The room was comfortable and we slept well. The AC was weak but we were able to get the window unlocked. The breakfast was good but very busy. The location was awesome and very walkable.

Room was very large ..The bed was excellent comfortable with high quality bed linen .. A workable situated for working with strong WiFi ,, The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained location was superb close to all amenities of tourist visit centres, bars etc .. breakfast was varied and of good quality .. only quips were no fridge in room and shower was weak power .. overall score 9/10

Breakfast could be improved with better variety of bread, bacon and better quality of juices (they were like water). About the room, they have to improve the shower (very weak).

I will never stay at a Hampton by Hilton again, the staff were surly and at times rude. I was lead to believe that the client is always right that unfortunately was not the case at this hotel.

The Hotel could not be better placed and the breakfast was very good. Shame the bar on the night of the World Cup Final closed at 10-00pm. The staff were very good and it was a nice touch to give us a packed breakfast on our last day when we left at 6-00am. Would recommend the Hotel and the adjoined bar as so well situated in the old town.
