El hotel está muy bien. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias y buen desayuno. Persona de recepción amable y posibilidad de parking subterráneo. A tener en cuenta que en julio 23 la autovía por la que se llega está en obras por lo que el acceso es un lío y hay muchos atascos. Las obras duran hasta el 2025.

L'hôtel est super. Personnel agréable et serviable. Concernant le parking, contrairement à certains commentaires vous avez la possibilité de vous garer autour de l'hôtel gratuitement ou dès que vous arrivez à l'hôtel de suivre le panneau parking vous sonner, vous vous garer (cela vous coûtera 10e par nuit). La petit déjeuner est parfait : jus de fruits, boissons chaudes, viennoiseries, pain, pain de mie, et pleins de petites choses sacrées ou salées.

Une chambre spacieuse avec tout le confort, belle salle de bains. Un petit-déjeuner buffet varié et régulièrement achalandé grâce au service attentif des 2 jeunes filles en charge du petit-déjeuner. Possibilité de parking sur place soit gratuitement à l'extérieur ( mais dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel) soit couvert pour 10 euros. Un peu éloigné du centre ville mais facilement et rapidement joignable en voiture. L'ensemble du personnel est très soucieux de répondre à vos attentes.

A pleasent welcome by reception staff. Bilingual, professional and friendly. My room was 314 and the view overlooked a 3 story carpark. Awful! The room a typical size for a single but almost completely devoid of furniture. No mini bar available for storing bottles of water. The bed was thankfully clean but the pillows were either unnaturally soft or overly hard. Nothing that supported the neck so unsurprisingly, I had a terrible nights sleep. The bathroom was a disaster. Mouldly caulking in the shower and hadn't been cleaned with chlorine in quite some time. The ceiling inside the shower cubicle had large and obvious water stains and evidence of moisture absorption and mould. The extractor fan either didnt work or there was none as the steam from the hot water inundated the bathroom completely. Toilet had a badly cracked lid that should have been replaced. The entire bathroom was old in decor and tired. Breakfast was petite as described and forgettable, which was probably why it's free. However, while not the worst breakfast faced, at least there were a couple of edible options.

A notre arrivée la porte de chambre avait laissé ouverte à l’aide d’un serviette roulée par terre. Beaucoup de tâches sur le tapis, sur la tapisserie au dessus du lit eh sur le canapé. L’eau qui stagne dans la Douche et évier de salle de bain.

Hôtel très confortable, propre et personnel agréable. Seul point negatif, le chauffage dans la chambre se met automatiquement à 25° et ne peut pas se baisser à moins de 22°. J'ai eu chaud la nuit et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui est bloquée.

Chambre convenable mais communication entre le personnel à revoir… À notre arrivée (lundi soir), il n’y avait plus de gel douche, obligé de réclamer deux fois (mardi matin et mercredi matin) pour en avoir. Petit déjeuner servi à partir de 6h30 en temps normal en semaine. Pour notre départ, nous avons demandé de préparer le petit déjeuner pour 5h30 (possible sur demande, comme indiqué dans le guide de l’hôtel). Le jour du départ, l’info n’avait pas été donnée au veilleur de nuit donc rien de prêt… Dommage

Catastrophique. Nous avons eu une annulation de ferry qui devait nous ramener a Toulon samedi soir, jai prevenu la veille vendredi en appelant votre hotel, une dame m'a dit au telephone pas de problème monsieur, vpus pouvrz voir avec hotels.com car nous pourrons rien facturer de notre côté, j'ai donc contacté hotels.com pour annulation mais quand ils ont contacté l'hôtel quelqu'un leur a dit que la chambre sera facturée !!! Votre collegue m'a fait perdre beauxoup de temps très précieux a ce moment suite a l'annulation du ferry a cause de la météo et en plus vous avez récupéré de l'argent facile pour une chambre non occupée malgré tout...je trouve ce comportement de votre collègue la dame qui m'avait donnée une fausse information, inadmissible et non responsable.

This room was more like we would get in the States , however breakfast was European and the service and staff were great! Great access to many different bus and train route which gets you downtown very quickly! A couple of food stores just 15 minute walk away and the hospital was just across the street if needed!

What I liked - clean, nice breakfast, nice staff, lots of underground parking What I didn't like - near highway, so noisy if your faces highway, no typical front entrance so getting luggage in & out is difficult

Pas mal de petites contrariétés. Première chambre, un seul mouchoir dans la boîte. Et surtout. Le lendemain matin de l'arrivée, chasse d'eau ne fonctionnant pas. Dans la douche, du lave-mains mais ni shampoing ni gel douche.Changement de chambre : flacon lave mains strictement vide. Au petit déjeuner, toaster non branché les 2 matins oeufs et haricots froids, appareil non branché
