I stayed here on my vacation in the Phillipines i like the most is the people the gym is very clean , pool is clean no smells the hot tub is clean not to crowded bec of its exclusivity for the resident and guest only , the staff in the dinning for breakfast are very professional clean and the food is amazing very worth it. The room is very clean and no complaint at all!! Thank you ascott staff

Highly recommended hotel. Look no further… book this hotel if you want a wonderful stay in BGC. The location is superb… a 3 mins walk to High Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, many variety. Nice pool& hot tub too. The room is very spacious , we stayed in one bedroom suite. The only suggestion I would make is to do some upkeep of the carpet by the elevator on the 15th floor. It was coming off and I tripped on it. The room smelled musty at times but housekeeping quickly came to spray. I booked 7 rooms for other family members. Every one had a great time. Many thanks to Ascott staff for making our stay comfortable and very pleasant. We had an amazing time in Ascott. Its the best in my opinion.

We love our stay here. Their amenities are great. Even after you check out, you still can use their bathroom which has showers, sauna, pool etc. you just need to ask a staff member. Their lobby has multiple couches and tables, work stations. - Location: at the center of uptown BGC, just right across the street from banks, shopping center, cafe & restaurants, food district on 5th ave. Taxi drive 5 mins to Market Market - Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful - Breakfast: selection is not great, foods are okay, even the order to cook eggs were not so good. They can't even cook basmati rice properly - Their gym is big and clean, you must wear shoes that cover toes to be able to workout the gym. My husband only pack slippers so we had to go to Market Market to buy a pair of 300 peso random shoes. Next door, there's sauna and shower rooms in each of the men and women's bathroom. Plenty of towels around the pool provided. The pool is nice, but Jacuzzi was broken and not hot during our stay. - Room is nice and clean, could be spacious if you get corner room, very modern and new. There's kitchen and everything needed to make meal, even rice cooker. They also gave a fancy package of white or dark chocolate corn flake oatmeal on the table upon checking in. - Bathroom: clean with stand up shower and bath tub separated. Salt for bath tub is provided. Overall, we'll definitely stay again next time in BGC

From the moment you walk in you feel so safe and cared for at Ascott BGC. I’m beyond impressed with the security staff, front desk team, and most of all Les!!! This is the kind of property a guest wants to return to as their home away from home over and over again. It’s posh and they sure keep the place spotty clean! Can’t wait for my next visit.

The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments easily accommodated our group of 7 adult family members. The apartments are well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, and it’s an easy walk to shopping. Recommended!

The Bonifacio Ascot is right in the heart of the global city right near the high Street. The studio we had had a nice little kitchen, which gave us the option to make breakfast in the unit and have a few guests over. Bedroom and bathroom were roomy and well furnished I actually stayed there two times. The first time was quite nice, but the second was a little disappointing. The hallway was in kind of bad condition. Some of the bathroom fixtures weren’t working properly. The washing machine in the unit is not very useful but better than nothing. Overall, a decent values would stay again

Experience was great! Our room was spacious and clean. Air conditioning was perfect and bed/linens were comfortable. Location of the hotel is almost along high street which makes it so accessible to shopping and food. Our parking was free and breakfast was not bad. Our preference at the time of booking was followed, where we were given a higher floor. Only room for improvement was the check-in; staff was friendly but didn’t go through in detail key details of the hotel, ie where the pool and gym are. Check-out was quick and smooth. Will stay here again!

The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay at bgc for their trip. Aside from it's excellent location, the hotel exudes class, from the decor to the rooms, it was beautiful. Our room even came with a mini kitchen and water dispenser and medium size fridge. The buffet selection was delicious, not too big but definitely will satisfy your palette. Let's not forget the staff, from the registration to restaurant and pool area were all professional and courteous. We will definitely come back for a longer stay next vacay.

The good: - staff is attentive and everywhere, you feel taken care of, they are polite and helpful. - pseudo bottled water provided, a nice touch - neighborhood is great, clean, safe, close to many things - place is clean - breakfast is decent with good selection The not as good: - cleaning time are a bit awkward if you are around for it, they leave your room door open and leave the cleaning cart outside, everyone passing in the hallway can see your awkward self waiting for the cleaning to end - TV had a black spot in the middle - They have notes encouraging recycling but they rarely leave a bag for it, puzzling - The lights in the living room had no visible switch, I'm still wondering how to close them - The washing machine just can't dry despite what it claims, tried a bunch of settings and 2h later the clothes were still very wet. They offer a laundry service but the prices are insane.

It was pleasant surprise that our room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on top floor. The room was huge with living room and kitchen. The hotel location was great, there are nearby restaurants and shops are few Minutes walk. As usual, hotel staff were polite and friendly.

I specifically asked for a room with an open view but was assigned a room facing a residential/office building so I slept with the curtains fully closed. I asked for a room change the next day and was given a room with a better view. The room itself was nice and spacious, with abundant drinking water supply. However, I wish there were more towel variety in the bathroom. Bath towels ok but only 1 hand towel? And more bathroom amenities as well. Also, it would have been better if they have shoehorn and brush. The buffet breakfast was very good in variety and supply although they lack proper cutlery and crockery appropriate for the food like no fruit fork, or dessert spoon, even saucer for food in small serving (cup saucers are abundant though). I used this hotel on a business trip. I requested a pickup from the airport, but I could not find a courtesy car and had no choice but to take a cab to the hotel. The 1bedroom suite was well-appointed, fully furnished, spacious and clean. The bathroom had a tub too and very spacious. The kitchen was well equipped as well with all the appliances and pots&pans, etc. Had no problem with accomodation. Problem was with checking out. It took 45minutes. They did not have a good system. The staff were top notch with all of the people I interacted with being courteous and always ready to help. The facility itself is superb with all amenities to make your stay comfortable available. Value for money can’t be beat in comparison to other “higher end” hotel nearby. I would definitely be staying here whenever I visit BGC.

Highly recommended hotel. Look no further… book this hotel if you want a wonderful stay in BGC. The location is superb… a 3 mins walk to High Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, many variety. Nice pool& hot tub too. The room is very spacious , we stayed in one bedroom suite. The only suggestion I would make is to do some upkeep of the carpet by the elevator on the 15th floor. It was coming off and I tripped on it. The room smelled musty at times but housekeeping quickly came to spray. I booked 7 rooms for other family members. Every one had a great time. Many thanks to Ascott staff for making our stay comfortable and very pleasant. We had an amazing time in Ascott. Its the best in my opinion.

I stayed here on my vacation in the Phillipines i like the most is the people the gym is very clean , pool is clean no smells the hot tub is clean not to crowded bec of its exclusivity for the resident and guest only , the staff in the dinning for breakfast are very professional clean and the food is amazing very worth it. Ascott BGC is a true gem when it comes to serving its guests. Each team member greets you with a warm welcome. The location is ideal when for local restaurants and High Street is just up the street. Our servers, hostess, cooks, chefs, and baristas for the breakfast buffet were all amazing. JM and Kim remembered my love for mango - that personal touch is heartwarming. The buffet menu was tasty. The champarado and taho was reminiscent of past childhood visits. The sansrival pistachio cake is a must-try from the Ascott’s lobby bakery!! Our housekeeper, Winard, was great, and he said goodbye to us the night before we left. To the hotel nurse who took care of my husband’s toe - we won’t forget you! To the fitness staff (Edward) and to every staff member, thank you & Mabuhay!
