Good location. A few things would have improved our stay, the windows in our room which were street facing didn’t open and felt stuffy. A shaving mirror would have been helpful, and glasses in the bathroom, I don’t like leaving my toothbrush on the work surface. The breakfast was good, but no toaster!! The bar closes at 10pm

Excelent location, beds, room and breakfast. I remove one star beacause this hotel has no stairs available, only elevators, - not everyone like elevators, including me. Also not the fastest wifi I`ve met. This beside, a pleacant and quiet hotel in Old Town centre.

The bar at the restaurant closing < 12 pm, because of late arrival because of the delay due to bad weather conditions, even a glass of wine was not possible anymore. Unfriendly personnel at the reception desk. Spoke bad English. Nice and spacious room. Nice balcony. The cleaning ladies were professional and friendly and did a good cleaning job. Breakfast was satisfying. The hotel had a great placement, only few minutes walk to the old town. The fitness center was ridiculous and claustrophobic with poor equipment. I had to go to the shopping mall to do my gym at CityFit.

Lage des Hotels ist super, man ist direkt im Zentrum und kann alles fußläufig erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber. Nachteil - die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, nur Klimaanlage. Das empfanden wir negativ. Frühstück war sehr gut und da ist für jeden etwas dabei. Parken im Hotel ist sehr teuer, einfach umliegende Parkhäuser nutzen.

The rooms we had were well maintained, comfortable, quiet and had everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean and modern with very good towels. The staff were very polite and helpful and quick to respond to any requests. The breakfasts were always constantly being replenished and had a good variety for all tastes. The only negativity was the fact that you could not get a drink after 10 pm even as a resident. Overall we had an excellent stay and look forward to staying there again.

The entire hotel was spotless. Staff were so friendly and helpful with a wheelchair. Our room was huge, clean and very comfortable. Could have with a few more hot drink options, but a negligible quibble. Utterly fantastic stay. Going back soon

Gdansk är en fin stad och mycket bra lokal trafik, som inte kostar mycket, en enkel biljett kostar 1,1 € Excellent! Very clean and in good condition. The breakfast is for all tastes and has several variations to offer. It is in the center of the Gdansk old town and about 50 meters from ST Mary's church. Very nice staff and helpful. The location of this hotel cannot be beat for the price. Breakfast buffet had a good selection. You are in the heart of old town and will hear people on the streets at the bars and restaurants at night. We are not bothered by this but important to know if your looking for a more quiet location .

Centralt beliggenhed. Gode værelser. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Morgenmadsbuffeten var okay. Airconditionen virkede ikke selvom der to gange var en tekniker forbi for at kigge på det. Vi var 6 personer afsted på 3 værelser og airconditionen virkede ikke på nogle af værelserne. Det var varmt i juli måned og luften på værelset blev ret indelukket, da vinduerne ikke kunne åbnes. Et køleskab på værelset ville være dejligt.

What we liked: *Central Location close to Christmas market, restaurants & shops *Price was great (bedroom next to lift) but was fairly quiet. *Cleanliness, everywhere was spotless. *Staff very helpful. Didn't like: *Musty/stale smell in bedroom & hallway. Didn't disappear. *Can't open bedroom windows. *TV channels poor. Not smart TV *Bathroom door (sliding) has frosted glass which lights up the bedroom if you go toilet at night. *Only UHT milk available for breakfast, coffee & tea. No fresh milk.

Super Hotel direkt am Dom. Dank der ausgezeichnet isolierten Fenster war es dennoch absolut ruhig in den Innenräumen. Sehr großes Familienzimmer mit zwei Boxspringbetten. Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Tolles Frühstück. Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Nie polecam – dużo stresu i brak profesjonalizmu Zarezerwowaliśmy droższy, większy pokój typu family przez Expedię. Na miejscu dostaliśmy pokój przystosowany dla osoby z niepełnosprawnością, mimo że takiego nie wybieraliśmy. Obsługa twierdziła, że to nasz wybór lub błąd Expedi, co nie było prawdą – pokój wrócił jako dostępny dosłownie chwilę po jego oddaniu. Po prośbie o zmianę dostaliśmy najmniejszy pokój w hotelu bez zwrotu różnicy w cenie. Dodatkowo hotel reklamuje parking, ale nie było w nim miejsc – musieliśmy parkować w innym hotelu i nosić bagaże. Obsługa niepomocna, podejście do klienta rozczarowujące. Za tę cenę można znaleźć znacznie lepszy standard w Gdańsku. Nie polecam.

Vi va Nöjda med allt utom frukosten som var kaos. De hade placerat buffén i ett litet trångt rum där alla skulle försöka ta mat. Första morgonen hann de inte med att fylla på. Andra morgonen var tre av tre kaffemaskiner ur funtion samtidigt.

Hotell med veldig god beliggenhet i gamlebyen i Gdansk. Vi hadde bikket et familierom til fire, men fikk et stort rom med sengeplass til seks. Rommet hadde to dobbeltsenger og dobbelt sovesofa. Rommet var nytt og lekkert innredet og badet var stort. Vi har egentlig bare en ting som trekker ned, og det er frokosten. Den var generelt litt kjedelig, men ekstra kjedelig for vår datter som trenger glutenfri frokost. Det eneste man kunne få glutenfritt var noen litt kjipe rundstykker. De hadde ingen frokostblanding, kjeks eller knekkebrød. Har bodd på Hampton andre steder og da har utvalget av glutenfrie spesialprodukter vært mye større.
