We stayed here for one night on a half-board package, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally helpful when we realised we had left a bag at our previous destination. They went above and beyond to help us arrange a plan to retrieve it, which we greatly appreciated. The service was outstanding, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location was perfect—within walking distance of the JR station and conveniently situated right behind one of the public onsen facilities. The meals were both delicious and generous in portion size. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to return on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Ryokan with half board. Very attentive and helpful staff. Homely and comfortable room. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Had passes to the public onsens which was a bonus. Located centrally short walk from the station and onsens. Very relaxing visit.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt hier im Ryokan und der Besuch der Onsen war inklusive. Frühstück und Abendessen haben wir vor Ort erhalten und es war eine tolle Erfahrung! (Wer keinen Fisch etc. mag, sollte sich vorher nach Alternativen erkundigen!) Es war eine tolle Erfahrung, in einem traditionellen japanischen Haus untergekommen zu sein. Es gab auch ein Gemeinschaftsbad, da es auf den einzelnen Zimmern keine Dusche gab! Das einzige "störende", war der brummende Kühlschrank im Zimmer (besonders nachts). Ansonsten war alles wirklich super und eine tolle Erfahrung!
