This hotel was very beautiful. Walking in felt like a movie. Was a wonderful location in the city. Very walkable to various drinking spots and very close to Pub street. Located really close to many restaurants and convenience stores that we could quickly walk to. I would recommend this stay again. They were also very manageable with a change in our reservation. Food and drink service within the hotel was very accommodating. They are also connected to a spring roll restaurant which was really delicious and perfect for a after-excursion meal. The pool was really relaxing as well.

Rambutan Hotel was excellent. The room was very unique. It was two floors with a private balcony. The pool and outdoor lounge was also very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange private drivers to tourist sites and airport pick up and drop off. I would recommend Rambutan Hotel.

I can quite honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Everyone should stay here. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to be helpful in any way you could need. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city with access to everything you could want. And yet when you enter it is a literal oasis between the pools and our 2 story villa. And bonus was you cannot hear the city noise at all, such a peaceful place to escape to after spending the day exploring. A huge advantage was we were able to book our tours through the hotel and charge all our tours on our final hotel bill. Also the spa was incredible, the perfect place to go unwind with the kindest staff. I cannot recommend Rambutan enough, it’s the perfect place for everyone! Oh and you have to make sure to get breakfast everyday, the food was absolutely delicious at their restaurant!

The fantastic staff really make this a great place to stay in Siem Reap. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are tasteful, and the pool and courtyard area is a lovely oasis. It’s the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in, too!

The breakfast was fabulous. The spa was wonderful, and while we were there, the staff was very helpful. The waitstaff was outstanding. However, upon leaving, they incorrectly ordered an airport transfer with a $60 charge when we were only going to another hotel a few blocks away. They said they would refund the $52 difference, but ultimately told me too bad. Honestly, this is my only complaint, but once we were gone it seemed that they no longer cared that they had made a fairly big mistake.

A fantastic small hotel & resort with very friendly staff off the main street and close to the market and restaurant. Delicious breakfast, cocktails and pool food. Quiet and large pool to relax after coming back from the temples. Even provided a breakfast box wjen we left at 4:30 am for sunrise at Angkor Wat. Really enjoyed our stay and would not stay anywhere else!

We loved this place so much that we cancelled our other stays and extended here: they are amazing staff, great cook and just a beautiful lush oasis of rooms around the gardens/pool. They had drivers and services from the hotel to all the activities so all safe and no scams. I wanted to stay there forever .

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room itself had a lot of damage, paint marks on the lamps, cabinets broken, stains on the carpet but it was very clean. Check in was a bit messy. They tried to do it twice and charge me twice but it was sorted out in the end. Breakfast was great.

This was the perfect spot for our short stay. Lovely boutique hotel, friendly staff. Clean room. Bathtub on balcony was a plus. Really good coffee and cocktails. One minor point is that there could be more veggie/vegan breakfast options and portion sizes. Close to temples (by tuktuk), restuarants/pub Street (walkable). Highly recommend!

Mysigt hotell med bra läge. Detta är verkligen ett boutique hotell med unik karaktär. Vårt rum låg på andra våningen med en brant trappa. Helt ok för oss men kanske inte för alla. Skön säng. Bra frukost och övrig mat. Mysig pool i murrig omgivning. Hotellet ligger lite undanskymt i lugnt läge men bara 5-10 min promenad till pub Street. Kan rekommendera detta hotell. Väldig trevlig personal också!

This resort is amazing! It was delightful experience from start to finish. The Rambutan exudes a cozy, homey atmosphere and that immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, we enjoyed getting to know them personally during our stay. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the templates. The pool area was a serene spot to relax and unwind and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals that highlighted local flavors. We hope to return one day!

Great staff, lovely room and great location. Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Every staff member seemed well taken care of by the owner. There happiness was apparent and that happiness flowed outward to the guests. It was our first time in Siem Reap and did way too much sight seeing. Next visit we will be spending more time enjoying the resort.

Our stay at Rambutan was excellent, the room with the bathtub on the balcony was super cute. Great water pressure in the shower, ac was cold and comfortable bedding. The service was impeccable, everyone was super friendly and they were able to arrange a great tour guide. Breakfast was lovely, i would recommend the noodles!! Walking to the market and pub street was easy and quick.

Great staff, lovely room and great location. Could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Every staff member seemed well taken care of by the owner. There happiness was apparent and that happiness flowed outward to the guests. It was our first time in Siem Reap and did way too much sight seeing. Next visit we will be spending more time enjoying the resort.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The room itself had a lot of damage, paint marks on the lamps, cabinets broken, stains on the carpet but it was very clean. Check in was a bit messy. They tried to do it twice and charge me twice but it was sorted out in the end. Breakfast was great.

This property was delightful in every way. The staff are very attentive and welcoming, the breakfast/food is high quality, the rooms are beautiful. Location is also quiet but very convenient. Highly recommend!

We loved this place so much that we cancelled our other stays and extended here: they are amazing staff, great cook and just a beautiful lush oasis of rooms around the gardens/pool. They had drivers and services from the hotel to all the activities so all safe and no scams. I wanted to stay there forever .

This hotel was very beautiful. Walking in felt like a movie. Was a wonderful location in the city. Very walkable to various drinking spots and very close to Pub street. Located really close to many restaurants and convenience stores that we could quickly walk to. I would recommend this stay again. They were also very manageable with a change in our reservation. Food and drink service within the hotel was very accommodating. They are also connected to a spring roll restaurant which was really delicious and perfect for a after-excursion meal. The pool was really relaxing as well.

Mysigt hotell med bra läge. Detta är verkligen ett boutique hotell med unik karaktär. Vårt rum låg på andra våningen med en brant trappa. Helt ok för oss men kanske inte för alla. Skön säng. Bra frukost och övrig mat. Mysig pool i murrig omgivning. Hotellet ligger lite undanskymt i lugnt läge men bara 5-10 min promenad till pub Street. Kan rekommendera detta hotell. Väldig trevlig personal också!

A fantastic small hotel & resort with very friendly staff off the main street and close to the market and restaurant. Delicious breakfast, cocktails and pool food. Quiet and large pool to relax after coming back from the temples. Even provided a breakfast box wjen we left at 4:30 am for sunrise at Angkor Wat. Really enjoyed our stay and would not stay anywhere else!

I can quite honestly say this is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had! Everyone should stay here. The staff are extremely kind and go out of their way to be helpful in any way you could need. The hotel is in the perfect location, right in the city with access to everything you could want. And yet when you enter it is a literal oasis between the pools and our 2 story villa. And bonus was you cannot hear the city noise at all, such a peaceful place to escape to after spending the day exploring. A huge advantage was we were able to book our tours through the hotel and charge all our tours on our final hotel bill. Also the spa was incredible, the perfect place to go unwind with the kindest staff. I cannot recommend Rambutan enough, it’s the perfect place for everyone! Oh and you have to make sure to get breakfast everyday, the food was absolutely delicious at their restaurant!

I can highly recommend Rambutan Resort. The staff alone could get this place 5 stars. Tha Seyla and every body else do an excellent job, it was a privilege to get to know you all. You create a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. Tip them well. Efficient check in/out and transport to and from the airport. Even though it's in the middle of the city, it is still very quiet and calm. I enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast is delicious, plentiful and varied. I didn't see any salt water crocodiles though, may be it was not the season.

Staff were kind and friendly. The restaurant was open air under the roof and comfortable in the dry season. Breakfast was not buffet, but had a lot of variety to choose. Hotel’s tuktuks were around, convenient and also we felt easy not worrying about the price or the destination because the reception told the driver everything.

The breakfast was fabulous. The spa was wonderful, and while we were there, the staff was very helpful. The waitstaff was outstanding. However, upon leaving, they incorrectly ordered an airport transfer with a $60 charge when we were only going to another hotel a few blocks away. They said they would refund the $52 difference, but ultimately told me too bad. Honestly, this is my only complaint, but once we were gone it seemed that they no longer cared that they had made a fairly big mistake.

Rambutan Resort was an amazing place for me to stay in Siem Reap. The staff was very friendly and the location was ideal. Tucked away in an alley the resort is hidden in a peaceful area. The room I booked had 2 floors where the rooftop was dedicated for your outdoor deep bath (which I used and it was fantastic). The bed was huge and the a/c worked well to beat the Cambodian heat. The pool was filled with salt water and I recommend soaking in it after a morning exploring Angkor Wat. The restaurant had good selection of food and don't skip on their breakfast! There were a few things that didn't work in my room like one of the outlets. The coffee machine didn't work either but just order the French Press at the restaurant and you're good to go. The hotel resort is also LGBTQ friendly so if it's what you're looking for then Rambutan should be your stay.

It was amazing. We also swam at their nearby property, the Rambutan Hotel. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was great, and so was the massage (optional, with extra charge). Very centrally-located. Loved it and definitely recommend! I really hope we can visit it again someday.
