一開始以親民的價格吸引我，離車站又近，就成了我到花蓮協助受災鄉民的首選。行前剛好遇到鳳凰颱風來攪局，接著光復發布紅色警戒，致電說明可能無法前往，但已經過了退費期限，老闆霸氣幫我保留下次再入住；後來警戒解除，依計畫前往，又直接幫我客房升級為有窗戶的客房，感覺很讚！房間擺設充滿海洋風，藍色調剛好是我喜歡的，服務人員親切問候與回應，讓人下次還想再來！

員工很有工作熱誠呢! Check in 時阿鎮哥見我有中型行李, 二話不說便幫我搬到樓上, 那天三位員工清潔門外的浮雕最少四個小時, 外面都那麼認真, 房內的清潔就令人更有信心啦! 加上近火車站和cp值高,超讚的!

老闆服務很好，有交易疑問會幫忙主動查詢及協助。也很貼心，發現我們家有長者、怕長者行動不便，自動幫我們改住到低樓層。不過可惜的是二樓的房間靠窗的部分打掃不確實，讓我和孩子晚上睡時被蟲咬😢⋯為這次行程中美中不足的地方⋯
