Amazing stay in a very unique and special property. Spectacular view from the rooftop terrace. Be mindful of the very steep walk from the town centre which was not an issue for us but could be problematic for those with mobility issues. Thanks so much 😀

Fabrizio is amazing! He welcomed us upon arrival, let us know about the B & B, showed us the facility, and gave us a map drawing all the locations of the attractions. The view of Rome from the terrace was amazing!!!

This is an excellent place to stay. Beautiful old world charm. Stefano is so helpful. He helped with booking a car service to pick us up and take us to the airport, make dinner reservations, look up places to buy specific things. Such a gracious host. He made us feel instantly welcome. The rooftop terrace is amazing! A gorgeous view of the city. It is about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Trastevere so it is nice a quiet.

Stephanie and Fabrizio were the very best hosts!! Welcoming, helpful, going above and beyond in every respect. We felt so lucky to stay at their former family home in a spectacular neighbourhood, with a roof top terrace overlooking room as the sun set. Loved the walk through statue and tree-lined parks in the morning, and through atmospheric restaurant allies at night. Could not have been happier to have made this place our home-base for Rome!

We had amazing stay at Domus Monami! Stefano was great as a host and even helped coordinate airport transportation. It’s a great area tucked in between the international embassies and very cute Trastevere neighborhood. The property has a rooftop with beautiful 360 degree views of Rome. Our room had two sets of double doors that look onto the garden, which we got to open up to enjoy an afternoon rainstorm. Would definitely stay here again!

Trastevere is a great neighborhood and close enough to all the sites you want to see that you can walk. The room was so charming and the highlight was having a glass of wine each night on the rooftop that overlooks all of Rome. Also, our hosts were able to schedule pickups to the airport and train station which made everything so much easier. Thank you again for making our trip perfect!

This is such a lovely place to stay, a little removed from all the busyness of Rome but with it still very accessible. The rooftop is superlative and gives you such a great overview (literally) of the city. It's a manageable and very scenic walk to the Vatican. There are sensational restaurants and bars nearly. Stefano and team could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

This property was a great choice for us as this was our first trip to Italy. Beautiful area with an amazing rooftop that we didn't even know about. Walked from here and saw a lot of the Rome sites and so close to Travestere Would recommend not only to other travellers but to friends and family as well. Stefani Monami (Domis Monami Luxury Suites) was such a great host I would recommend just based on our experience with him.

I have nothing to complain about. The service was impeccable and very friendly. I just felt that the owners could up their game a bit in regards to the price point but these are just details that are not of consequence but just of appearance. (courtyard terrasse could receive more attention). But the essentials, such as the cleanliness, comfort, tranquility, modern bathrooms, were all a 5/5.

Wonderful stay! Stefanos was a gracious host, checked us in and gave us a tour of the property, even the view from the top terrace that overlooks all of Rome. He was full of knowledge. First floor access, very clean and convenient to Trastevere. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property! The double doors in our room that opened up to the sound of birds and nature made our stay feel like a tropical getaway in the hills of Trastevere. The breakfast area really completed the 100 year old villa feeling that we were looking for in our first trip to Rome. Our hosts were incredibly gracious and accommodating, plus this property is walking distance to the best views of the Roman skyline! Highly highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to be just outside the busy tourist areas but close enough to walk to great restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely be back again!

Stefano and Fabrizio were FANTASTIC! They wereso helpful with restaurant recommendations, lost luggage, special needs..just everything. Quiet, safe area with chaotic Rome a short walk or taxi ride away. Rooms were exquisite. Stay here...you will not be disappointed.

Stefano also arranged a taxi from the airport to the property. Two buses, #870 and #115, were a block away and gave us all the access to Rome that we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat

We had amazing stay at Domus Monami! Stefano was great as a host and even helped coordinate airport transportation. It’s a great area tucked in between the international embassies and very cute Trastevere neighborhood. The property has a rooftop with beautiful 360 degree views of Rome. Our room had two sets of double doors that look onto the garden, which we got to open up to enjoy an afternoon rainstorm. Would definitely stay here again!

This hotel made our trip. Stefano and Fabrizio were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the area quiet and safe. Trastevere is a great neighborhood and close enough to all the sites you want to see that you can walk. The room was so charming and the highlight was having a glass of wine each night on the rooftop that overlooks all of Rome. Also, our hosts were able to schedule pickups to the airport and train station which made everything so much easier. Thank you again for making our trip perfect!

This is such a lovely place to stay, a little removed from all the busyness of Rome but with it still very accessible. The rooftop is superlative and gives you such a great overview (literally) of the city. It's a manageable and very scenic walk to the Vatican. There are sensational restaurants and bars nearly. Stefano and team could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

Stefano and Fabrizio were FANTASTIC! They wereso helpful with restaurant recommendations, lost luggage, special needs..just everything. Quiet, safe area with chaotic Rome a short walk or taxi ride away. Rooms were exquisite. Stay here...you will not be disappointed.

Amazing property! The double doors in our room that opened up to the sound of birds and nature made our stay feel like a tropical getaway in the hills of Trastevere. The breakfast area really completed the 100 year old villa feeling that we were looking for in our first trip to Rome. Our hosts were incredibly gracious and accommodating, plus this property is walking distance to the best views of the Roman skyline! Highly highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to be just outside the busy tourist areas but close enough to walk to great restaurants and entertainment. Will definitely be back again!

This is an excellent place to stay. Beautiful old world charm. Stefano is so helpful. He helped with booking a car service to pick us up and take us to the airport, make dinner reservations, look up places to buy specific things. Such a gracious host. He made us feel instantly welcome. The rooftop terrace is amazing! A gorgeous view of the city. It is about a 15 minute walk to the heart of Trastevere so it is nice a quiet.

This property was a great choice for us as this was our first trip to Italy. Beautiful area with an amazing rooftop that we didn't even know about. Walked from here and saw a lot of the Rome sites and so close to Travestere Would recommend not only to other travellers but to friends and family as well. Stefani Monami (Domis Monami Luxury Suites) was such a great host I would recommend just based on our experience with him.

Good restaurants 10-15 minutes walking distance. Parks, laundry and grocery as well. Quiet street with a church and fountain a few minutes away. Great view overlooking Rome. The hotel sits on the top most hill. It's steep and a workout to walk for some. Rides were easily available.

Great place to stay, I highly recommend. Brothers who run the place are very kind and helpful. It may be worth noting that the hotel is situated on a hill. Everything like shopping, food, museums, etc. are downhill. Be prepared for to climb fairly steep inclines and stairs upon return to the hotel. Also could expand upon rooftop patio furniture, ie no cushions or shade. Nighttime on the terrace is magical but closes at 11. Those things aside, the breakfast is well worth it, they order a variety box just for your room, including a variety of coffees, some cheeses, fruit and cereal. Perfect for fit individuals or couples or people who don’t mind taking a taxi on the regular.

Unknown to me at the time, this is a family owned operation, so expect to get some personalized texts asking about your flight info, etc. The brothers do this to ensure that your check is smooth! We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The suites are in a quiet neighborhood which was great for us! Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. The rooftop was beautiful and also a place to unwind after sightseeing. I loved our room. It had an old charm look and very vintage feel. All amenities like blackout screens, AC, Netflix t.v, wifi, hot water, bidet, coffee and refillable water station was perfect for the stay. Housekeeping always came through and replenished fresh towels, turn downs and just made it lovely everytime we came back! I would definitely stay here again because our host Stefano is unmatched when it comes to hospitality. He really made you feel like his home is your home and enjoy!

Stefano and his family are an absolute class act. Extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. The room was very comfortable and quiet, and being surrounded by embassies undoubtedly leaves you with a feeling of being among the safest neighbourhoods of Rome. Highly recommended.
