Very well located - just 2 minute stroll to the old town. We had an executive suite, which was very well sized (bedroom and living room) plus it had a fully equipped bathroom (separate bath and walk-in shower) with his & hers sinks, and then a separate toilet too. Comfy bed, quiet, nice linen, clean, two TVs. My only niggles are the roller blinds that get stuck and are prime to break, and the lack of a decent make-up mirror/ area for my partner. Free coffee and tea all day, water in the room, and water downstairs too. Free to use bikes and umbrellas. Breakfast was very varied, plentiful and delicious - everything you could want.

The room was great and the staff extremely friendly. One issue was that the spa was not available for 2 of our 3 days there. This was not advertised before we arrived or at check-in, and no compensation was offered. Given we’d booked this hotel primarily as the spa looked great, that was a disappointment. We’d have booked another hotel with a spa had we known.

Really good location for getting to the main sights. The hotel was modern and rooms were excellent. Free hot and cold drinks provided all day was a really good touch. Excellent staff, friendly and helpful.

Das Puro-Hotel Danzig ist ein tolles Hotel mit sehr gutem Frühstücksangebot. Der Service sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ohne zusätzliche Gebühren eine Stadtführung buchen, Fahrräder ausleihen und ins Museum gehen. Auch der kurzfristig gebuchte Airport-Transfer (Airport zum Hotel) zum Festpreis hat super geklappt, der Fahrer hat mit einem Schild mit meinem Namen in der Ankunftshalle gewartet. Das Restaurant im Hotel (Italienisch) ist, wie das ganze Hotel, sehr zu empfehlen. Einziges Manko: kein Ausblick, Baustelle direkt vis-a-vis.

Beliggenhet er super og personalet var veldig vennlige. Rommene er fine, men det er veldig lytt, jeg våknet flere ganger av prating som om noen var på rommet, men det var fra naborom og gang. Renhold var litt skuffende da dette pleier å være topp i Polen. Gulvet både i rom og bad hadde flekker og bør vaskes, ikke bare støvsuges. Min datter sølte i sengen på dag 3, da ble ikke dynetrekk byttet, men dynen snudd slik at dette kom ned på min side, noe jeg ikke satte pris på og jeg forventet at trekket ville bli byttet da vi fremdeles hadde flere netter igjen av oppholdet.

We greatly enjoyed our winter stay at the Puro Gdańsk. A place is only as good as the staff, and here they really looked after us. Rooms were spotless and comfortable for a 5 night stay. We enjoyed the bar area and restaurant a couple of nights and again the food and service were great. Location is an easy walk to all main tourist areas. Will look out for this chain again when back in Poland, we do tend to come back again and again for the superb food. Gdańsk is right up there for a summer return. thanks!

The room here is not huge but comfortable, very aesthetically pleasing and technologically advanced. Lights and AC were controlled by tablet, for instance. Bathroom very beautiful-- rain-shower. The bathroom is made of glass that can be seen through so keep this in mind if you're sharing a room with someone, although they're is a curtain that can be drawn for privacy. But the space works best for those who are intimate with each other. My room also has a beautiful view overlooking the street, so it was entertaining to watch the people below (it never was noisy).

Very modern hotel situated in the heart of Gdańsk. Plenty of restaurants right outside the entrance. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Very clean and modern. However tea/coffee facility is not available in the room although it is available free of charge in the main reception area. Despite this I thoroughly recommend this excellent hotel.

Bra hotell, midt i sentrum, men jeg fikk et rom med vinduer mot resepsjon, altså ingen vinduer mot gata. Det var vant ute og ikke mulig å åpne et vindu for å få frisk luft. Det kom også lys fra resepsjonen inn i rommet og gardinen lukket seg ikke helt. Greit for en natts overnatting

The staff at Puro is excellent. The rooms are clean and comfortable, although a bit overpriced considering their size. It would be helpful to have more hooks or additional hangers for clothing, as we prefer to fully unpack during our stay. The beds are a little too firm for our personal preference. The rooms are also starting to show some signs of wear, which I have noticed over multiple stays.

Hotel Puro was a great place to stay, with excellent ammenities, and incredibly helpful and courteous staff, and outstanding location--right in the middle of old town Gdansk. And it was surprisingly quiet in my room, which was outstanding! the only thing I didn't exactly like was that my room faced a narrow courtyard, and so my view was the other rooms, which made me feel like I was in a fishbowl! Again, there was no issue with noise, it just seemed strange, and I didn't want to ever open the curtains while I stayed. Otherwise, it was fantastic!

The AC shut off in the middle of the night every single night of my stay and didn't come back on. I understand it shutting off when it reaches the set temp, but it should come back on when the temp increases again. But, it didn't. It made for an unpleasant sleeping situation and waking up in the middle of the night.

Beautiful hotel, modern design and very clean overall, and the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever experienced, however, the hotel advertises their soundproof windows which is not accurate. My room had a window overlooking the courtyard and I could hear all noises coming from downstairs being on the 6th floor. One morning very loud voices woke me up at 5 am.

Zimmer gut, allerdings Fenster mit Blick in die Lobby. Außerdem war das Gym direkt über mir wodurch ich durch lautes Fallen der Gewichte gestört wurde.

We LOVE the Puro chain!!! Our favourite hotel experiences of the year - and we travel internationally monthly. One bit to add, Puro staff in Lodz were amazing - super friendly and helpful. Staff in Gdansk wouldn’t look at you, smile or greet you unless you went up to them with a question - this should be improved.

Puro is my go-to brand in Poland, and this is my second time staying at this location in Gdansk in the last three months. Puro is always consistent in quality, comfort and convenience. Friendly staff managed to get me into my room early, after an early morning flight arrival, which I really appreciated!! The breakfast is outstanding! Very well located, walking distance to the old town and Christmas Market. Highly recommend this hotel. Taxi’s will need to drop passengers about 100 metres away as the entry is on a pedestrian street - no difficulty finding the place. Lots of dining options in the area. Will definitely stay here again.

Fint hotell, ypperlig beliggenhet og meget god service. Satte spesielt pris på gratis guidet tur med kunnskapsrik og underholdende guide. Vi hadde problemer med persienne på rommet første kveld - fikk nytt rom og gratis frokost som kompensasjon. Veldig fornøyd!

We had to change our train reservation, difficult for me since I do not speak Polish. The lady at the front dest not only helped get a new reservation and a taxi and a bagged lunch for the both of us. Kudos😍

Modern hotel with great location near the touristy area. Great breakfast! Size of double bed in regular room is rather small, so consider upgrading if you want a larger bed. Complimentary hot non-alcoholic drink's in the reception area was great! So was the guided city walk.

Beautiful location on the edge of the picturesque Dluga St area. Hotel is well appointed rooms are small but luxurious with excellent water pressure in the shower. Comfortable beds and work desk. The in-hotel restaurant was very good. The menu selections were varied Italian theme and well prepared and beautifully plated.

Frühstück für den Preis eine Nullnummer. Da haben wir in 3☆-Hotels schon bei weitem besser gefrühstückt. Das Rührei war eine halbe Suppe, Auswahl an Brot und Brötchen so übersichtlich, wie auch der gesamte Rest. Das war Nix! Die Lage ist zwar sehr gut, aber am Ende stimmt das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hier nicht. Wir werden bei zukünftigen Reisen ein anderes Hotel wählen.
