Everything was great. Staff was very helpful with questions regarding the area. We loved the quaintness of the cabin.

We ran out of soap in the shower. The wifi was pretty weak. There was no room for a chair in the room. The shower leaked on to the floor. The staff attempted to make it better by supplying a chair and gave us extra towels to mop up the floor. As it was a handicap accessible shower, it was hard to keep the water contained in the shower. They were very attentive to our complaints, but could only do so much due to the configuration of the room. Perhaps the non handicap rooms are better. We did not request a handicap room. The location was convenient to the national park (about 35 minutes away) and probably cheaper than the hotels right near the park entrance.

She’s needed to be a little bit more clean pillowcases still had some spots on them and the brochure for The cabin was not what we were expecting. It was no cabin. It was just a motel room.
