Good sized rooms but key is having the large area of swimming pool deck but including the shopping/restaurant below which is independently managed. Didn’t feel like you were staying at a Hotel but more like a relaxing stay away

This was a hotel that looks amazing from the outside but all the little issues was it major down fall. Needs painting in the toilet (disgusting). Patio doors spent 30 minutes trying to shut it had to get hotel staff to shut it first night to which the member of staff says it wasnt easy to shut. All the little extra to use the spa and swimmer pool/ gym was a massive let down it says 11.50€ each day per person but what they dont tell you is that its only one per visit per day and you also Must pay 8.50€ for a swimmers hat. Overall very poor experience

It’s quite remote, SPA is 200 meter away in another building for extra 12,5 €, also you can’t use a tiny swimming pool in the SPA and you have to have a swim cap. No options for expedia vip - I had to go down with my room category without any compensation. It was at 9pm at night and I didn’t want to have an argument. Be careful when booking a room with a garden - it’s a cell without windows!!! The one suggested to us had cigarette smoke. There’s no kettle and tea in the room. There was no sound proof - they start cleaning at 7 am and you will hear everything. The swimming pool at the hotel is tiny. We liked car park, cleannesses.

Very modern and cool hotel. Excellent breakfast. Pool area ok. Great pool but 4 out of 5 umbrellas to shade the sun (34 degrees) where broken. The gym that they advertise is not for free. It's another company (building) running SPA and gym. 11€ to enter SPA and Turkish bath and sauna did not work. Ventilation in the gym did not work at our visit. The separate restaurant is excellent and well worth the price. Modern but simple interior but the food is 5 star level.

Déçu , nous avons eu beaucoup de surprise Malheureusement pour un 4 etoile . Piscine et acces au spa en supplément. Meme si vous prenez la chambre superieur . Sur le cite nous avons pris chambre avec accès a la piscine . Encore une fois on joue avec les mots . Le spa n est pas dans l hotel . Le spa temperature assez froid bref. Nous avions réservé la chambre avec spa pour une nuit de repos en famille mi août … le choix de cet hôtel n’était pas la meilleure idée. Passons le ménage un peu léger pour cette catégorie d’établissement - je n’ai rien contre les poils des précédents occupants mais je préfère ne pas les avoir dans ma douche… enfin, la jolie décoration de la chambre pouvait les faire oublier- Ouvrir la porte de la terrasse était impossible, la chambre se trouvant au niveau des évacuations des cuisines et des ventilations de l’immeuble : le bruit et l’odeur ne se voyant malheureusement pas sur les photos, nous n’avions pas prévu de boules kyes pour nous endormir. Quand je parle de douche froide, c’est au sens propre : après une nuit blanche, nous avons voulu profiter de la balnéo, mais l’eau qui coulait était entre le tiède et le froid… idem pour la douche . La personne venue constater était désolée pour nous et n’a rien pu faire : il s’agissait d’une panne générale. Le plombier est arrivé lorsque nous avons rendu les clefs : la personne à l’accueil s’est excusée, et nous a assuré que le directeur reviendrait vers nous pour un geste commercial … retour que nous attendons toujours un mois et 3 relances mails après.

Receptionist does not speak English, shower tray dirty with muld, door for patio unlockable - due to this very noisy room. Breakfast - joke additional fee for scrambled egg, tomatoes has been only offered vegetable, additionally they have been not fresh. One chess which was almost melting. Very friendly staff.

This is not a 4 star hotel nor is it a full service hotel/resort. The breakfast is a joke and if you want hot food it’s extra including eggs. 7 euros for 4 eggs is outlandish. The staff is unprofessional and talks about personal matters in front of everyone. The supposed spa is not even an actual spa… it’s inside of a gym complex about 100 meters from The hotel. On several occasions we had to ask for the mini bar to be filled( it was included in our room so they wouldn’t fill it) Checking and checkout are not 24/7 there is no room service as advertised. Again this is not a 4 star hotel. This place is not for anyone who does not have a car rental as NOTHING is in walking distance. Lastly, the smell in the hotel was intense. They sprayed some type of perfume that destroyed the senses. Pros- the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon reception gentleman was amazing.

Nous avions réservé la chambre avec spa pour une nuit de repos en famille mi août … le choix de cet hôtel n’était pas la meilleure idée. Passons le ménage un peu léger pour cette catégorie d’établissement - je n’ai rien contre les poils des précédents occupants mais je préfère ne pas les avoir dans ma douche… enfin, la jolie décoration de la chambre pouvait les faire oublier- Ouvrir la porte de la terrasse était impossible, la chambre se trouvant au niveau des évacuations des cuisines et des ventilations de l’immeuble : le bruit et l’odeur ne se voyant malheureusement pas sur les photos, nous n’avions pas prévu de boules kyes pour nous endormir. Quand je parle de douche froide, c’est au sens propre : après une nuit blanche, nous avons voulu profiter de la balnéo, mais l’eau qui coulait était entre le tiède et le froid… idem pour la douche . La personne venue constater était désolée pour nous et n’a rien pu faire : il s’agissait d’une panne générale. Lovely hotel, our room had a sea view and was located near the swimming pool. The room was very well appointed , great bathroom area, bed very comfortable everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. We had a great time.

Un super accueil malgré le fait qu expédia ai annulé notre chambre pour je ne sais quelle raison. L hôtel nous a surclassé moyennant une plus value (je réglerai le problème avec expédia) Le personnel est très sympa et attentionné. L hôtel est très moderne et confortable Le seul reproche : les petits déjeuners ne sont pas copieux et options payantes. Nous y reviendrons !!

Good sized rooms but key is having the large area of swimming pool deck but including the shopping/restaurant below which is independently managed. Didn’t feel like you were staying at a Hotel but more like a relaxing stay away

It’s quite remote, SPA is 200 meter away in another building for extra 12,5 €, also you can’t use a tiny swimming pool in the SPA and you have to have a swim cap. No options for expedia vip - I had to go down with my room category without any compensation. It was at 9pm at night and I didn’t want to have an argument. Be careful when booking a room with a garden - it’s a cell without windows!!! The one suggested to us had cigarette smoke. There’s no kettle and tea in the room. There was no sound proof - they start cleaning at 7 am and you will hear everything. The swimming pool at the hotel is tiny. We liked car park, cleannesses.

The hotel was great, I came during the off seasons so there wasn’t much to do around the area. The reception were very friendly and helpful and I enjoyed the facility and the space. I would stay here again. My trip was focused on Barcelona downtown area so it was a bit far by car but not a big issue.

This is not a 4 star hotel nor is it a full service hotel/resort. The breakfast is a joke and if you want hot food it’s extra including eggs. 7 euros for 4 eggs is outlandish. The staff is unprofessional and talks about personal matters in front of everyone. The supposed spa is not even an actual spa… it’s inside of a gym complex about 100 meters from The hotel. On several occasions we had to ask for the mini bar to be filled( it was included in our room so they wouldn’t fill it) Checking and checkout are not 24/7 there is no room service as advertised. Again this is not a 4 star hotel. This place is not for anyone who does not have a car rental as NOTHING is in walking distance. Lastly, the smell in the hotel was intense. They sprayed some type of perfume that destroyed the senses. Pros- the shower was amazing and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon reception gentleman was amazing.

Very modern and cool hotel. Excellent breakfast. Pool area ok. Great pool but 4 out of 5 umbrellas to shade the sun (34 degrees) where broken. The gym that they advertise is not for free. It's another company (building) running SPA and gym. 11€ to enter SPA and Turkish bath and sauna did not work. Ventilation in the gym did not work at our visit. The separate restaurant is excellent and well worth the price. Modern but simple interior but the food is 5 star level.

If you want a more lively place, it’s not the best place to stay especially as a solo traveller. Bus network not really good and it’s quite a distance from Barcelona main city . Rooftop pool not well maintained.
