Close to fisherman's wharf. Opposite sands casino. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Nice bathroom with separate bath and shower. Very small fridge with no freezer space. View over water was nice. Used glassware, coffee mugs and tea spoons were not replaced daily. DJ in the Praha bar was very friendly and helpful. Fitness centre and pool open 7am-9pm. Fitness centre is very hot. Towels and water available. Two treadmills plus other cardio and weight equipment. From the bus/coach station use 102X bus for 6mop (or HK$6) pp (no change given) or get the free sands shuttle. Very close to outer harbour ferry terminal. 15 minute walk with luggage. Short walk to dining and shopping area including royal supermarket which had good range and prices. About 3km to Senado Square and Ruins of St Pauls. Can walk or use the numerous free casino shuttle buses

Except the edge of the sink is dirty like all other hotels, it’s very clean and pleasant. Jacuzzi was awesome. Staffs were friendly and helpful, got a convenient store on ground floor inside the hotel also great. And hotel right next to fishermen wharf.

Overall the room is clean and spacious. Unfortunate location is not close to popular tourist center and transportation is not very convenient. They used to have shuttle bus but stopped since summer 2024.

My friends and I stayed here for two nights and had a very clean and comfortable trip. Although there is no casino attached to the hotel, it is in a great location, close to the Sands and easy to use the shuttle bus.

剛進去房間有一股怪味~不是很舒服，雖然反映後，飯店換了客房，但整體觀感還是很差~房間內部篇老舊，也有一些些灰塵~總之不會想再住第二次~如果有預算大家不妨升級其他酒店。

The hotel was tidy, the check in service took a lot time, for two days when sleeping although the linen looked cleaned we woke up with insect bites. It may be bed bugs.Apart from that it is convenient, if travelling from Hong Kong there is quick access to a bus that goes between cities and the Sands hotel is nearby where hotel shuttles can be taken within walking distance.

Very clean and nice hotel in Macau. Staffs are nice and greeting. Room service is nice. Location is great and close to local restaurants and walkable to all attractions in Macau island.

Only concern is the coffee cups in the room which never clean and i can saw the coffee mark. Fortunately i saw the cleaning lady tidy up another room and she gave me another set of clean cups.

部屋の窓は開かないタイプだったので、部屋の空気の入れ替えが出来ませんでした。サンズカジノ目的だったので、ホテルの前の横断歩道を渡ればすぐにサンズまで行けました。

Very spacious and comfortable room. However I was expecting a harbour view. We had a view to the road. Also they provided us with 2 pillows which was really nice but only one toilet roll, no extra. So if we didn’t want to have the room cleaned we had to ask for an extra toilet roll. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

Clean, cosy, good sea view, quiet. Next to Fisherman's Wharf. Good buffet breakfast and tasty dinner buffet (quiet good price with fresh oysters MOP$320 ) I will highly recommend it .

Great size room!

Such a stunning hotel. Very close to Macau Ferry terminal. It's such a lovely area to walk around in as well to get a taste of Macau itself. The Sands Resort opposite has a lovely casino and use of the shuttle buses between Sands and the other casinos and ferry terminal. The hotel itself is Art Nouveau in design and absolutely stunning. The room was large with a massive bed. The swimming pool was really lovely. The buffet breakfast is great value with a lot of choice. The staff were very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay

Getting around - I would consider quite convenient. As we are not familiar initially, we chose to walk to the hotel from the outer ferry terminal, is not as far, within 15 mins. As opposite our hotel is Sands, apparently it has free shuttle service to The Parisian, The Londener and best part, to HZMB. They did not specify that the service is only for its guest, so we just took it, so quite convenient. Room - is very spacious with a total of 3 toilets, suitable for family like us that has 5 pax Staff - not as friendly as seen from the reviews. They were neither helpful nor friendly. From something as simple as changing smaller change (& I'm not talking about big amt, just HKD100 as we wanted to take bus, at the counter, we were asked to go to the concierge, went to the concierge, we were asked to go to the store (namely - Tommy & another guy from the concierge, a lady at check in counter on 25 & 26/12 morning). I mean, come on, a hotel, with no ability to make small change of HKD 100?! Since the concierge didn't change for us as directed by her to go there, I went back her & ask for the change again. Impatiently, I overheard her speaking in Cantonese telling her colleague to change for us. In fact, almost all staff we encountered have no smile at all when approached... Only 1 lady (did not get her name, wore specs), has the patience to guide us. It may be a culture, but as far as I feel, if you are in hospitality line, you should have basic courtesy.

The hotel is located right at the fisherman’s wharf which is a nice spot to stroll in the evening. Directly across Sands but significantly far from any other casino. No food nearby other than more upscale restaurants. The room is spacious and fills all 4-star requirements. We showed up at 1:50PM and they would not let us check in as check in is after 3PM.

Hotel is great in terms of cleanliness and safety. However poor service from the staff in finding ways to provide taxi, even if you ask for limo.. nothing is available. They should at least have a shuttle to the airport.

The room was very big, and the service was impeccable. I was really impressed by the concierge. They were extremely helpful, polite, and friendly. Also, they spoke English.

I asked the staff where is the bus stop politely but he didn’t answer my question and talked to me very rude.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff were very helpful. There's a lot of choice nearby for shuttle buses and eatery. The first room reeked of smoke, and they upgraded us swiftly to one that did not. Would definitely stay here again

The property was excellent for the price. The room was very large (we had 2 bedrooms and a common space). The buffet breakfast was cheap and had good food options. The location is a little bit out of the way, but we walked to the tourist sites on the peninsula (ie Ruins of Saint Paul's) and used the Sands Macau Casino bus (located across the road) to travel to Cotai.

Decent room but not too convenient

Our room was very spacious, we had 2 large bathrooms and an extra toilet! Very luxurious and comfortable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was very reasonably priced. Walkable to the fisherman’s wharf and close to Outer harbour ferry terminal

旁邊有澳門金沙，可以免費做接駁車，附近還有一巴士站（友誼馬路/行車天橋）站可以直達機場（要準備6元澳門幣，所以其實住這蠻方便的。附近走路有來來超市很方便，可直接穿過文化中心很快就到超市。

Lovely rooms, great breakfast, and helpful staff. Very handy to local bus route so it was very easy to get to the old city.

Price to value is reasonable, location is directly across to Sands Casino. Breakfast selection is good for short stay of up to 2 days, however, if the breakfast selection or varieties can be rotated with various syles of cooking rather then the same dishes with same way of preparationscan be boring for guests staying more than 2 days!! Suggestions: Can add on steamed rice rolls (chee cheong fun) "char-siew" buns, stir fried "hor-fun"; chocolate brownies, mini eclairs, mini Danish buns to rotate with the Western spread would be Excellent!!

Sumptuous hotel for reasonable prices, very spacious Praha restaurant - I really didn't like the 1 meal and did not return (Soy Chicken). Bony, insufficient, poorly cooked and expensive.

部屋も清潔でキングサイズのベッドを用意して頂けました。スタッフの方も親切で安心して宿泊することが出来ました。朝食のビュッフェも美味しかったです。
