The room was clean but other areas could use a little more cleaning for example the elevator. The floor was dirty.

The room was clean and breakfast was good. However, I did encounter several issues. First, I put food in the refrigerator. The next day, I discovered it wasn't plugged in and had to discard the food. The carpet around the air conditioner was damp. The breakfast was taken up early on Monday morning and we were unable to eat. Finally, guest ice makers weren't working. You had to find an employee and ask for ice. However, they were quick to provide it when asked.

My experience here was horrible the staff entered my room multiple times during my stay without knocking and when addressed the housekeeper went downstairs and made up a lie that we was smoking in the room when we don’t even smoke never have a day in our life. The office manager put her fingers in my face and once I addressed it she decided to call the police to have us leave the property. They are extremely unprofessional and will lie on you
