Otele giriş anında, 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırmış olmama rağmen, ek yatağın ücretli olduğunu söylediler, sonrasında park yatak vereceklerini söylediler. tamam dedik, üstüne bir de 1500 tl depozito ücreti istediler, neymiş efendim, minibardan bir şeyler içermişiz de söylemeyi unuturmuşuz veya odaya zarar verirmişiz. yakışıyor mu sheraton gibi bir otele böyle ufak şeylerin peşine düşmek. ortalamanın iki katı ücret ödeyerek geliyoruz zaten, kalkıp sizin yastığınızı mı çalacağız? ayıp denen bir şey var. Kaldığımız odada klimadan sürekli bir ses geliyordu, akşam yatarken farkettik, sağolsun hemen odayı değiştiler. Ama dışarıdan da (sanırım liman) sürekli gelen motor sesi gibi bir şey var. This Sheraton is a true five-star hotel with regards to its facilities: modern, spacious room with comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom with rain shower; indoor and outdoor pool and private sandy beach; great buffet breakfast; and convenient/plentiful parking. Check-in was quick, thanks to the front desk and baggage handling. However, while dinner service was friendly/attentive at Fora, dinner itself and drinks were a disappointment - the pasta, and especially the risotto were undercooked. The mojito was not a mojito. We would have preferred more Turkish fare, given the extensive cuisine and belief the chefs would have excelled at this. Also, given our tight schedule, we were unable to enjoy the beach/outdoor pool as access was unavailable promptly at 8 am as advertised. We would also suggest that the hotel’s gem of a beach be cleaned in advance of any garbage, which was not the case. Final helpful suggestion is to better train your friendly, young breakfast staff with regards to tea/coffee service.

Wir sind früher als geplant im Hotel angekommen. Durften aber sofort aufs Zimmer. Obwohl ab 14 Uhr bei der Reservierung angegeben wurde. Das Hotel verfügt über einen eignen Pool und liegt direkt am Strand. Auch ein Indoorpool steht zur Verfügung. Das kontinentale Frühstück ist das Geld wert. Die Auswahl ist sehr gross und schmackhaft. Eine Taxifahrt zum großen Einkaufszentrum Piazza kostet ca. 60ytl. Der Flughafen ist mit einem Taxi in ca. 30 min erreichbar. Kosten ca. 250 YTLIn der nähe befindet sich eine GoKart Bahn und eine Seilbahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Management sehr entgegenkommend. Ein Extralob geht an die Mitarbeiter an der Reception. Vielen Dank

Everything was almist perfect and would have given 5 stars if house keeping was also as good as other areas of services. I had to keep reminding the front desk about proper cleaning of the room, especially restocking of complimentary 2 bottles of water. Overall, it was a great one week stay. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. All good!

Açık havuzu ve spa hizmeti etkileyiciydi. Aldığımız İsveç masajından çok memnun kaldık. Resepsiyon ilgisizdi. do not disturb uyarısı bulunmaması sebebiyle odamıza biz dışardayken 2 kez giriş yapıldı. Bu durumu pek hoş karşılamadık. Genel olarak temizdi ve konforluydu. Teşekkür ediyoruz.

Maalesef bugün otelden ayrıldık. Dün gece odamızda bi küçük tartışma yaşandı ve biz o kadar dürüstçe kendimiz Rezeption arayıp yukarı çağırıp olan bitenden bahsettik. Herşeyi gösuve ödedik. Ama çıkışımızı yaparken bize yapmadığımız bozuk kapı için 2000€ ekstra kestiler. Biz asla parasında değiliz yoksa 8 gün için 3000€ Euro dan fazla ödemezdik ve bukadar işçilerede ekstra haşlık vermezdik. Ve unutmadan balenin biri arabımızın önünü bi yere sürtüyü halde. Otel çalışanlarına dedik kameraya bakın ve gerçekten kapıyı biz kırdıysak ödeyelim!!!! Bunu maalesef kameraya bakmadan ila siz yaptınız diye bizden kestiler toplam 8 günde bu otelde 7000€ bıraktık Gerçekten yazıklar olsun. Bi de otele bilinmeyen insanları alıp havuz kenarında kavga bile yaşandı. Biz tatile geldik hem mağdur olduk, 120.000 Euro lüks arabamiz çizildi, ekstra paramızı kestiler, yıkama verdiğimiz eşyalar kayboldu. Ne diyelim artık?!? Ve bugün çıkış yaparken başka insanlarda şikayet ediyorlardı!

Otele giriş anında, 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk olarak rezervasyon yaptırmış olmama rağmen, ek yatağın ücretli olduğunu söylediler, sonrasında park yatak vereceklerini söylediler. tamam dedik, üstüne bir de 1500 tl depozito ücreti istediler, neymiş efendim, minibardan bir şeyler içermişiz de söylemeyi unuturmuşuz veya odaya zarar verirmişiz. yakışıyor mu sheraton gibi bir otele böyle ufak şeylerin peşine düşmek. ortalamanın iki katı ücret ödeyerek geliyoruz zaten, kalkıp sizin yastığınızı mı çalacağız? ayıp denen bir şey var. Kaldığımız odada klimadan sürekli bir ses geliyordu, akşam yatarken farkettik, sağolsun hemen odayı değiştiler. Ama dışarıdan da (sanırım liman) sürekli gelen motor sesi gibi bir şey var. Onun dışında çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımcı, ücretsiz otoparkı var, havuz ve plaj güzel ancak kumlar pis, sabah 8’de gitmemize rağmen her yer izmarit dolu.

This Sheraton is a true five-star hotel with regards to its facilities: modern, spacious room with comfortable bed, and lovely bathroom with rain shower; indoor and outdoor pool and private sandy beach; great buffet breakfast; and convenient/plentiful parking. Check-in was quick, thanks to the front desk and baggage handling. However, while dinner service was friendly/attentive at Fora, dinner itself and drinks were a disappointment - the pasta, and especially the risotto were undercooked. The mojito was not a mojito. We would have preferred more Turkish fare, given the extensive cuisine and belief the chefs would have excelled at this. Also, given our tight schedule, we were unable to enjoy the beach/outdoor pool as access was unavailable promptly at 8 am as advertised. We would also suggest that the hotel’s gem of a beach be cleaned in advance of any garbage, which was not the case. Final helpful suggestion is to better train your friendly, young breakfast staff with regards to tea/coffee service.

Everything was almist perfect and would have given 5 stars if house keeping was also as good as other areas of services. I had to keep reminding the front desk about proper cleaning of the room, especially restocking of complimentary 2 bottles of water. Overall, it was a great one week stay. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was good. All good!

The hotel itself is not what it was before. Definitely requires renovation. Cleanliness of the bathroom was not satisfactory: toilet seat was not clean and I had to scrub away the traces of urine.
