Dormy Club Karuizawa

Very thoughtful and helpful staff, always offering us heat packs/ umbrella when we leave in the morning. Onsen is small but has both indoor and outdoor areas, good vanity supplies and hair dryer. Location is excellent if you drive and want to be based near the Hoshino resort area. Plenty of things to explore within 20min drive from hotel.

We stayed at the Dormy Club primarily for its location near the Bird Sanctuary but we found it had much more to recommend it. Our room was basic but very comfortable. The hot mineral bath facility was excellent with both an indoor and outdoor bath both of which were easy to access from our room. We were also pleased to find that many nice restaurants and breakfast places were nearby. The Dormy Club staff spoke English and were very kind to us.

The room in which I stayed was very comfortable and spacious. I wish I had booked at this location for more than 1 night. I appreciated how the staff was very nice and helpful.

櫃檯的小姐令人印象深刻，漂亮又聰明，了解客戶的需要且十分親切。這住宿有昭和風，建築比較舊，但維護得很好。很久沒用鑰匙開房間門了。
