I was on a business trip and the hotel stayed it has a pool. When traveling I do like to relax after work and this pool was covered and closed. I would appreciate more honesty from the folks that they keep the condition and status of their property up to date. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known.

We chose the hotel because of advertised laundry facilities. When we went to dry the clothes, the heating element didn’t work. The local laundry facility owner would not let us in at 9:00 pm to dry our clothes, when the business was open until 10. The hotel managers ended up drying our things in their unit dryer and brought the clothes to our room when they were dry. Nice of owners, but it was an ordeal to get our laundry done and we needed it dry. There is no shampoo or conditioner in the room. The parking lot was safe for our vehicles.

Room was fine, although despite asking for an early check in I wasnt told the parking lot was being repaved and therefore i'd have nowhere to park. Front desk told me they'd call when I could move my car but i never heard back.

Was a clean room and in good condition The reason on an average review is the ice machine was off. When I went to the front desk. He went behind a curtain I believed to be there living quarters. He returned with a bucket full of ice. Seemed a little awkward to me. I went to call the front desk but our phone was not working. Again left me with that awkward uncomfortableness.

It was clean and comfortable. It lacked in a in ambiance kid of drab. The exterior of the place was is a bit run down. The pool was out of service. Overall not bad for the price.

The room was older but very clean. There is very little parking and cars are jammed in every which way. It is on the main road and rather noisy. Otherwise it was a good room for a quick stop overnight.

We always stay at the Regency Inn on our way to Reno from Salt Lake City (annual family reunion). We love the immaculately clean rooms, the amazing shower, and overall general comfort. The staff are friendly and professional. Great place!

If you have a sensitive nose this is not the place for you. Lots of cleaning chemical smells that do not go away. They try to keep it clean but don't look under the bed.

Room was good for the price. Only 2 complaints. 1. Shower never got real hot and ran out of hot water after 10 min. 2. TV was small and mounted to the wall crooked. But, really can't complain much for 70 bucks.

Just a 1 night stop off and looking for an inexpensive place to stay. Price was less than most options in town. Room was clean. No mold, no dust, no stains. We felt safe and the beds were comfortable, but the room was dark and there were many instances where repairs were not done well, such as the large hole in the wall below the TV where the cables were hardwired into the wall and left exposed. Also shower only gives hot water for a couple minutes before going cold. Front desk staff was nice and it was an inexpensive, comfortable night, but next time I will spend a little more to stay in an updated accommodation.

The hotel is fine. There's really nothing wrong with it, per se. It's just REALLY old. It is very basic. It was clean. The beds were firm. If there's any noise outside, you hear it loud and clear inside the room. And there's no privacy curtains if you want the blackout curtains open. It's all or nothing.

Great place, friendly first encounter, nice, clean rooms. Either the guy at the front desk didn’t like me or he’s clueless about the noise level at that end of the building! I read the reviews and there was never a mention of the engine revving at this particular intersection! Non stop for all the evening, at every green light in both directions, they roared past, I’m not sure how late this continued as (thank goodness for a certain gummy) I fell asleep, only to be awakened at 4 am, to an early bird revver!

The hotel is older. The rooms are decorated in dark red and gold. The Cal king bed was very comfortable and the bathroom appears to have been updated. There is a lot of street noise from the traffic. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Jill was amazing! We checked in late in the evening and she was warm and welcoming. I mentioned my daughter was going to be alone in the room while we went to eat and asked if we could have a room on the second floor because it made my daughter feel safer. Jill made the change immediately and expressed her understanding. She went the extra mile and said she’d be available if my daughter felt afraid and would keep an eye out for her. We will stay here again whenever we are passing through Winnemucca. It’s such a beautiful thing to see such great customer service!

We are on the road moving. We set the reservation on Orbitz. We called to confirm 2 things, parking for a trailer with a boat and bottom floor for my mother who is disabled. When we arrived we found out that the parking situation was very tight with a chance of being stuck. We were told to park the 50k boat at the abandoned gas station across the way. The rooms smelled funny, and were a bit run down. We attempted to talk to the host about these parking issues and were met with rude hostility. We never used the rooms were there for 20 minutes and were told that there are no refunds after 30 minutes. I was yelled at and had to tell the host to get out of the way to leave in my vehicle while being harassed. Unfortunately disputing the charges for being lied to and low quality staff. Went to Marriott super happy no angry host staff, paid twice as much still happy.

Everything showed the pride and excellence of the proprietor. What a genuinely nice man! He was so kind, even when the person in front of me was very rude and dismissive. I will come back again, because of the owner and because of the quality of the stay.

We checked in late at night on a drive from UT to CA. The man who greeted us at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. He assured me with great sincerity that he was available if we needed anything. The room was clean and had 3 queen beds, which was perfect for the four of my kids and I that were traveling together. The furnishing are dated, but it wasn’t offensive, just gave the vibes of visiting your grandparents house. I had awesome grandparents, so that isn’t a bad thing. I’m glad we booked the regency to get some sleep before traveling on.

This is a lovely little motel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We had a room with a king bed and a table and two chairs. The room rate is very reasonable and although it’s on the main drag in Winnemucca, the rooms are quiet. It’s a great halfway stop between the Bsy area and Salt Lake.

The outside of the room smelled, though it looked like there was construction. The woman in the reception area was really nice. I loved the colors of the room, it was very comfortable. There was a movie theater and a few restaurants within walking distance (only a couple minutes walk). We were traveling towing a trailer and I had no problem parking. They had a room with 3 beds, which was really nice because my kids were very happy to have a bed to themselves for a change while traveling. I don't see that often.

Staff was very friendly at checkin. Pretty noisy traffic, but slept pretty good. Overall, it was great for our overnight stay. Ate dinner at Sigs, walking distance away. Great service there, plenty to eat and good food.
