Great location and facilities. We went for a relaxing couples weekend but the swimming pool more resembled a big 4 caravan park with the number of kids in splashing around. Not somewhere we would return to for a romantic couples retreat. Otherwise excellent for families.

It was a good stay but would have been perfect if swimming pool was heated..Water in the pool was icy cold! Can’t even swim at all as my feet was frozen the moment i dip them on the water

The hotel was found soon after coming from Melbourne. The facilities including gym and pool were excellent. Sauna was also found near pool. Tennis and walking around the hotel are available.

what we liked are position, cleanliness and mostly the staff.What we didn't like is very poor chice of manu for food and wine list if you are staying longer than one night, car park is too far as spacially when elevators all but one out of order. Most of rooms are too far from reception and not having any trolley handy doesn't make life any easier.

I liked the frienliness of staff. For the price I would have expected a baliny, a stocked mini bar and room service. Grounds outside could be better maintained (no dead plants) as well as windows cleaned. Instructions for airconditioner would have been useful

Property and rooms amazing and really beautiful. Veg k in quick ask efficient. Asked for joining rooms when booked but got side by side but staff were willing to quickly fix the problem neon. Dinner at radius bar, while food was amazing quality service needs a little bit of work however, this may be given pressure on staffing since covid. Breakfast buffet was most disappointing with store brought pancakes, undercooked bacon and scrambled eggs where you had to wait a very long time for. Options were limited and no chef on sight, seemed to walk the food up from another location probably why the wait. Again this could be a staffing issue which is understandably because so many places effected since Dan Andrew and his covid management. On a whole a great experience. Would he even better if they heated pool because such a destination spot in winter

booked too early, otherwise we could get breakfast included for the same price we've paid, staffs not being helpful to provide an offer, quit disappointing. the timber exterior requires a renovation, looks very old. carpets in room are extremely dirty and yucky, but the bathroom is clean. this is the first ever and only hotel that we've stayed with that they have staff knocking at your door to kick you out exactly at 10am the check out time. although we were on time and ready to setoff, but will never return, plus the expensive price they have charged totally not worthy. they rated 4.5 stars on Hotels.com' website, but i consider it should be just 3.5 stars at the max.

We don't like conditions of room, carpet was very dirty and smells very bad,windows and curtain are also full of dust ,bed was ok,but bedding is quiet old. We are really enjoying breakfasts,absolutely delicious and for every taste , staff were friendly and welcoming...

Firstly, on arrival the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful with instructions. I arrived with my wife and 2 young children, both under the age of 7, both go to bed at 8pm at the very latest. We were booked for two nights, Saturday to Monday with two queen sized beds. Rooms had plenty of space, beds were good size and the bathrooms were very clean. The floor carpet was stained black so we left our slippers on the whole time. Come that evening, unfortunately they placed us amongst other families who were there for some BMX competition and they were extremely loud, most knew each other, slamming doors down hallways, and keeping us up most of the evening. I had a trial run that I was competing in and my wife had to book me another room just to get some rest before my 50km run. This was extremely frustrating and inconsiderate of others around us. We did speak to reception and was told no other double bed rooms available. So we continued to book another room away from the noise and we all slept in a king size bed the whole 4 of us! When my wife booked another room, it had complimentary breakfast, the next morning my wife went to get some breakfast and was told it wasn’t part of her booking! Even though it was, this was embarrassing and became much more expensive considering she had to go out to get some breakfast. We were so disappointed that we left only 1 night into our trip. Very disappointing.

We put the sign to make up room and came back to the room still messy and dirty. Bed was not made. They only changed the 2 tea cups in room and didnt even bothered to change the 2 dirty glasses. Never in my life have this kind of experience in hotels.

Great location, lovely modern rooms, perfectly clean and a good size. Would gladly stay again despite the issues with the resteraunt. Resteraunt was a drawback - couldn’t get through on the phone or email to make reservations for dinner. Staff on shift didn’t know what time they opened or closed each day which was important to know as there is very little around Marysville. The food overall was well prepared - there was however some pepperonata tomato base that appears in several dishes that gave us all heartburn. From bean soup to chicken it was the same base. Pancakes and bacon at breakfast were stale and inedible despite eating at 7am on arrival.

The rooms are well designed, well appointed and comfortable, as well as reasonably spacious. The only criticism I have igs of the breakfast. They have a Nescafe machine for coffee, which is a joke. They have barrista coffee but they can't make a cappucino and it's $6! The fruit consists of unripe pineapple and the usual melon. Bread options are limited. Fragas on the other side of the street makes good coffee . Book the room without breakfast.

This is such a great property in the beautiful town of Marysville. I was very disappointed in rock hard bed….some mattress toppers wouldn’t go astray. Truck stop coffee provided in room… very disappointing. I know everyone goes out for coffee but at the rates you are charging something drinkable would be nice! After a two day stay I would have expected to be greeted at some stage by staff. Everyone worked with their head down… not a smile to seen anywhere. Maybe some terrible news had just been delivered? I see so much potential for such a beautiful place… but I will be looking elsewhere to stay for next visit to the area!

We were a family of four, the room was set up for easy use. The Manager Mel was very friendly and the reception staff gave us plenty of local options to entertain the kids. The buffet breakfast was a highlight for the kids too!

Firstly, on arrival the receptionist was extremely kind and helpful with instructions. I arrived with my wife and 2 young children, both under the age of 7, both go to bed at 8pm at the very latest. We were booked for two nights, Saturday to Monday with two queen sized beds. Rooms had plenty of space, beds were good size and the bathrooms were very clean. The floor carpet was stained black so we left our slippers on the whole time. Come that evening, unfortunately they placed us amongst other families who were there for some BMX competition and they were extremely loud, most knew each other, slamming doors down hallways, and keeping us up most of the evening. I had a trial run that I was competing in and my wife had to book me another room just to get some rest before my 50km run. This was extremely frustrating and inconsiderate of others around us. We did speak to reception and was told no other double bed rooms available. So we continued to book another room away from the noise and we all slept in a king size bed the whole 4 of us! When my wife booked another room, it had complimentary breakfast, the next morning my wife went to get some breakfast and was told it wasn’t part of her booking! Even though it was, this was embarrassing and became much more expensive considering she had to go out to get some breakfast. We were so disappointed that we left only 1 night into our trip. Very disappointing.

We had to request bottles of water - It would have been good to have some left in the mini fridge. The Restaurant unfortunately let the Hotel down. The Manager was clearly overwhelmed with how busy the restaurant was. We waited 2 Hours for our meal, the Service was poor, we had to flag down waiters for a drink. The food was OK but very overpriced. The local Pub was a far better experience.

Great location, lovely modern rooms, perfectly clean and a good size. Would gladly stay again despite the issues with the resteraunt. Resteraunt was a drawback - couldn’t get through on the phone or email to make reservations for dinner. Staff on shift didn’t know what time they opened or closed each day which was important to know as there is very little around Marysville. The food overall was well prepared - there was however some pepperonata tomato base that appears in several dishes that gave us all heartburn. From bean soup to chicken it was the same base. Pancakes and bacon at breakfast were stale and inedible despite eating at 7am on arrival.

The rooms are well designed, well appointed and comfortable, as well as reasonably spacious. The only criticism I have igs of the breakfast. They have a Nescafe machine for coffee, which is a joke. They have barrista coffee but they can't make a cappucino and it's $6! The fruit consists of unripe pineapple and the usual melon. Bread options are limited. Fragas on the other side of the street makes good coffee . Book the room without breakfast.

We had a lovely one night stay. Marysville is beautiful and the hotel is in a great location in the heart of the town. The room was comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was also excellent.

I liked the frienliness of staff. For the price I would have expected a baliny, a stocked mini bar and room service. Grounds outside could be better maintained (no dead plants) as well as windows cleaned. Instructions for airconditioner would have been useful

Property and rooms amazing and really beautiful. Veg k in quick ask efficient. Asked for joining rooms when booked but got side by side but staff were willing to quickly fix the problem neon. Dinner at radius bar, while food was amazing quality service needs a little bit of work however, this may be given pressure on staffing since covid. Breakfast buffet was most disappointing with store brought pancakes, undercooked bacon and scrambled eggs where you had to wait a very long time for. Options were limited and no chef on sight, seemed to walk the food up from another location probably why the wait. Again this could be a staffing issue which is understandably because so many places effected since Dan Andrew and his covid management. On a whole a great experience. Would he even better if they heated pool because such a destination spot in winter
