浴室水壓很夠有浴缸，冷氣是可以調要自己按開關那種，有空氣清淨機，備品基本上都在一樓，位置很好，直接從西口的剪票口出去左轉直走在一家賣冰淇淋商店的旁邊就到了，如果從中央改札口出去右轉再右轉經過一個柏青哥才會到，現在改為自助辦理住宿，櫃檯旁邊有一個可以鎖行李暫時寄放行李的空間，早餐每天會有一點點變化，算是還不錯，便宜CP值高，如果要在千葉玩非常適合住這間，如果要在東京地區玩就不建議，畢竟拉車會拉很久，主要交通還是以JR為主

朝食がおいしかった。駅近で空港行きバス乗り場が目の前でアクセスが良かった。洗濯機が3つのうち1つが故障中だったのでもう少し台数があるといいなと思いました。千葉に来る時はまた利用したいです。

外国人の方へのスタッフの対応がありえないものでした。何があったのかわかりませんが、別に横柄なお客様というわけではなく、日本語があまり得意ではないと言った感じの方でした。丁寧に伝えようとされてるのに、それに対して男性スタッフの対応が横柄で、怒鳴りつけこそしないもののずっと暴言を吐いていました。横で聞いていて、このホテルに予約をとったことを後悔したレベルです。あの外国人の方が日本嫌いにならないことを祈ります。高級ホテルのようなサービスは求めません。せめて相手に対して当たり前の敬意を持ってください。接客業とか以前の話です。

Staff was always very kind and helpful whenever I interacted with them. At first I was nervous because the air conditioner was off when I arrived at my room (and it was a hot summer day), but the unit worked very quickly once turned on. The hotel is literally around the corner from one of the train station exits, and there is a department store a few minutes walk away, so it was an extremely convenient location. Quiet room. Would stay again.

Close from Chiba station, you can walk to hotel. And there is easy to shopping. I love it breakfast buffet. Delicious and various. Lawson and seven eleven, it was convenient. Chiba has monorail you have to try it. Staion is close from hotel. I love this hotel and i will stay again!!!

駅の目の前。西口から近いけど、西口の場所が分からなかった。旅行で疲れてお店で食事したくなくても、takeoutのお店が豊富。夜も外の音が聞こえなくてぐっすり眠れました。朝食はサラダもおかずも種類が豊富で、老若男女困らず食べられる感じ。白米以外もありました。また千葉に行く機会があったら使いたいです。

Separate wi-fi network for each room, plush beds with extra pillows, spacious bathroom. Overall a high quality place. Very convenient location to JR lines and the monorail. Breakfast is included, and it was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options.

The location was perfect. Attached to the mall and train station. The room itself was worn. Dirty wallpaper, shower needed some work, the bed cover had a stain on it and the carpet was worn. The room was quiet which is important to me. I would consider staying again if I needed that location for a flight otherwise look somewhere else if you want a newer room.
