The rooms and the facility were clean and the front desk employees were friendly. Our only complaint is there were some loud and rude people in the outdoor area - drinking heavily and playing music so loud you couldn't have a conversation. One of the women from that group got on the elevator with us and proceeding to vape inside the elevator. I had my kids with me and it seemed crazy that she would do that in such a confined space with children. The front desk didn't seem particularly helpful when we informed them of the vaping in the elevator.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The pool and hot tub were perfect after a long day of baseball. Breakfast was delicious and the chocolate chip waffles were a hit!!! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Big shout-out to Carrie for opening the kitchen to help my little guy out. Definitely going to stay here again!

While the facility is clean and the staff are efficient and mostly courteous, the old building needs a lot of updating if it is going to be up to Marriott standards. The walls are paper thin, not a quiet stay. Noise through the walls is crystal clear. There is old ductwork that carries every noise from the room across the hall through a vent right over the bed. Missoula has a lot of medical requiring overnight stays, and it was very hard to rest due to the noise. No hot water or coffee out after breakfast. And the breakfast was subpar. Straight outta the freezer and heated up for breke! Fresh food is needed here.

Requested late checkout. Couldn’t provide it because they couldn’t communicate with the maids because they had stupidly let Microsoft automatically update their computers, and the update crashed millions of computers around the world. They should have tested it first on a single system, and didn’t. So, we are stuck with an 11 am checkout. Then, about 10:30, they cut the lights and TV for the room. Yes, they got us out of there quickly after that. And, a maid kept dropping by to make sure we were gone.

I really appreciate having a confirmed room on the top floor. Only problem was the people beside us were noisy throughout the night & kept my daughter awake. Would it be ok to ask for a room without neighbors if you have the space?

This is a beautiful, new property. The room had a unique and homey layout. It was beautiful and fully-equipped. The nicest room I've stayed at in quite some time. My only knock on the place was that the bed was bouncy and uncomfortable. Marriott used to brag about their beds... apparently not this one. It was not a great mattress and it hurt my night's sleep.

We have stayed here often when we come to Missoula ( we live in Whitefish) and while it is nice this time our shower’s hot water did not work. My daughter stayed across the hall and we had to use hers.

Would highly recommend staying here! Every staff member was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and convenient. The kitchenette made it simple to eat healthy and enjoy home cooked meals. My only suggestions would be to upgrade the cooking pans, as everything burned! Also, install larger tv’s and a makeup mirror. Wonderful time visiting with my family!!

Pictures online are quite deceiving. Beds are uncomfortable & pillows. Asked for more pillows and they are very stingy with them. Thin walls.

Staff support lacking - greatly. Not a friendly welcome at any time of coming or going. Moved rooms 3 times in 3 days and no offer to help moving spaces. Maintenance and bugs were a problem. Very disappointed. Outside was lovely.

I told the later at the counter when checking in that the last time I stayed at this hotel I was on the second floor and I could hear the people above me for most of the night. She put me on the third floor and we had the same issue since there are 4 floors. When spending over $700 in 2 days on a room I expected a better breakfast selection. Due to the lack of food I had to go and spend another $60+ on breakfast elsewhere once we checked out. We most likely won't be returning.

It was great for a quick 2-night stay in Missoula. Clean and comfortable. Bed was harder than I like. And there was no lotion which is surprising. But the breakfast was great and more than adequate. Night clerk was very friendly.
