The hotel is in a central location in Cotai and is well connected internally to The Venetian Hotel, The Londoners Hotel and The Four Seasons Hotel. We booked a Twin Deluxe room with 2 double beds. The room was clean and had all the amenities that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The swimming pools and hot spa pools are amazing and we enjoyed it so much. You can enjoy the view of the Eiffel Tower from the pools. We highly recommend that you visit the top of the Eiffel Tower in the evening as the views from above are breathtaking. You can pretty much see the spectacular light displays from all the surrounding hotels.

The Parisian is very well located at the Cotai Strip. It is well connected to it's sister hotels, The Londoner and Venetian by an overhead bridge. The iconic Eiffel Tower is well lit at night and offers an excellent background for photo taking. The viewing gallery at level 7 which is open to the public with charge is an ideal place to take photos of the Cotai Strip. The staff at the hotel are very courteous and helpful. My check-in was smooth. The WiFi for the "Sand Resorts" was excellent. Surprisingly it cover all building and grounds of the three hotels. There are free shuttles to/fro Macau International Airport and Gongbei land crossing/ Immigration to Zhuhai every 5-10 minutes I would stay in The Parisian again when I visit Macau in future

We got a super good deal on Expedia. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with excellent service! The swimming pools with water slides are super fun! It’s also really easy to walk to the Venetian, Four Seasons, and the Londoner without going outside. We literally stayed inside the hotels for 5 days and still didn’t have enough time to do and see everything. We will definitely be back again.

The room 19060 was right beside a lift. You can hear the lift going up and down 24hrs. Not suitable for a light sleeper. Do take note. Othe concerige staff were very helpful and informative. Service was great by them

The staff insisted my showing the itinerary number in addition to finding my reservation. I did not need to do that in other hotels when I checked in. All I had to do was showing my passport or ID. Also, I heart noise from the door when people were talking in the aisle at night.

Lots of fun activities around this hotel at the Cotai area, and we did enjoy some discounts sometimes as participating members from the hotel. The room we had was comfortable and spacious. Overall, we had a great experience staying at this hotel.

The public floors of the hotel are very grand. The rooms are nice, spacious, the bed was very hard and not to my liking. The bathroom tap leaked at the base and flooded the vanity. The view from our room was disappointing, it qas all pipes and very industrial looking. I would have thought extended stay customers may have been given better. Eateries were nice, we ate multiple times at Marketplace which is accessible from the casino floor. Food was lovely and the staff were exceptional , big thanks to Julien and Tina, who had excellent communication skills and were very friendly and accommodating. The pool was beautiful and the spa was very warm, night views from the pool area were amazing. Overall staff throughout the hotel where very pleasant. It has good proximity to other hotels, shops and casinos. So would stay again, but be specific in my requirements for room and bedding.

My mum fell down in Venetian. I asked the staff in Parisian for help. They sent 3 medical personnel to the room to attend to my mum. They were well trained and very helpful

This is a mini Las Vegas version of The Parisian, so there's no doubt on the room quality and entire hotel casino deco. However the customer service is below "The Parisian" standard that I thought. For example, I asked how to get to The Londoner, the staff just bluntly answered "follow the sign". But if I couldn't even know where to find my first sign, how can I follow? Also check-in was a hazzle. If the hotel need to segregate check-ins due to large number of guests, the hotel can inform the guests in advance to book the time. So I need to wait an extra hour before I got the room. Furthermore, the hotel arranged a smoking suite as an upgrade offer to me. But I ordered non-smoking room. The attitide of the staff was like I had give you an upgrade, you should be happy. But there is a reason I chose non smoking room. I think the customer services definitely ruins the impression of the hotel. Those above are just examples.
