The property is very well maintained, had a nice gym, pool and hot tub area and a $20 voucher was included with each day's stay towards the hotel restaurant and bar. Very nice and great value.

Not so good customer service our business ethics in regards to the car charging. We originally picked this hotel over any other hotel because they offered electric car charging. We asked for 2 days and everyday it was never charged not even once. We expressed our concerns to front desk and valet staff only to be given the cold shoulder

Overall my stay was enjoyable. While I don't have high expectations of hotel gyms/fitness rooms, I was disappointed to find that two pieces of equipment (treadmill & stair stepper) were not operational and despite several signs to wipe down equipment after use, there weren't any wipes or spray provided.

Never been to Spokane before and appreciated their location downtown close to the park and such. Parkade is across the street but easy to access; the hotel itself is really well maintained and great decor; the pool is cool and refreshing; and the food was pretty tasty too.

Beautiful hotel and has skywalk to first interstate center of arts so we can go to concerts and not even have to go outside! Table 13 restaurant is fabulous for dinner - full breakfasts served in adjoining lobby bar area. Easy off the freeway and valet parking. Can’t be beat for event over nighter.

In my room, in the dresser, there was a pair of used and dirty underwear, white sauce all over the skirting on the bed and the comforter looked like it was dirty as well. Didnt notice much till the morning....

When we arrived, we were charged fees on top of fees that were not stated when booking. We got to our room to find an odor, one robe instead of 2, the shower was out of shampoo & conditioner and there was a bug crawling on the sheets. Staff failed to do anything when it was brought to their attention. $250 plus for one night, I expected a lot more than this! Will NOT return to these properties ever again.

We were not able to connect our phone with our Hulu app to the tv even when someone came to help us. I had to call to get our room cleaned and replenished with towels and cups and glasses. I think if you are not going to clean the room and replenish items in our room we should get a discount for that day??? The bed was too soft.

Sketchy area of town after dark and no security outside the building. Not a very clean room or bathroom, marks on toilet, countertops very minimal cleaning. Wrappers left under the bed. Did not live up to its name.

I have stayed here many times. This time things have gone down hill. The room was very worn, the bathroom not clean. Shower had stuff smeared across the wall. No conditioner no hand soap. Rips in the sheets. Noise from the train it was overall very disappointing. Skip on this hotel not worth it.

Rooms are spacious and clean. No mini frig. or microwave in room. The hot water is way to hot considering the shower valves don’t regulate when someone uses water in your room or rooms adjacent. You can get scolded.

Sadly they put us in the elevator shaft so all we heard all night was the elevator. They claimed it was For the cleaning people to easily clean the room. However, they forgot to clean the room. Won’t stay here again

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable, clean room. Easy to walk around downtown from hotel, very convenient. Only qualms were temperature and noise. Window doesn’t open and thermostat not good at cooling room—too hot all night, even when turned down. Street sounds reverberate up so bit noisy overnight.

I love the incredible views from this property! We stayed on the 21st floor, the highest floor in the building, and could see so much of the city! The staff was also very friendly. I didn't catch his name, but the man working the front desk at 11:30 am on November 21st was extremely kind and helpful, and deserves a raise!

Great room with lots of space. My wife loved the big open shower. Hotel lobby was spacious and the hotel bar was staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. Starbucks in the hotel was also a bonus- good breakfast options. Insofar as lunch or dinner several good places within a block or two. Last night of our stay tried Churchill and it was top notch.

Valet was easy. The line was long but they accommodated us with glasses of champagne. We needed pillows and silverware during our stay and it was fast and easy to receive from them. Very kind and nice staff. Very fancy and elegant feeling to the hotel as well.

If you like hairs in your bed and a front desk that hates you exist, THIS is your hotel! Front desk was just mean to my GF for committing the crime of asking for a new key card after the one they gave us didn’t work. When I asked to talk to a manager about why she was so mean about it, it was something out of movie. “Im the manager” and gave an over-the-top patronizing apology, the kind where she fake smiles while also being condescending. She even did the front desk voice, “Well I will have to have a talk with her… anything else?” Which is customer service code for “We dont care. We will do nothing to about this. Leave us alone.” Hotels like this always just say “we’re sorry, we’ll do better next time.” But why would I ever come back when theres so many other hotels that dont treat their guests like garbage. Oh, and BTW there were curly hairs all over bed. Maybe thats what all the hidden fees were for… i guess they charged us for the bed hairs! Just the worst.

We stayed here for our our wedding night and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We arrived, and the front desk staff warmly congratulated us and surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to a beautiful suite. The room was spotless, spacious, and luxurious, with amazing views. It truly made our wedding night extra special. Highly recommend the Davenport Tower!

Room was nice. Bed comfortable. Impossible to get ahold of staff for simple requests, like fresh towels or check-out. When I reached the front dest, as there was nobody picking up at housekeeping, the man said it is not his job and hung up. Weird. The Guest Services menu on TV was not even for this hotel which was very odd.

The man that checked me in was very aggressive with me and treated me poorly when I mentioned that I paid with expedia. I asked him for the procedures for valet parking since my work truck didn't fit in self park. He rushed and said the info is online and doesn't have time to answer my questions. The area around the hotel is dirty and the streets are full of homeless druggies that were pooping on the sidewalk.

Right at the start of the Bloomsday Run. Close to the falls and restaurants. Front desk service was quite professional. Bar and restaurant service was excellent at times and so so at other times.

Very nice property in a great location. Family friendly, easy check in, walk everywhere. Good price and would recommend and stay again. Room was clean expect for fake eyelashes stuck to the lamp by the bed! So gross but I did mention it at check out and they gave a $20 discount on the room which was very nice. I ordered a Caesar salad for dinner to take to my room and it was only lettuce. No croutons or cheese. $18! A little disappointing so probably wouldn’t eat at the hotel again.

The Davenport Tower is always a fabulous hotel. The food, however, is horrible. For such a nice place you'd expect at least diner level food. I've eaten many things over the years at the Tower and have never had anything even up to Applebee's quality. This trip I tried some chicken wings that were so sour...yes, sour...that I couldn't choke them down. I don't usually complain about things like this, but this is over the top.
