The Radisson agra, was totally fine, but not as nice as some of the other Radissons in India. It was a little run down and rough around the edges. The pool in particular was disappointing, there is not enough seating, no towels, the water was foggy, and the whole rooftop was a little dirty feeling. The breakfast was definitely a highlight.

Very nice comfortable stay in a good location for the Taj Mahal. Restaurant pleasant with plenty of choice, nice lobby area. Very comfortable bed. Wouldn’t pay the supplement for the “Taj view” it was miles away in the distance and wasn’t at all like the picture on the website. In our photos, you can’t even see it - a dot above our heads. Rooftop pool nice for a dip, gym very small and very hot. Didn’t have bathrobes despite them advertised as standard - asked in Reception twice and the housekeeping - but they never arrived.

The pool was closed when we arrived even though it was showing as open online. Manager was very rude when we asked to speak to him about it. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Had a great stay -breakfast was great (could have been hotter temperature) room was clean and comfortable. They had a cover charge for rooftop restaurant (I thought was a little unusual.) We went up for a look and a couple of soft drinks with no extra charge but big sign warning cover charge the next evening.

This is a nice hotel in Agra close to the east gate of the Taj. I was disappointed with the overall service of the hotel, even in the off peak season none of the staff appeared to know what was going on, we arrived mid afternoon with the check in staff telling us that the rooftop pool and restaurant were open only to come up and to be told that the areas were closed for a private function. This resulted in having to eat in the ground floor restaurant, where we wanted to eat Al a Carte and not from the buffet, we were told by the staff there to proceed to the rooftop area for that option!! It was frustrating to have to explain to the hotel staff that it was closed. After some time we were seated and presented with one menu for our group to share, more than once were asked if we were sure we weren’t having the buffet, our bill when it arrived was for 5 buffet places not for the meals we had ordered, we then had to go back through the menu to tell them what we had ordered!!

We had booked the Imperial Couple’s Escape package in advance for ₹12,600 including taxes, expecting a luxurious and relaxing treatment as described in their promotion. Unfortunately, the entire experience was misleading: The “Candle Light Signature Massage” had no candlelight at all — the room was brightly lit and lacked any ambiance. The “massage oil” used was baby oil, not professional spa-grade oil. The “herbal tea” offered afterward was just a plain, unfiltered tea, far from the wellness experience promised. For a hotel claiming to be 5 stars, this was unprofessional and dishonest. The entire spa felt poorly managed and not even close to international Radisson standards. We felt scammed and extremely disappointed. I hope management takes this seriously, because what they are currently offering at the spa is not worthy of the Radisson name.

I thought this property really punched above its weight. We stayed in one of the 5th floor rooms with a Taj view, which really was worth the money and the room was good. Really appreciated how helpful the staff were in setting up tours and arranging and onward transfer ( at a sensible price - not a given from what I saw at other hotels we stayed in ). My only reason for not giving 5 stars is on our first night, there was a wedding anniversary on until midnight and the music was really disruptive and so loud, even with ear plugs, it was really hard to sleep- hopefully we just got unlucky but the hotel I think should notify in advance if they’re putting an event like this in because given their layout, it will be invasive ). Food at the hotel was ok but below average compared to other places we stayed.

Entertainment in the evening included a pottery wheel, puppet show and live musicians; all were excellent! The staff in the restaurant were attentive without being intrusive. Food was tasty and chefs also came out and spoke with customers. In particular, they were keen to receive feedback. Excellent hotel; other than the great location, the friendly staff are the biggest asset of this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. We arrived exhausted from our flight to Delhi and were checked in instantly even though it was only 9am. At the end we were also allowed to check out late. Everyone was really kind and helpful and the food was just amazing - highly recommend both the breakfast and the dinner buffet. There was a bit of dust here and there and the hotel is for sure a little aged but this did not really affect our experience negatively. Overall very happy, thank you!

When we arrived the bathroom was so dirty and all the wall with "strange brown stains". The receptionist was very kind and they sent some people to clean it, but I think that this is not the cleanliness level for a Radisson hotel. The food was good but most of it was Indian food, so for breakfast you don\'t have many options. However, the personal was very kind and the girl on the tour desk was very helpful with us (thanks Meera)

The hotel from the outside is clean. Staff is very friendly. The room itself is average. If you pay a high amount for the room, you r axpecting a very clean place. Room was fine. The bathroom was quite dirty. You guys needs to keep your maintenance realy high, only then you can keep your guests satisfied. Restaurant was super. Your chef Ashiesh is very good in his job. We were on a special dieet. The food was good.

The prperty is showing its age...lack of appropriate maintenance (plumbing needs revamp, the universal wall sockets are a joke...they only work with type I or Indian adaptors although both US, and type G should apparently work but dont, carpets are frayed and not sufficiently clean). The food is good, and so are the attendants. Bed linens were clean and well maintained.

Five minutes to the Taj Mahal. Building is nice enough. Bathroom had water issues leaking from the shower head and soaking the floor. Beds were comfortable and clean. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Reception counter was not as friendly; we stood at the counter and waited far too long before we received a greeting, without a smile I might add. A simple smile and “I will be right with you” can go a long way for customer service. Otherwise, good place to stay for a very reasonable price.

First of all, the rooms are *not* soundproof. The room next to mine was “being intimate” morning and night, and I was forced to listen to their bed banging against the wall in my room. The room across from mine kept leaving their door propped open, and letting their kids run in and out of the room, and running up and down the hallway screaming and stomping. This started at 7am. My last night at 11:30pm the kids were running up and down the hallway screaming, I called the front desk and ask them to make the people in that room close their door and make the kids stop disturbing people who are trying to sleep, it was 11:30pm, those kids were out of control. Someone came and told them to get the kids in the room, they’re disturbing other guests. 5 minutes after the employee was gone the door opened and it started again. My first morning there, I opened the room service menu, it had all of the breakfast options, with prices and the menu says available from 7:30am to 10am. So I called to order but was told to go to the ground floor to eat the buffet, I said please take my order, I want to eat in my room, he refused said go eat buffet on the ground floor, I ask so you can’t deliver it to my room, he said no. Then why is all that info on the room service menu? At check out they made me wait until they “checked the room” before I could leave. Overall it was an awful experience and I don’t recommend this hotel at all. These are just a few of the ridiculous things I had to deal with

Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms. We were lucky to have a room with a Taj Mahal view (though I had booked a standard room only ). Breakfast was excellent with local delicacies such as bedai, jalebi and parathas. All the staff in the hotel were very attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure we had a wonderful stay. I’d especially like to call out Sachin, the chef who specially brought us Rabri and jalebi when I casually chatted with him about the local food! He also prepared a special chaat for us to taste and all of this with a big smile! A true example of Atithi Devo Bhava. If you are in Agra, stay at the Radisson!

Very noisy and lots of disturbance. Music player in the hotel so loud it shook the room in the evening and we couldn't sleep. Deputy manager didn't offer an apology, solution or compensation. In the morning building work and hammering from 6am. Certainly wasn't up to 5 star standard level of service or comfort, for >£100 per night!

Sadly, my experience with this hotel started off on a bad foot. The day before we were to arrive at the hotel in Agra I received notice about our room bookings not being secured. First they said I had 24 hours to fix this or the reservations would be cancelled. By that evening, they had already cancelled the bookings (they said). When I phoned the hotel, I spoke with someone named "F". He told me the problem was with my booking third party (that's hotels.com) and I needed to contact them. Finally on the morning of our arrival, I spoke with an employee named "Sh" who told me there was no room in the hotel and that our bookings had been cancelled. She then asked if we could rebook for another day (seriously??!? we were on our way to the hotel that day). As well as telling her that was a "stupid question", I told her that I felt like the hotel had handled this very badly. They didn't inform me about the problem until the day before our arrival. Nor did they provide any avenue to make another payment. After that, suddenly our bookings were confirmed. It seemed unpleasant and unnecessary, but it appears that I may be having an issue with the hotels.com app. The hotel itself, was slightly disappointing. It wasn't the Radisson that I remembered from previous visits (I understand that is now a Taj Convention Center Hotel...or something to that effect). This is a nice hotel in Agra close to the east gate of the Taj. I was disappointed with the overall service of the hotel, even in the off peak season none of the staff appeared to know what was going on, we arrived mid afternoon with the check in staff telling us that the rooftop pool and restaurant were open only to come up and to be told that the areas were closed for a private function. This resulted in having to eat in the ground floor restaurant, where we wanted to eat Al a Carte and not from the buffet, we were told by the staff there to proceed to the rooftop area for that option!! It was frustrating to have to explain to the hotel staff that it was closed. After some time we were seated and presented with one menu for our group to share, more than once were asked if we were sure we weren’t having the buffet, our bill when it arrived was for 5 buffet places not for the meals we had ordered, we then had to go back through the menu to tell them what we had ordered!!

I don’t recommend this hotel but if you end up here at least make sure to avoid Jannat at the front desk. She’s a scammer, which is the last thing you’d expect at a 5-star hotel. When my fiancé and I checked in she told us dinner was included and AFTER we had our dinner she claimed that it was not included and tried to charge us. We were finally able to resolve the issue when a manager was involved but the whole experience was awful. Jannat also tried to scam us to paying double, if not triple, to get an SUV to take us from Agra to the Delhi airport! She of course insisted in cash only and said she’d take us to an ATM to get cash. This lady is just a pure scammer, and solely because of her we won’t be coming back and will warn friends and family not to go to this hotel.

The hotel isn’t in a great area but the security made me feel safe. I also don’t think there are many “great areas” in Agra so I’m sure it’s similar anywhere close by. Stayed here for 2 nights. The Hotel is in a good location Rooms are nice and good sizes. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Not far from Taj Mahal. You can clearly see the Taj from the rooftop. Would definitely recommend.

Superb hotel. We had a room upgrade and had a view of the Taj Mahal. Spacious and very clean room. Loved the rooftop restaurant and terrasse for drinks at sunset. All the staff were very polite and attentive. Great food options at breakfast and dinner. Just a short 5 minute car ride to East gate of the Taj. Loved our stay at this hotel!!

A very great hotel to stay in for all the sightseeing in Agra. Only 10 mins to Taj Mahal and Agra Fort and accessible to food outlets too. It was a clean room with a large bed and nice view of the Taj Mahal (although quite far so be prepared to use the zoom on your cameras). Highly recommend this hotel.

Arrived at the property after a long drive and room was not ready so we went sight seeing and came back at 4pm the rooms were still not ready at 4pm and we waited a further 30mins with children to get into our rooms. the rooms had a foul smell. We were exhausted from the heat and ordered room service which was not even sub standard. the next morning we had breakfast included however wanted to take some breakfast with us rather than have it there as we had an early start and hotel was not accommodating at all and eventually provided a take away box. the breakfast was poor quality. overall a big disappointment.

Had a great stay -breakfast was great (could have been hotter temperature) room was clean and comfortable. They had a cover charge for rooftop restaurant (I thought was a little unusual.) We went up for a look and a couple of soft drinks with no extra charge but big sign warning cover charge the next evening.

Room - size was fine, but not clean. The amenities were sub par. WIFI connection was poor. Bathroom amenties were terrible, worned down appliences and fixtures, not cleaned well. Dirty toilet bowl. The breakfast in the morning had lots of food but nothing tasted good. Basic things like coffee and tea were terrible. The hotel in general was not clean and showed poor hygiene. I would staly here ever again and wouldn't recommend at all!

Entertainment in the evening included a pottery wheel, puppet show and live musicians; all were excellent! The staff in the restaurant were attentive without being intrusive.
