The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was good. The only complaint is the pool is very small and you have to choose a time slot to use it. We have two little ones who love to be in the pool. I wish this was stated in the hotel specifications before booking.

Stains on carpet and couch. Pool super cold and small can only have 10 guests at a time and needed a reservation to go swimming… should have been aware of this. Pool was super cloudy.

Good location and clean room however the pool was tiny and disgusting. The water was cloudy, smelly and they make you reserve it. The hotel had no hot water for over 24 hours and only refunded half of one night. Won’t recommend

Hotel was comfortable and breakfast was available. Location was good as it was in the city centre. Unfortunately the pool was very small and not heated at the time, the fitness room however was fine.

Beds were comfy, room and bathroom was fairly clean, shower was absolutely amazing, reasonable discounted price. Parking wasn't too bad for the weekend. There's a parking garage behind the hotel that's $5 a night on the weekends. Didn't do valet parking cause that's apparently $42 a night. You need reservations to use their small pool. No hot tub unfortunately :(. They have great free breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.

The location was great- late night food options and just about anything you would want within walking distance. The hotel staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. That said, the pictures online are deceiving - the rooms and pool are much smaller than they appear. There is no restaurant

Great location!! Great valet parking service and friendly staff, very clean! The breakfast could be improved a little though compared to similar hotels all around that have this type of breakfast available. But the location was excellent!!

When booking this hotel, I chose it based on the location and also for the indoor pool. I was very irritated upon arrival when I was told that we could not use the pool because they had reservations and they had all been taken for the evening. The individual at the front desk did offer to extend my checkout time for the next day, so my daughter could swim, but we had to leave first thing in the morning. I do believe that this needs to be shared for folks booking so they understand that there is a pool, but they may not get to use it.

We arrived at 4 PM, which is the official check-in time, but our room was not ready. We had to wait another 30 minutes. The lobby was overcrowded, and there was only one person working at the reception desk — the same person also served at the bar. Because of this, every time we had a question, we had to wait in line for 15–20 minutes. Then came the biggest issue: we found a bed bug on the bed. Completely unacceptable. The rooms themselves are old and badly in need of an update. The pool situation was also disappointing — you can’t just go in, you have to reserve a spot. When we finally checked it out, the water was so dirty you could barely see the bottom. We decided not to use it at all. Breakfast was fair, and the location is good, but those were the only positives. Overall, a very poor experience. I cannot recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great. The carpet and the couch needs to be shampoo. The room was filthy nasty spots, i called downstairs. I made a complain. I have videos. The whole room was nasty. The floor wasn't even vacuumed upon arriving.

The hotel is relatively new and is just wearing down horribly. There were stains all over our carpets and the furniture was worn. The hotel also smelled musty and like marijuana. Not ideal for a family staying there. The breakfast offered was not good but not surprising given the rest of the hotel. There are nearby options for breakfast that I would recommend over trying to eat the food here. The staff was friendly and I don’t think they know or can do much about the overall condition. It’s not a matter of wiping down furniture, it’s carpets that need steam cleaned and furniture that needs replaced.

There was black mold in the shower and no towels upon arrival. There was a foul odor in the hallway next to the elevator. The bed sheets were discoloured and one of the pillow cases was visibly soiled. I will never stay in this hotel again!

Hotel requires update, key readers fell off at least two of my family members doors, there were stains on the furniture and rugs. There were little to no clean wash cloths and towels when requested. For a Hyatt property I honestly anticipated better.

Pros: Great location. Close to everything and very walkable. Rooms were spacious and staff very polite. Beds and pillows very comfortable and TV had Chromecast which we really appreciated. Cons: Plumbing issues-couldn’t take a bath as the water stopper hardware was broken. Couldn’t get cool water out of sink faucet, only hot. Towels were scarce - had to keep calling the front desk to remind them to send towels up to the room. Breakfasts were meh (I guess typical of hotels that include breakfast). Parking was only valet and expensive ($35/day + tax). Pool teeny tiny and you needed reservations. All in all, for us, the priority is location and the hotel was in a great one.

Great location, close to everything. Clean and nice rooms. Front desk Staff were not helpful, couldn’t call them (room phone did not work) so did not get items I needed. Mini frig in our room made a loud humming noise that disturbed our sleep. Overall, stay during the week… not the weekend.

The room on Expedia is not what you get. They have no view of the water but yet you are paying extra for this view. They changed my room because my view was of the ac units. The front desk said they lost their views due to building placed in front. I told them to notify where they are advertising so ppl know what they are getting Everything else is great. The staff is polite and friendly and the place is clean. Not a bad choice to stay

Great location with a lot of dining options and just a five-minute walk from Pier Six Pavillion. Safe area. Check-in took less than 30 seconds. The two men at the valet station were true professionals. I can't believe how quickly our car came this morning. Room was clean, bed and pillows were great, view was wonderful, and the shower was really nice. If we had one quibble -- and we've seen this a couple of other places, too, and it mystifies us as to what architectural teams think this is a good idea -- but having no door at all between the room and the sink is really off-putting. Even if someone is just brushing teeth or putting on makeup, we almost all like a little privacy at the bathroom sink. Anyway, we'd def stay there again. Prime hotel in a great location with great staff.

Overall it was a comfortable room, I was satisfied with the amenities, but the walls were thin. I could hear everything going on in my neighbor’s rooms. One guest was extremely loud at 1:30am.

Digital check-in and check-out did not work for me, so I had to use the front desk both times. Valet parking was so convenient and the staff so friendly and accommodating. The facilities were very nice and the location is so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The front desk staff was exceptional under harrowing circumstances - we arrived early, knowing our room would probably not be ready. That was fine; she proceeded with check-in and I was told I would receive a text when the room was ready. She tagged and stored our luggage for us. We arrived back at 4 pm (the advertised check-in time) to a lobby filled to overflowing with people waiting to check-in, all being told "rooms still being cleaned, not ready". Again, the desk staff was phenomenal, even as they were being screamed and yelled at. People started getting dressed in the lobby bathroom because of dinner reservations and other places they needed to be ready for. At 5 pm, I was still waiting in the lobby. Finally at 5:10 pm, the desk clerk who had checked us in originally looked over and asked, "You're still waiting for your room?" Upon hearing that yes, we were still waiting, she immediately found us a room. Whether it was our original room or not, I don't know. I only know she was kind, considerate, so apologetic, and everything you would hope a front desk administrator would be when things are not going as planned. Even with the check-in fiasco, I would most DEFINITELY stay there again.

Just want to put in a good word for Ralph who was at the front desk 4 out of the 6 days that we were there. Ralph is so cheerful in carrying out his duties, and he always made us feel at ease. He is also very customer-focused and so so welcoming, which truly enhanced our overall experience.

Staff was friendly especially the guy running valet. Had my car ready for me in the morning without even requesting it because he remembered me telling him I’d be leaving first thing in the morning.

The breakfast was outstanding, the room quite lovely, the TV setup for casting from phone was very convenient. There are good restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Hotel was out of certain supplies (room key holder) during checkin was not a great 1st impression. I asked about my request for a microwave and was told they were out. I was placed in a room for hearing impaired close to staff closet I could hear the door slaming all hours. My door would not close properly. Bathroom door had loud screetching sound. Shower did the same. The picture in the room over the desk was missing part of thef rame pointy edge of glass was sticking out,ldoors was sticking out Pillows and bed not comfortable. stiff neck every morning Breakfast offering for special dietary restrictions (turkey or chicken sausage/bacon ,boiled eggs,individul yogurt . staff never showed up with toilet paper. We had to the to front desk to get supplies. No curtains . Had to keep blind diwn yo get dressed. cabinet to fridge would not shut Hallways had the same pieces of paper/leaves on the floor from checkin to check out.

We enjoyed our stay. When we first arrived our rooms weren’t ready so we waited. By 6pm still nothing. Devin then stepped in and assisted us in getting both rooms on the same floor. Throughout out stay Devin was helpful, friendly and accommodating providing GREAT customer service.

I was not greeted by anyone, even after a few minutes standing around. After going where I assumed Check-in was, it still took another minute or two before I was even acknowledged. When I was finally checking in, I was given attitude when I mentioned I booked 2 rooms under my name, and not just 1, and the employee was unable to find the second reservation. The second room was quickly found after showing the reservation confirmation. After arriving in our rooms (on separate sides of the hotel, for some reason), we immediately noticed the noise coming from the joining rooms. The sounds of talking, yelling, laughing, singing, stomping, music, and TVs persisted throughout the night, and we were unable to get much needed rest for an important medical appointment. Hotel Management did nothing. Pretty much living up to the Baltimore stereotype, but I’m highly disappointed with my stay with will not stay at this location again. I will say that the room was clean, but that’s about it.

The hyattnot itself was a nice hotel. Nice complimentary breakfast. Valet service was very friendly and fast. Customer service was decent. Not at all a go over and beyond type. The area outside of the hotel had homeless people and drugged people begging for money. We left our trip and stay early due to the conditions outside of the hotel. I told the customer service we were leaving early cause there was nothing else to do. She never questioned or gave suggestions. And I was still charged for the 2nd night even though we weren’t staying. We checked out before normal check in time but that didn’t matter unfortunately. Disappointed to say the least.

Great location with a lot of dining options and just a five-minute walk from Pier Six Pavillion. Safe area. Check-in took less than 30 seconds. The two men at the valet station were true professionals. I can't believe how quickly our car came this morning. Room was clean, bed and pillows were great, view was wonderful, and the shower was really nice. If we had one quibble -- and we've seen this a couple of other places, too, and it mystifies us as to what architectural teams think this is a good idea -- but having no door at all between the room and the sink is really off-putting. Even if someone is just brushing teeth or putting on makeup, we almost all like a little privacy at the bathroom sink. Anyway, we'd def stay there again. Prime hotel in a great location with great staff.

This establishment is in a great location. Walking distance to all Inner Baltimore Harbor has to offer without being directly in the center giving those who like it a little more settled down the option. Eateries all around including a Whole Foods. Secure hotel, comfortable bedding, daily breakfast and bar/restaurant on site. Metered street parking and parking garage.

The breakfast food was not kept warm and the selection was horrible. The only meat option was corned beef hash and the waffles and pancakes were hard and cold. The other option I had was to make a breakfast burrito. However, the tortilla was cold and has the consistency of cardboard.

The property was located near most of the sites. The room was clean. The staff was helpful when we extended our stay. The only problem was the limited selection of meals in the hotel. Safe and clean hotel located at proximity to inner harbour. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spatious and comfortable. Breakfast is OK (basic) but it would be better if they left coffee, apples or snacks for the late guests (they wrap up everything at 9:00am on the dot on weekdays and turn around people).

Great location!! Great valet parking service and friendly staff, very clean! The breakfast could be improved a little though compared to similar hotels all around that have this type of breakfast available. But the location was excellent!!

The property was very clean and nice. It could be better if bottled waters are provided. The only thing to complain was the staffs serving front desk and the breakfast. Front desk chat among themselves while we are waiting. At breakfast time coffee containers were empty

The breakfast was not good. The pillows were the worst I have ever experienced. You have to go down to the front desk in the lobby to sign up for a pool time and get the pool key. They had spotty internet service so we couldn’t stream any services. The area is great! It’s in Little Italy there are a ton of places to grab food and drinks. It is also a 15 minute walk to the Inner Harbor. The staff was also super polite and the valet was efficient. There were definitely pros and cons, but I would not stay here again.

I came to this hotel for the first time celebrating my 30 year high school reunion for the weekend. The staff was great. The room was nice and spacious, and even though I would consider this hotel to be in the heart of downtown inner harbor, it was surprisingly quiet. Checking out was a breeze, and the surrounding restaurants were absolutely amazing. 10 out of 10! Oh, I asked for a late checkout(12noon) which this hotel honored. And when I hopped in the shower at 11 o’clock, the water was still piping hot so now I have to change my review lol 20 out of 20.!!!!
