This property holds a special place in my heart and I love it. The drive there. The mountain views. The dark sky views. A little pond and trails out back.

It was a terrible experience The booking place I went through tried numerous times to get a hold of the hotel. I had a death in the family the day I was supposed to check in, and I was completely blown off by your hotel, and it’s staff no effort to help me compensate me I will never recommend your hotel to anyone and anytime it comes up on my Facebook. I will give you never negative feedback.

No breakfast or food at this time of the year, pool was looking pretty bad, and no hot tubs. This place is like stepping back in time in some good ways and others not so good. Bed was very comfortable room was clean, we had a good night sleep. Some things that are off are no A/C in the room, not like broken just no A/C. We were on the mountain side so we had a balcony so sleep with the door open and it is nice and cool, downside to that it is a shared balcony with the entire floor so someone can walk right past your room. No soap or shower products so bring your own, the restaurant bar and coffee shop are all closed down which makes a food run at least 20 minutes away. For some reason, our room had three refrigerators inside of it, but only one was working and the only way to watch TV is to subscribe to all your own channels. This place has a lot of history and seems like it would be an amazing place. If somebody would just put some effort time and money into it. Overall our night was fine. Nothing really to complain about the place just fell short on some of the listed amenities.

There was no running utilities at all. There was no microwave to run any kind of food, but basically there was no running water at all. And they kept giving excuses. They also won’t answer the phone when you called a request refund.
