Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were pulling a boat and parking was set up very well for us to not only park but to plug in and charge our boat batteries overnight.

Great breakfast. Clean, quiet hotel. Nice, small indoor pool.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. They offered a great breakfast option. The pool was clean. We used the outdoor grilling area which was nice. It was close to shopping. The only complaint I have was the beds were very hard. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, clean, no big deal but the TV sucked. The TV was ok but the way you found channels was terrible. Highly recommend the hotel though, Great pool. .

The breakfast area was clean and was stocked. Pool was clean and taken care of as well. HOWEVER, the night clerk was rude every night we were there! We apparently inconvenienced him by asking questions, couldn't be bothered to get off his personal phone to even greet us. Was even having an arguement while he was half laying on the couch across from the front desk. We were there for 3 nights and could not get a maid to come to our room. All I really wanted was the trash taken and new towels for my family. When I spoke with housekeeping in the hall, I said excuse me, she immediately said, no habla english and kept walking. I actually speak enough spanish to get through the conversation, but she walked past me without any hesitation. I was very disappointed with the staff there and their lack of friendliness. I guess if you don't anticipate needing anything during your stay, then this might be the place for you. We have family that just moved to the area and will be visiting regularly and will be looking for a different place to stay.

Kids loved the pool and breakfast was nice the next morning. Front desk employees were very nice throughout our stay

Rooms are disgusting with stains all over every chair and couch. Don’t waste your money. Was denied a refund after submitting pictures of the filthy room.

Completely unacceptable conditions in terms of cleanliness. Requested to be moved immediately upon arrival in our room. Got moved and the next room was just as dirty. Stains all over carpet, furniture, debris in bath tub and smears of red substance on bathroom door frame. When requesting a refund, I was told by the clerk (who was sitting on the hotel provided computer, on their personal phone upon arrival- not behind the desk) that there was no manager on site to assist with issuing a refund and during his attempt to contact said manager, no one answered. I went to the desk in the morning asking for a status on the refund, and was told by the manager on site that my request had to be further escalated. Once the manager got an answer from the “higher up” who goes by the name of Russ, I was told by the female manager that Russ would not be refunding my stay completely, and that he was still going to charge me $45 for the night. She explained his reasoning was that they were “remodeling and replacing the furniture” which was never disclosed or discussed at any point when I originally reserved the room for $175. When I asked for contact information for Russ to get the rest of my money back, I was told that his information was not to be given out. They would not provide a full legal name, email, or phone for this said “Russ.” I am extremely disappointed in how this situation was handled. This hotel not only lacks in overall cleanliness, but also professionalism.

Reservation for 2 rooms. Staff changed it to downstairs as requested. Shower rod was broken, toilet moved/loose, mold on ceiling in bathroom, towels were stained and off white colored. Beds were very soft/broken in. Doors were very loud when they were closed.

Nice property, good breakfast. My only disappointment was that we stayed two nights, but they never cleaned/ made room. Luckily, we had enough towels and were able to reuse washcloths.

This was a great overall stay! Very close to hidden river cave (and others). Plenty of shopping around the area as well. Staff was friendly and inviting. The only complaint I have is that the mini fridge took an entire day too cool down and we had to turn it all the way up. Other than that a very nice trip!!

Overall, we had a great stay, and we would definitely stay again if in the area. PROS: Suite was very spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a huge variety for everyone with lots of hot items. Kids loved the indoor pool. Safe, comfortable, and not really any issues. CONS: Very few cable channels came through and there is no paid movie channels like HBO. The kids were not happy about this. We are used to all our hotels, resorts, and cabins having at least 1 paid movie subscription. I purchased 2 juices from the hotel market and they were super tiny and 4.00 a piece tax. That is flat out price gouging. The guy on the night shift didn't seem very happy. He was mean or rude, just not very friendly. The lobby floor also seemed to always be dirty. It wasn't a big deal to us, just very noticeable. Instead of sitting and reading a book all night, maybe grab a Swiffer and mop the floor.

Everything was amazing. It took the fridge til the day we were leaving to get cold enough. 2nd shift guy which I didn't catch his name, he was who I dealt with majority of the time. He was just friendly and helpful.

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and the staff was SO friendly! Tammy was exceptional and we enjoyed talking to her everyday. If we are ever in the area again we will be sure to stay here.

Everyone was very accommodating and welcoming! We called ahead requesting an early check-in due to a family situation and they took care of that also. The facility was very clean inside and out...spacious, well-equipped room, great free breakfast...and, again, a great Staff!

We actually got there earlier than expected and the frobt desk guy was able to check us in earlier than the cehck in time.

We booked a suite with two queens and a pullout couch for our family, including me, my wife, and four of our children. When we arrived, they put us in a room with one king-size bed. When we went back to the front desk, they then put us in a room with two queens but no pullout couch. When we went back to the front desk again, the clerk said they didn’t even have a suite with two queens and a pullout couch in the hotel. We settled for what we could get since it was late at night. We learned the next day that they did indeed have suites with two queens and a pullout couch but that they had given them to other guests. We asked for some financial reimbursement since they gave us the wrong room. Even though we booked through Expedia, we paid the hotel directly, so Expedia couldn’t refund any money. The hotel has refused to do anything, even though we have called and tried to speak to the manager several times. The manager has ignored our calls and not called back. When you book a more expensive room because you need six beds and the hotel doesn’t give it to you, that’s not right.

Very friendly staff

I was not a fan of the night shift staff during my stay. Glued to there phone and wouldn't pay attention when they were needed. Day staff was great and apologized for the night shifts actions. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

We booked on a day when CrowdStrike had taken down all the hotel and airport systems. What a mess.....however even though the staff was extremely overwhelmed and very understandably stressed, they welcomed us with courtesy and warmth. I was very impressed on the level of professionalism they showed during this very trying time.

Traveling around the state of Kentucky and staying here as one of our stops. Very clean and very comfortable. Much needed after a long day of cave exploring at Mammoth Cave. Loved the back road driving all the way here- such beautiful scenery!

Our room had a smelly odor. Like wetness and feet. The walls were thin or everyone around us was noisy. People above us were really loud. The pool capacity is 9 people. There wasn't any decent restaurants around other than fast food. Family diner near there was disgusting... Closer to the caves seemed nicer.

Overall a good experience. It was quiet and a good option for our trip to the Mammoth Cave area.

Very nice hotel situated on the outskirts of town in a shopping district. Lots of shops but very little proper dining in the area. Not a walkable area at all, which was a pity as I’d have appreciated the opportunity to stretch my legs on the way to get a bite to eat.

Great hotel! Loved our stay! Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Easy to restock our ice chest for our road trip. Easy drive to Mammoth Caves, too!

Hotel was clean. Staff was nice and helpful. Pool was clean and the kids loved swimming indoors. Breakfast not very good though. Juice machine was broken and the omelets were cold and the sausage gravy had a weird taste. May want to step-up breakfast offerings. Other than breakfast, we would stay again.

Property was clean and staff were courteous. The hot breakfast items were generally cold, unfortunately, which spoiled our experience of an otherwise good property. There was plenty of food but their setup doesn’t allow for keeping hot foods hot, which is a bummer.

Wonderful breakfast with plenty of spaces/tables to eat at. The pancakes were yummy! In room Keurig coffee maker. All staff were very friendly. Attentive kitchen staff keeping food updated. We visited Cave City and it is an easy drive to get to Mammoth Cave from hotel. So quiet. Don't stay anywhere else!
