Unit had a cook top and a good size refrigerator. Only problem is that there is not any dishes, cookware to cook anything. That part of it is pretty much a waste of space unless you bring your own you own cookware.

Location is ok, near the interstate and shopping. Room was not the cleanest, floors need a good scrub and vacuum. A/C was not working properly is either freezing cold or nothing. Nice to have a working kitchen in the room, but there are no supplies such as plates or silverware or a pot or pan. Would I return? Maybe.

You get what you pay for. I've stayed at several and they're very basic, but clean and safe and for the price I'll take it. Be aware there are no ice machines available at these locations though.

We chose this hotel in part because of the kitchenette. I planned it took breakfast each morning for my family, and arrived with eggs, cheese, ham, milk, cereal, etc. I was shocked to find the cupboards completely bear. Not a single utensil, pan, plate, cup, or anything to use the kitchenette! When I inquired at the front desk, they explained that they do not stock the kitchenette in any of the rooms. Guests must provide their own kitchen supplies. This is definitely not an industry norm! Otherwise, the room was good enough for us.

The property was fine for what we needed. Clean comfortable beds and seemed pretty updated. They definitely have an issue with room keys that all guests we talked to mentioned and a staff member admitted has been an issue, where they wouldn’t always work to let you in your room. No breakfast and was a bit expensive comparatively but it was a graduation weekend. Check-in is a slow process without anyone else in line but they were able to accommodate our early check-in.

It was clean and had a wonderful stay, however a self catering kitchen with no utensils or cookware was not expected. You would think that if that was the reason you booked that you would get an equiped kitchen. I packed food to prep but was unable to do that. Pitty, will rather stay at Candlewood next tine.

No one at desk when we arrived. The room smelled very musty upon entry, and light switch was not easily accessible. Shades did not work properly - 18 inch gap at bottom because metal connector on chain prevented complete closer. The lady at the desk said that happens often. ???!!! Toilet overflowed. Plunger was delivered upon request, but we had to deal with it. Coffee maker carafe needed washing. Shower was good, bed was clean and comfortable. Nice kitchen facilities. Employees were courteous and friendly.

Both the entry way and our smelled very strongly of animal urine. Otherwise, room was spacious, nice little kitchen area, and very comfortable bed. Not sure about selling bottles of bed bug spray on check in counter???

We got to the room and it had not been cleaned. (Beds not made and wet towels on the floor). Receptionist was very helpful and gave us another room right away. There is a faint smell of cigarette throughout the building. Not great for families.

The room was clean however, the bathtub drain didn't ever drain. I told the front desk and they just said someone would have a look tomorrow morning. Also, if you are a light sleeper like me, the freeway is way too loud. I would not recommend staying here.

Since I'm from Aberdeen, SD, I felt obligated to try a My Place since that's where they are Headquartered and knowing someone that works there. Sadly, I can't recommend them to anyone. The walls are too thin. The internal noise coupled with practically being on the Interstate make the noise level unbearable. No thank you. I probably got 1 or 2 hours sleep. Saving $20 wasn't worth it over a competing property down the road that I stayed at 2 weeks earlier. Night and day difference. It's a new property with many in-room amenities that are nice but I'd trade them for peace and quiet. If it were "my place" I'd do just a little bit of soundproofing to block out some of the noise. I realize saving money is paramount so installing the smallest toilet with the least amount of porcelain is a plus but these are like children's toilets with a height evenly between my ankle and knee. Of course that's nothing compared to the noise problem.

I booked a room at this location and the staff couldn’t fix the dates on the reservation. I was told it was a computer issue and had to contact Expedia to fix. I can’t believe in 2024 common sense is no longer. The room was nice but very over priced. Would not stay on any affiliated properties by this company.

Had a great parking spot- however the bathroom sink did not drain and the toilet would not flush toilet paper. We were told someone would be there after 8 am to fix the toilet. When I asked what we were to do in the meantime were told we could use the lobby bathroom.. we were on the 3 rd floor, very inconvenient! I guess I think some type of credit to our $157.00 one night stay should be credited to us.

We had an issue with the toilet not flushing. They didn't have another two bed - room available. Instead of calling maintenance to at least try to fix it, we were told there was a restroom on the main floor we could use. This wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but we were staying 2 nights. Someone should have been called to fix the issue.

The staff made me clean the whole bathroom by myself when the toilet wasn’t working and overflowed all over the whole room. Wouldn’t move me or anything. Just let me stay an extra hour bc I had to take a shower in the bathroom where the toilet didn’t work. Only came in when I had the bathroom clean to try to repair the toilet. Very very unprofessional. Terrible service.

Had to return to the lobby because keys did not work. Hotel is on a dead end street and maps (IOS) did not even know how to get there.

The room was clean however, the bathtub drain didn't ever drain. I told the front desk and they just said someone would have a look tomorrow morning. Also, if you are a light sleeper like me, the freeway is way too loud. I would not recommend staying here.

The coffee was great but the breakfast choices in the store need expanded to include packaged donuts, honey buns, cinnamon rolls, dunkin sticks or similar. I wish they had a complimentary continental breakfast.

We had a great time. The room was clean. Bathroom was clean and the other attendees were nice and quiet no loud noises at the time we were there. The only negative I could give to this place was there was no continental breakfast offered. However, they did provide a small convenience store with breakfast options to purchase. Hotel is pet friendly and smoke free win win.

Everything but the staff was great. Clerk acted extremely inconvenienced by the fact that we were there and she had to log in to the computer, and then was rude again when asked about the advertised included breakfast. Apparently breakfast is not served here.

It’s great that you have all the stuff in the room, stove, fridge, sink; but come on; how many people travel with all its you would need to use them. A waste that we are paying for. The guy at check in seemed more annoyed at having to come out and do his job. Definitely will stay elsewhere when traveling through
