Had a booking for 2 adults in a swim up room and was put next to the toddler pool, while we could see families with toddlers in deep swim up rooms! Where is the thought and logic in that?

Staff really lovely and helpful. General up keep and cleanliness was below expectations. Pool and surrounding area was dirty.
