Room dirty, no baby crib, fire alarm went off @ 2am no reason of explanation about it scared my kids. Overall not the best service

Room was very dirty and dusty. Bathroom tub was rusted. Floor was dusty and dirty. As we only stated one night we pushed and checked out in morning.

My stay at MainStay was exceptional. The staff were courteous, attentive, and consistently professional throughout my visit. The room was spacious and thoughtfully equipped, providing both comfort and convenience. The property maintained a calm and welcoming atmosphere, and all amenities were well-managed and easily accessible. Overall, MainStay delivered a high standard of service and hospitality. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking reliable, comfortable accommodations.
