Room was clean however attempts to spot clean the sofa bed cushions would be nice.

I love it there.

Breakfast is great

Most of our room (719) was destroyed. Carpet in front of the fridge was drenched and no one came to address it after it was mentioned. Sink based is cracked, shower does not drain and toilet takes several attempts to flush. Ice machine on that floor is not functional. Breakfast was inedible and no sighs to tell you what youre eating. Kids are allergic to meat and they have both been sick since trying 1 PC of this morning's eggs mush which we later found out had meat in it. Only non meat item was the concrete pancakes or stale cereal. Pool is dangerously slippery and we witnessed 2 children get injured in our hr in the freezing waters. Staff was fine but am not recommending the property to any of our friends and staying at our usual spot when in town.

If you're coming here, you know it's not fancy, but that's OK. I have to say, they win the award for Best Elevator -- never a wait. Staff (even maintenance man) were exceptionally friendly. Bummed out that you have to reserve your time at the pool in one-hour blocks, but at least they have an indoor pool. Great location for grocery store, liquor store and lots of restaurants. Ash trays in front of building so you don't feel like a bad person if you're out there smoking. :)
