for breakfast. The pool was good and the loungers over the pool were great.

This was a lovely hotel to stay a night in Agra. Friendly staff and very accommodating towards us. Prime location and easy to get around the town. This is ideal for a short trip across the area. Thank you to all the staff there.
