ROMMET VAR SKITTENT MEN BRA STØRRELSE. SOFAEN VAR SÅ FLEKKETE AT DEN IKKE KUNNE BRUKES OG KJØKKENET VAR SÅ SKITTENT AT DET IKKE KUNNE BRUKES.. BASSENGET SÅ RENT UT OG DET LUKTET KLOR OG SIKKERHETSVAKTENE VAR UTROLIG HJELPSOMME. DE gjorde oppholdet levelig. Vi bestillte fronost men men det var ikke på hotellet men på et hotell 1km unna... vi fikk tilbud om frokost pp rommet. 7 forskjellige menyer men det vi ville ha var continetal breakfast. Det fikk vi ikke og om de skulle ha servert tallerkenfrokost fra 1km unna ville ikke det vært varme egg heller. Fikk per nå ingen kompensasjon og er meget misfornøyd.

The rooms were spotless. Ambience perfect. Service is top-notch. I would appreciate it if they included breakfast in their rates.

Sheets and towels stained.. wifi wasn't working for the first 6 days.. staff was really nice and did their best when they were there.

The accommodation upgraded me and gave me a place that was very spacious. The bedroom was great but the living sofa was very dirty with stain and could be better with nice covering. The kitchen had amenities but the only thing lacking was maybe a frying pan and another pot. The TV remote want working properly and couldn’t change channels. My main issue was the temperature of the shower. It was not hot. The receptionist and the security staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great and close to supermarket and Westlands. I appreciate the quite environment a lot.
